Intent & Signals
Intent data and signal platforms: buying intent from content consumption, technographic and hiring signals, job change tracking, community and product signals, and the orchestration that turns them into plays. The category's central claim is that it knows something about a buyer before the buyer says it, so the decisive questions are about how it knows. Signal provenance first: bidstream, publisher cooperative, first party, or undisclosed, each with a different privacy and durability profile. Privacy posture second, since person level tracking sits directly under CCPA and GDPR. Measured lift third: incremental performance against a holdout rather than platform reported influence, which grades the platform with its own homework.

Leadsforge
Leadsforge is a business to business contact data product with a conversational interface. Rather than building a list through filter menus, a user describes their intended buyer in ordinary language and the product returns a matching list, then enriches the selected records by cascading through several third party data providers until a verified result comes back. It sells verified work email addresses, professional network profile addresses and mobile telephone numbers, and offers two list building routes beyond plain search: finding companies resembling a set of accounts a customer supplies, and extracting the followers of a named competitor's professional network company page. Qualification prompts and buying signals are included rather than sold separately. It is one of several separately purchased products sold by the company behind Salesforge, and it pushes lists into that platform in one step or exports them to file. It also ships a machine interface allowing external assistant tools to query it directly, naming two such clients. Pricing is credit metered and published in full. A single base plan carries an allowance and a rate card sets what each kind of record costs, with searching free and credits drawn only when results are enriched or exported. One thing a buyer should check for themselves. The privacy policy published at this product's own address is the sibling platform's policy, names only that platform and its website, was last updated before this product reached the market, and describes the handling of contact lists a customer uploads for sending. It does not describe the contact database that this product exists to sell, and no published instrument addresses the people held in it.

RollWorks
RollWorks was renamed AdRoll ABM in August 2025, when NextRoll unified its brands under the AdRoll name. The vendor states that the product, the login, the campaign data, the packaging and the contracts were unchanged by the rename, and that no customer needed to re sign. Both names are in use today: rollworks.com continues to serve product and pricing pages under the RollWorks name, carrying a copyright line four years stale, while current marketing, legal and trust material sits under the AdRoll brand as AdRoll ABM. Account based marketing platform built on top of an advertising network, sold to business to business marketing teams who want account identification, buying signals and paid media in one place. The platform builds target account lists, scores accounts for fit against an ideal customer profile, layers intent signals over them, identifies anonymous companies and contacts arriving on the customer's website, and then activates all of it as advertising across display, social, video, connected television, digital out of home and advertising placements inside an assistant product. Workflows push accounts and contacts into the customer's record system and marketing automation platform, and a signal the vendor calls Spike automatically emails a sales representative when an account they own starts showing buying interest. The advertising is the differentiator and the constraint. The vendor runs its own demand side platform rather than reselling someone else's, which is why the product reaches inventory beyond a single social network, and it also means media is bought at a variable rate that sits outside the platform subscription. A customer therefore has two budgets rather than one. Three named systems carry the machine learning: a bidding engine the vendor states makes more than 2.5 trillion predictions a day, an audience insight engine for the account based product, and a set of assistant agents that recommend and execute discrete tasks. A connector for assistant tooling is published in beta, letting a marketer create campaigns, retrieve account intelligence and pull reporting from inside an external assistant, with two named assistants listed as compatible. Launched in 2018 as a business unit of NextRoll, which dates to 2006. Intent data is supplied in part through a named partnership with Bombora, which is separately recorded in this index.

Surfe
Contact data and enrichment delivered where a seller already works rather than through a database they have to visit. A browser extension overlays the professional network profile a representative is viewing, showing whether that person already exists in the connected customer record system along with their owner, lifecycle stage and open deals, and offering one click capture if they do not. Capture triggers real time waterfall enrichment, querying more than fifteen contact data providers in sequence until a verified work address or mobile number is found, and writes the result into the record system with field mapping intact. The architecture is the distinguishing feature. There is no static contact database being resold: every lookup runs live against multiple licensed providers at the moment of request, which the vendor argues gives fresher results than periodic refresh cycles. It also means enrichment happens on the person the seller is already looking at rather than through bulk harvesting. The compliance apparatus is unusually thorough for this category. The vendor publishes a legitimate interests assessment, a dedicated opt out mechanism, a data protection page, separate terms for its programmatic interface, a trust center and a certified information security management standard, and offers European data residency on request. More recently the company has positioned beyond the extension as a data supply layer, publishing developer documentation and a protocol server that lets artificial intelligence assistants query its enrichment waterfall directly. Founded 2020 in Paris by two named co founders and originally launched as Leadjet, renamed to Surfe in October 2022 alongside a four million euro seed round. Both facts in the project brief check out. The company now lists offices in Paris, New York and Barcelona and states more than fifty thousand users and over one million enrichments a month.

RB2B
Website visitor identification that resolves individuals rather than companies, and does one thing. A lightweight script on the customer's site matches an anonymous visitor against an identity co-op, and within minutes pushes that person's name, job title, employer, professional network profile and the pages they viewed into a messaging channel where a representative is already working. Setup takes minutes and the delivery is deliberately channel first rather than dashboard first, on the reasoning that a signal a rep has to log in to see is a signal they will not act on. The product stops there by design. It does not enrich, sequence, personalize a website, run advertising or write to a record system beyond pushing the identification, so a customer needs other tools to act on what it surfaces. That narrowness is the reason it is inexpensive and the reason reviewers keep comparing its cost against the stack assembled around it. Two constraints shape everything else. Person level identification works only for United States traffic, with company level identification alone elsewhere, which the vendor attributes to European and international privacy law. And resolution is probabilistic against a co-op, so the proportion of visitors resolved depends on how much of that co-op a particular site's audience has previously encountered. The vendor publishes its coverage figures rather than leaving them to be discovered. Founded 2024 in Austin, with the founder named consistently across independent accounts. Both the year and the city come from the project brief and neither was confirmed at the vendor's own surface on this pass.

V
Vector
Contact level identification and advertising platform sold as two products. The first identifies individual visitors to a customer's website by name, title, company and professional profile, and pushes them into connected record systems. The second turns those identified individuals into advertising audiences that refresh as behavior changes, and syncs them to several major advertising platforms so campaigns reach named people rather than anonymous retargeting pools or whole accounts. The identification method is disclosed in more detail than any comparable record in this index. The vendor states that it operates a network of publishers who collect and share first party data in the form of hashed email addresses and associated device fingerprint information, that when a visitor arrives it examines only the device fingerprint to look for a match in a pre existing identity graph, and that it does not use form fills or third party cookies. It also states that it restricts the technology to jurisdictions where an implied opt in basis applies, that a customer may place it behind a consent management platform, and that a customer's own visitors are not contributed back into the shared pool. The record sits in intent and signals because the identification layer is the entry product and the foundation of the other, which matches the two sibling visitor identification records already in this category. Contact level advertising is carried as a secondary rather than the primary, though a reader should note the vendor repositioned during late 2025 to drop sales and outbound use cases and address demand generation instead, which moves it toward the advertising category over time. Founded 2022 in Boston by two former colleagues from a conversational marketing company. Funding reports conflict: one account gives a ten million dollar round led by a venture firm with corporate participation in 2026, another from the same publisher gives sixty one million raised in 2025, and neither was confirmed on this pass.

T
Trigify
Social signal intelligence platform that monitors public activity across a set of business and community platforms, resolves each observed action to a named individual, enriches that person with company and contact data, scores the intent it implies, and routes the result into the customer's stack. The signal types are published as a library and are behavioral rather than firmographic: a target engaging repeatedly with a competitor's content, liking a competitor post, writing about a tracked topic, changing role, changing company, or a company beginning to hire or expand. The distinguishing design property is that each signal carries the artifact that produced it. The vendor states that every signal is a named person with the original source post attached, so a user can inspect the exact public post behind any record rather than trusting a score. That is provenance at the signal level, and it is the thing this product does that the account level intent providers indexed alongside it do not. The second distinguishing property is that the platform is built to be consumed by other software rather than only by people. A published interface, a model context protocol server and a command line tool expose searches, results and enrichment, and the vendor positions the whole product as a signal layer for artificial intelligence agents. An in product assistant configures monitoring and workflows from plain language, and a workflow canvas runs the same steps by hand. One matter of retrieval that a reader should know. The vendor's own material refers to its principal data source as business networks or professional networks throughout, and does not name the platform in its marketing copy at any point reached on this pass. Founded 2023 with headquarters recorded as Cardiff. Both come from the project brief and neither was independently confirmed here, though the founder is named on the vendor's own published writing.

Q
Qualified
Inbound agent platform built around a named agent the vendor sells as a sales development representative. It engages website visitors in real time through chat, voice and generated video, answers product questions, qualifies against firmographic and intent criteria, books meetings and follows up by email. The vendor calls the category agentic marketing and states its focus is inbound pipeline generation rather than outbound prospecting. The architecture is what separates it from the visitor identification products indexed alongside it. The vendor states that the visitor's email address is the identifying data point used to retrieve that person's record from the customer's own connected record platform, with firmographic enrichment layered on top from suppliers named in its subprocessor list. Most person level data therefore originates with the customer rather than with a purchased identity graph, which is a materially lighter provenance and privacy footprint than covert deanonymization carries. Salesforce acquired Qualified on 1 April 2026. The site footer now carries a Salesforce copyright and corporate address, and the terms of service, contact and responsible disclosure routes point to Salesforce properties. The product surface remains independent and current: its own pricing page with its own three tiers, its own sign in, its own trust center, a subprocessor list carrying a June 2026 effective date, its own status page and a 2026 customer event. The invalidating event that would stop a product being gradeable has not occurred here, so this record grades the product as it is sold today under its own brand and carries the acquisition as context rather than grading through it. Founded 2018 and headquartered in San Francisco. The vendor publishes a page addressed to artificial intelligence assistants setting out how it would like to be described, including a section of suggested key strengths for an assistant to reference. That page is the source for the founding year and headquarters recorded here, and its existence is itself worth a reader knowing about.

W
Warmly
Website visitor identification and real time engagement platform, sold on speed of reaction rather than breadth of signal. The product resolves anonymous site traffic to companies and, distinctively, to named individuals, then acts on that identification while the visitor is still browsing: alerting a representative, opening an AI chat conversation, queueing automated outreach across email and social channels, or launching retargeting. Person level resolution is the differentiator and the exposure. Company identification runs on reverse network address lookup enriched by named third party data providers, reported at roughly a sixty five percent match rate. Person level identification layers cookie matching, email pixel tracking and third party identity graphs on top, reported at roughly fifteen percent. The accuracy gap between the two is substantial and a buyer should plan around company level signal as the reliable baseline. The commercial structure changed materially during 2026. The free tier and the low monthly plans that circulate widely in third party comparison tables were removed, and the vendor's own pricing page now opens at ten thousand dollars a year with every purchase path routed to a sales conversation. Any monthly figure found elsewhere should be checked against the vendor page before budgeting. Founded 2020. Headquarters recorded from the project brief as San Francisco; the vendor's privacy policy names a Texas entity as controller, and that discrepancy was not resolved on this pass.

Leadfeeder
European business to business website visitor identification and sales intelligence platform. The core product identifies which companies are visiting a customer's website and matches them against company records sourced from official national trade registers, then supports prospecting, advertising campaigns and customer record hygiene through further modules. The distinguishing asset is European data provenance. Company records originate in official registers including the German commercial register, the Austrian company register, Swiss commercial registries and the United Kingdom companies register, across more than thirty national sources, with per record traceability back to the legal source and a stated commitment that all data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union. That posture is the reason the platform holds its position in German speaking and Nordic markets, and it comes with an acknowledged trade off of thinner personal phone coverage than vendors with a more aggressive collection stance. Brand history matters for anyone searching. Leadfeeder was founded in Finland in 2012 and merged with the German company intelligence business Echobot in 2022, with the combined company trading as Dealfront from April 2023. On 24 March 2026 the company unified everything back under the Leadfeeder name, the former domain now redirects, and logins moved accordingly. The legal contracting entities were unchanged throughout and remain Dealfront Group GmbH and its subsidiaries. A visitor identification business, WiredMinds, was acquired in March 2025 and is not separately indexed here.

Common Room
Buyer intelligence platform that collects signals from across a company's own systems and the public web, resolves them to a single person, and activates them through agents. Signals are drawn from more than fifty channels spanning product usage, customer records, website activity, social engagement, community platforms and open source contribution, which is a wider and more developer oriented net than the advertising derived intent common in this category. The resolution engine, marketed as Person360, is the distinguishing asset: it merges the same individual appearing as a code repository handle, a community member, a product user and a website visitor into one enriched profile, running waterfall enrichment across dozens of providers without per lookup charges. An agent layer performs research, drafts personalized messaging, maintains customer record hygiene and executes pipeline plays. A command line interface and a model context protocol server expose the whole thing as scriptable infrastructure rather than a dashboard. Zoom announced a definitive agreement to acquire the company on 2 July 2026 and the transaction closed that month, with the founding chief executive and team joining the acquirer. The product continues to sell on its own site under its own name with its own pricing, documentation and free entry path, so it is graded on that surface rather than as an absorbed product. Founded 2020 in Seattle. Two unrelated businesses trade under similar names and neither is this vendor.

Bombora
B2B intent data cooperative and the layer much of the account based category is built on. Rather than selling a platform, the vendor supplies a signal: it measures how much research a company is doing on a given topic, compares that against the same company's own historical baseline, and flags the deviation. Several of the larger account based platforms license this feed as an input alongside their own signals, so a buyer may already be consuming it inside another product. The cooperative is the asset. Thousands of business publisher and brand sites carry the vendor's tag under direct agreement, contributing content consumption signal that is aggregated to the company domain rather than to a named individual. The vendor states that most of that signal is contributed exclusively to it, and publishes the collection method in unusual detail, including an explicit refusal to use bidstream data. The scoring method is published rather than treated as proprietary mystique: a weekly score from zero to one hundred derived by comparing roughly three recent weeks of activity against a twelve week baseline per account and topic, with scores above sixty representing a statistical increase. Founded 2014 and headquartered in New York. Two unrelated companies trade under the same name, an Australian supplies business and a video company, and neither is this vendor.

C
Cognism
European specialist B2B contact and company data provider, sold on compliance and phone verification rather than database size. The platform covers contact and company records with firmographic, technographic and signal filters, and is delivered three ways: a prospecting interface, customer record enrichment, and a data as a service route by interface or bulk file. Intent is supplied through a partnership rather than built in house, and funding and acquisition triggers come from a second named partner. The differentiator is a subset of mobile numbers verified by a human researcher placing a call, sold as Diamond Data, with a concierge service for verifying specific numbers on request. Independent testing across a two hundred account sample reports European email accuracy near ninety one percent and mobile connect rates near eighty seven percent, both leading the tested cohort, and the same testing reports that accuracy narrows outside Europe where the vendor is competitive rather than differentiated. The compliance posture is unusually substantive for this category and is the reason regulated European buyers select it. The vendor states a named lawful basis, notifies people that it holds their data, screens telephone records against preference registers in twelve named jurisdictions, and registers as a data broker in California. Founded 2015 in London. It owns Kaspr, a separate browser extension product not indexed here.

Demandbase
Account based go to market platform for enterprise B2B teams, sold as Demandbase One. The product identifies which companies are visiting and researching, scores them for fit and buying stage, detects the buying group inside them, and then activates through advertising, website personalization, sales intelligence and orchestration into the customer's own systems. An agent layer marketed as Agentbase sits across it for campaign optimization, account summarization and audience building. The distinguishing asset is the advertising layer. Demandbase operates its own demand side platform for programmatic display, video and connected television aimed at named accounts, which no other major platform in this category runs itself. That keeps advertising delivery, intent and account data in one system and makes closed loop attribution native rather than assembled, and independent analysis reports the associated media costs run above standard programmatic rates. The platform is the product of consolidation. Engagio brought orchestration, InsideView brought sales intelligence and contact data, and DemandMatrix brought technographics, and all three were folded into the single platform rather than kept as separate products. None of the three is separately indexed here. Founded 2006 in San Francisco.

6sense
Account based intent and predictive platform for B2B revenue teams. The product identifies accounts researching a category before they identify themselves, scores them by fit and buying stage against models the vendor says are built per customer, and activates against them through digital advertising, audience building, web personalization and AI email agents that write and send outreach. Two suites sit on the same signal layer, Revenue Marketing for marketing teams and Sales Intelligence for sellers, alongside a conversational assistant, a model context protocol server and productized data interfaces. The signal layer is the differentiator and the vendor calls it Signalverse, claiming one trillion signals processed daily across proprietary intent, first party customer data and third party feeds, with named integrations to Bombora, TechTarget, TrustRadius and G2. Intent is matched to companies rather than to named individuals, and the privacy policy states the vendor does not reverse engineer those identifiers to identify a person. 6sense is a registered data broker in California and identifies itself as one under Texas law. It sells business contact records from its Business Database on a subscription basis and discloses the categories it sells. A buyer should treat the data broker status as a feature of the model rather than a footnote, and should ask how the opt out list the vendor publishes weekly to customer administrators will be handled inside their own systems.

What's Trending
What's Trending is a social listening and content intelligence product for lean marketing teams, agencies and founders. It monitors public posts matching customer defined market terms and competitor profiles across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube, keeps the original source link, author, post text, published time and whatever engagement each platform exposes, ranks recurring topics by activity and momentum, and returns evidence backed content directions. It sends nothing and contacts nobody, so several axes in this grid record structural non application rather than a vendor failing them. Two things a reader should have alongside the grades. The product is one of six shipped by Wavicle, an artificial intelligence consulting studio that describes itself as led by a single builder, and no customer of the product is named anywhere in public. It also entered this index through the contact form, at the vendor's request on 28 August 2026, which changed nothing about how it was graded: public sources only, on the same seventeen axes as every other record.

U
Unify
Unify was built to replace cold mass outreach with contact made at the moment a buying signal fires, and its founders state that premise as the reason the company exists. Three layers deliver it. A data layer aggregating more than a billion contacts and sixty five million companies from over forty vendors through waterfall enrichment, so a customer gets coverage without contracting each supplier. A signal layer spanning person level website intent, job changes, new hires, product usage, third party intent and champion tracking that follows a known advocate when they move employer. And an execution layer combining prompt driven agents for research, qualification and copy, signal triggered workflows the company calls plays, multichannel sequencing, and managed sending infrastructure. That last piece is what independent reviewers single out. Mailboxes are provisioned and operated by the vendor on a major provider's infrastructure with deliverability analytics, domain and mailbox health monitoring, warm up, rotation across the pool and high delivery addresses, priced separately per mailbox. Agent output passes through human review before it reaches a prospect. The commercial model changed sharply in mid 2026. Through the first half of the year the entry point was an annual commitment of roughly twenty thousand dollars with no free tier. By July the vendor published four plans beginning with a free forever tier and per seat pricing an order of magnitude below the old floor. Usage is metered in credits with per action rates published. The company was founded in January 2023 in San Francisco by a former growth product lead at a payments company and a former machine learning research engineer, and has grown to around sixty four staff. Named customers include several of the most recognizable software companies of the current cycle.

Sherloq
Sherloq watches a professional network for buying signals and refuses, by design, to send anything. That refusal is the product. The vendor states that none of its agents sends a message on anyone's behalf, none automates outreach, and none pretends to be anyone. They research, watch, score and prepare, and the person decides and writes. Human in the loop and no automated outreach appear as stated product attributes rather than configurable settings. Seven agents divide the work. One tracks every move a prospect makes on the platform, covering posts, comments, likes, shares, job changes and promotions, and ranks them by urgency. One scores each profile against the customer's ideal buyer before any time is invested. One discovers new leads daily by mining people who reacted to posts and running discovery feeds, presenting them for the user to admit or reject. One prepares meetings, producing context aware call scripts, openers and buying signals. One analyses what target accounts actually engage with and drafts content in the user's own voice. One tracks when prospects engage with competitors. The seventh is the browser sidebar that ties them together. That sidebar is architecturally unusual for this category. It runs in the browser's own side panel rather than injecting code into the network's pages, which the vendor describes as always beside the platform, never inside it. The stated buyer is narrow: enterprise teams selling high value contracts over long cycles, where a prospect decides across months and shows their thinking publicly while doing so. The company hosts in Germany, states data protection compliance, and publishes an imprint and an accessibility statement. One roster correction: the source row gives a dot ai domain that does not resolve, and three unrelated companies trade under this name. The live product is at the address recorded here.

SendRoq
SendRoq automates outreach on the professional network and sells the promise that it only contacts people already showing interest. The distinguishing feature is called Intent Radar, and its mechanism is worth stating precisely because the name implies something it is not. It does not draw on purchased intent data or content consumption panels. It watches activity visible on the platform itself: who has viewed the customer's profile, who follows competitors, and who is posting on relevant subjects. Those observations are scored and ranked so a customer knows who to approach first. Around that runs a conventional automation harness. The customer states an ideal profile by job title, industry and company size. The system finds matching people, researches them, then executes sequences that visit profiles, send connection requests and follow up with generated messages written to read as though the sender wrote them. Replies land in a unified inbox, with a shared team inbox above the entry tier. The vendor's own guidance recommends opening a sequence with an automated profile visit, on the reasoning that the target sees the notification and becomes curious before the connection request arrives. Sending is described as staying within the platform's published daily limits, which the vendor frames as keeping the customer's account safe. Pricing is published across three tiers separated mainly by how many accounts can be connected: one for a solo operator, three for a team, ten for an agency, with the top tier adding a client management dashboard and white label capability. Two cautions for anyone rechecking this record. The comparison table and frequently asked questions beneath the pricing describe a different product, using different plan names and metrics that appear nowhere else, and the questions characterize the company as a workflow automation and analytics platform. And the vendor's customer count appears as more than fifty thousand marketers on its own pricing page and as more than two hundred and fifty startups on a directory listing.

Sendr
Sendr runs personalized outbound across email, the professional network and a messaging platform, with generated video as the differentiator and engagement signals driving the sequencing. The workflow is a single loop the vendor describes plainly: find contacts by ideal profile and intent signal, verify and enrich them, then send outreach that adapts to what the recipient does. A lead finder draws on a contact database the vendor describes as compliant and ethically sourced and refreshed every thirty days, with verified addresses and mobile numbers. A data studio verifies, cleans, enriches and structures records through natural language rather than query building, and runs a personality classification on individual prospects. A sequencer chains the channels together with enrichment built in, and sequences trigger on page visits, video views and buying signals rather than on a calendar. The video capability is the distinguishing one and its mechanism is specific. From a single real recording the platform generates personalized versions by lipsync substitution of a word or phrase, so the same recording appears to address each recipient by name or reference. Output is delivered either as an animated preview inside the email or on a branded personalized page hosted on the vendor's own domain, carrying video or audio, dynamic content and a booking action. A browser extension produces those pages on the fly. A unified inbox consolidates replies from all three channels into one workspace with team assignment and model driven qualification to surface high intent leads. The vendor publishes an unusually complete documentation and compliance estate for its size: a data sourcing page, an information security page, a fair usage policy, a privacy policy, interface documentation on a separate domain, a help center, a changelog, a roadmap and an operational status indicator. It claims certification to the current revision of the international information security standard and compliance with European data protection regulation. A managed service, sold as a monthly range, has demand generation staff build the whole motion inside the customer's own workspace. The company is led by founders Dave Cannell and John Bromley, raised a small seed round in August 2025 and had eleven staff at the start of 2026.

Selling.com
Selling.com is a business to business contact database with an engagement layer attached, sold explicitly as the affordable alternative to the established data vendors. The database is the product. The vendor claims 220 million contact profiles across 11 million accounts, including 75 million mobile numbers, with real time verification and a stated 97 percent accuracy rate. Search runs through more than 40 filters, and the useful ones are unusually operational: standard industry and classification codes, delivery radius and postal code targeting, technographic filters, suppression lists, and inclusion or exclusion by industry, job title, department and seniority. A look alike search extends from known accounts. Buying intent signals are drawn from multiple sources and exposed as intent topics that can be combined with the account filters. Around the data sits a working engagement stack: email and call sequences, an auto dialer with parallel dialing, connection of multiple sending mailboxes so campaigns leave from the seller's own inbox, call recording, and a browser extension the vendor positions as the prospecting tool for surfacing contact details while looking at a company or a professional profile. A watch function tracks job changes on priority contacts. The model layer is a productivity addition rather than the proposition: workflow automation, generated email sequences, generated individual emails, call coaching, a persona builder and voicemail transcription analysis. The company has been serving customers since 2019, was founded by former sales representatives and marketers, and traded previously as Infotelligent, a name still referenced by longer standing customers. Its stated origin is addressing the data inaccuracies of established players, and it claims to generate 95 percent of its own pipeline using its own product. One retrieval note for future readers: the vendor's own website could not be loaded across two passes, so this record rests on the vendor supplied description and 151 independent reviews hosted on the principal enterprise review platform, plus directory listings. A buyer with a browser will see vendor material this record could not examine.

Selix AI
Selix is an outbound agent that works out of Slack rather than out of its own console, and the company has renamed itself around it. The operating model is the distinguishing choice. Rather than presenting a dashboard the operator drives, the agent posts into a team messaging channel as it works, explaining what it is researching, what it has found and what it plans to do next. When it reaches missing information or a decision that benefits from human judgment, it asks. When research is complete or a campaign is ready, proposed actions appear for review before anything executes. The vendor describes this in contrast to assistants that wait for context and depend on what is already in the customer record system, positioning Selix as going to find the missing context itself. The scope it covers is the whole outbound motion. An ideal profile is defined by attributes from titles, company types and locations through to company products and custom record system fields. A signal layer the vendor calls pulse detects non obvious events including champion tracking, fundraising and product fit analysis, drawn from professional network activity, internal messaging and conference announcements. Contacts are pulled from unnamed data providers. Messages are generated per prospect, campaigns launch, and the vendor operates its own sending infrastructure with inbox warming to keep mail out of spam. Five product areas are published: integration, lead management, representative engagement, messaging and send infrastructure. Two free tools sit alongside, an email grader and a personalized email generator. Naming and surfaces are split three ways and worth recording. The company is SellScale, Inc. The product is Selix, marketed at selix.ai. The corporate site remains sellscale.com, and the privacy statement additionally names a customer engagement platform at a third subdomain. Company positioning has escalated over time, with current metadata describing the product as a superintelligence whose only goal is to build outbound pipeline. The company is headquartered in San Jose, California, founded in 2022, and lists angel backing from operators at a number of well known technology companies. Reported customers include several established technology businesses. Note for future readers: the marketing pages render entirely client side and could not be retrieved, so this record rests on the legal documents, the vendor blog and third party reporting.

Samplead
Samplead is a trigger driven outbound platform whose organizing principle is stated as a policy: no trigger, no message. Outreach happens only when the system has detected verified high intent activity, which the vendor positions against volume based sequences. The monitoring layer is the product. Samplead continuously scans activity across LinkedIn, Reddit, GitHub, podcasts, industry publications, conferences and regulatory filings, looking for moments that indicate a buying problem: a post about developer tooling, an interaction with an open source repository, a podcast interview on interface security, an annual filing that mentions cyber vulnerabilities. Signals are filtered against the customer's ideal profile and account criteria, and surfaced daily to a seller as suggested prospects with drafted message versions attached. The seller approves or denies each one. Delivery is LinkedIn first. The vendor describes creating connections through real employee profiles across a company, from executives down, and markets executive led outreach on the reasoning that decision makers respond to leaders rather than to representatives. Approved prospects enter a personalized sequence built around the specific trigger identified for them. A separate module automates replies once a conversation opens, and further modules cover website visitor identification and conference driven engagement. The system is described as learning from approvals, edits and outcomes, adapting to a team's tone, positioning and targeting over time. Targeting is narrow and stated: cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure and other business to business companies with annual contract values above 40,000 dollars. Integrations named are Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier, with export to file. The company is Samplead, of Tel Aviv, Israel, founded in 2023 by brothers Dor and Gadi Vardi following their own bootstrapped outbound business. One naming point governs any future lookup of this record. The product is mid rebrand to Spear. The application and current marketing sit at getspear.ai, the AWS marketplace listing is titled Spear while the seller and the priced dimension both read Samplead, and the legacy site at samplead.co still serves full Samplead branding. Within a single current page the title reads Spear, the body copy reads Samplead, the logo file is named for Samplead, several navigation targets resolve to paths marked old, multiple linked product pages return errors, and the footer copyright reads 2025. The roster entry gives samplead.com, which is a third string not confirmed as a live surface.

Rolodex
Rolodex is a shared relationship intelligence workspace for teams, built by Dana HQ, Inc., the company behind the personal contact manager Dex. It pools individual members' networks into one team database by syncing LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook and calendar, then tracks every meeting, email and interaction against the contact and the company rather than against a deal. Job changes are monitored in real time, keep in touch reminders prompt follow up, and company level views consolidate every touchpoint the team has had with an organization so members can see who last engaged and find the warmest introduction path. The vendor positions the product explicitly against pipeline software, stating that it has no pipeline, no deal stages and no lead scoring, and that it is organized around people rather than transactions. Views include a geographic map of the team's connections, board views, filters and lists. Native applications ship for both mobile platforms alongside a browser extension. The distinctive capability is a live model context protocol server, published at its own endpoint with documentation, which exposes contacts, companies, emails, meetings and notes to an external AI client. Authentication is by account sign in rather than key management, each connecting client is scoped to a chosen workspace, and access is revocable from settings. Naming note for buyers: the roster URL for this row pointed to rolodex.com, which belongs to the unrelated office products brand of the same name. This record covers the software vendor at rolodexcrm.com. A third product called Rolodex exists as a prospecting module inside another vendor's platform and is not covered here.

ReactIn
Intent based outbound automation built on the professional network with email alongside, operated by a French company and launched in spring 2025 per independent review coverage. The platform watches more than twenty behavioral signals, profile visits, post engagement, commenters on competitor posts, webinar signups and lead magnet downloads, plus triggers from payment, scheduling and form tools, builds self updating prospect lists from them, enriches each lead with company, title and contact data, scores it against the customer's ideal profile before any message goes out, then runs branching campaigns across rotated sender accounts with replies gathered in one inbox. Webhooks fire on five named lead events, with connections to two workflow platforms and a programmatic interface. Pricing is published per sender per month with a signals only entry tier, a full outreach tier and an agency plan covering up to fifty senders, and rotation is marketed openly as the way to scale without triggering platform restrictions, which is the settled bottom band position on the platform terms axis. The statutory legal notice, mandatory under French law, was published with unfilled template placeholders where the registered address, company registration number, share capital, publication director, telephone number and consumer mediator are required to appear.

OnePgr
Go to market platform that has repositioned from selling software to selling pipeline as a delivered outcome, with the headline stating the point outright: buy pipeline, not seats. Four tiers describe finished deliverables rather than features, opening with a five thousand dollar proof engagement that runs twenty to forty messaging hypotheses in parallel across a customer's top forty accounts over eight to twelve weeks and returns a written verdict, refundable in full if the verdict does not advance the customer's targeting. Above that sit engaged prospects, scored accounts and routed opportunities, each priced per outcome. The crucial qualification for membership is that every tier names the machinery behind it and the same products can be driven by the customer's own team instead, through a free entry tier, a self serve application and a published protocol endpoint that external agents can call with each action metered and receipted. Underneath everything sits a substrate the vendor calls OrgDrive, which every send, connection, recorded call and campaign verdict writes into and every recommendation reads out of. A second and older website remains live on the apex domain, still selling the previous product.

Neuron
Business contact data supplied through a browser extension rather than a fixed database, from a Waterloo company trading as Planleaf and formerly called Prospect. Work email addresses are assembled as real time permutations and then tested against mail infrastructure before they are handed over, mobile numbers are matched on multiple attributes and confirmed with telecom providers, and every paid tier is unlimited, so the credit arithmetic that governs most of this category is absent here. A natural language layer called Autopilot turns a sentence into a filtered prospect search, and its published filter dictionary reaches degree of connection, profile viewers, post engagement, company page followers and saved searches, all surfaces available only to an authenticated professional network session. The compliance posture is the thing a buyer should read twice: three marketing pages present certification and regulatory alignment as settled, while the privacy policy leans on a Canadian carve out that places business contact details outside the definition of personal information, and the user agreement requires the customer to obtain every relevant permission and to indemnify the vendor against any claim from any person in the data.

Nooks
Artificial intelligence native outbound workspace where agents work alongside human representatives across four product lines: multi channel sequencing with generated personalization, a parallel dialer that detects live answers and skips phone trees and dead numbers, a signals and intelligence layer building lists and research from the customer's own systems plus third party data, and a coaching layer that scores every call and runs roleplay practice bots. Positioned explicitly as human in the loop rather than as an autonomous agent, with a representative running every conversation. Operating entity Nooks AI.

MarketBetter
Signal to action platform that identifies the companies visiting a customer's website, combines that with professional network and buyer intent signals, and converts the result into a daily task list for representatives ranked by intent, with outreach drafted from the signal that triggered it. List building from a prompt with enrichment, a chatbot for inbound capture, multichannel sequences and a dialer triggered by intent sit around the core. Positioned explicitly as augmentation rather than replacement of the human seller, and marketed as displacing a fragmented marketing technology stack with a catalog of agents covering prospecting, email, advertising and system of record updates. Founded early 2025, launched summer 2025, based in Plano, Texas.

Accounts are offered at two tiers separated by age, location, connection count and warmup period, with free replacement if a rented account is restricted.

heddl
Heddl is an all in one outbound platform for small go to market teams, positioning itself explicitly as a replacement for a stack of Apollo, Clay, HeyReach and Lemlist at roughly a fifth of the combined cost. Two modules are marked live: social listening, which ingests posts, videos, reviews and conversations from nine platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and three review sites, then classifies each item across six go to market signal types; and an outreach engine running sequenced campaigns across LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp with a unified reply inbox, lead pulls from Sales Navigator, ideal customer scoring on five buying signals, multi mailbox rotation and warmup. Three further modules are marked as launching soon or on a roadmap through early 2027: a strategy dashboard, a weekly content calendar generator, and a natural language campaign builder. Pricing runs on pay as you go credits from 30 dollars, or a managed tier at 500 dollars a month plus credits with a dedicated engineer running campaigns. The vendor trades as Heddl by GetGTM.ai. Founding year and headquarters were not established and are deliberately left blank.

GTM Workspace by ZoomInfo
GTM Workspace is ZoomInfo's unified account command center for revenue teams, and the product the company positions as the execution layer sitting above its data. It combines records from the customer's own system of record with ZoomInfo's verified company and contact profiles, organisational charts, buying intent signals, buying group maps, website visitor identification and activity timelines into a single continuously refreshed view of every account, then applies agents that research accounts, monitor signals, draft follow ups, update fields and surface next best actions. It sits alongside ZoomInfo Copilot, the seller facing agent it evolved from, and GTM Studio, the campaign orchestration surface built for revenue operations. ZoomInfo Technologies was founded in 2007, is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, is listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker GTM, employs more than 3,000 people and reports more than 35,000 customers. The wider platform spans the contact and company database, account based marketing and advertising, recruiting, data as a service, conversation intelligence and website chat. Pricing is published as six enumerated packages plus a credit consumption model, with no figures attached to any of it.

ENAI
Governed revenue execution layer for complex B2B markets, positioned as an operating layer over the existing stack rather than a replacement for it. Agent workflows read market signals, build an account brief, map the buying committee, prepare outreach inside customer defined rules, qualify the reply and hand the account to a named seller with its evidence intact. Sold on governance rather than volume: approval rules covering voice, claims, pacing and exclusions, an audit trail claim tying every message to its source and the rule that permitted it, and escalation of sensitive accounts to a person. Eleven verticals published, three with recorded product runs and eight as workflow models. Enai Limited, London, founded by Nikhil Nehra and Zeeshan Idrees, selected for the London agentic showcase at Web Summit Qatar 2026. No price published anywhere and no named customer.

Coldreach
Coldreach Inc. is a Y Combinator backed AI sales development agent built on a single premise: that the reason to contact an account matters more than the contact details. Rather than filtering a database, the operator describes in plain English what would signal that a company needs their product, and the system monitors more than 113 million companies against that description across five or more data sources. The published example signals show how specific this gets: currently hiring three or more engineers with Next.js experience, faced a cybersecurity attack or data breach in the last twelve months, mentions building expense reports in spreadsheets in finance job openings, onboarded a data engineer in the last three months who mentioned a particular warehouse product on their profile, a ten K filing mentioning employee communication initiatives. The vendor makes a point of there being no preset categories or filter boxes. When a lead matches, the system then conducts a deep read on that company covering its website, its ten K, its hiring page, recent news and social activity, extracts the pain point, the status quo and the urgency, and writes an email that opens with the specific finding rather than a generic icebreaker. Outreach then runs across email and professional network messaging on auto pilot around the clock, with the account list refreshed and exported weekly and researched leads, sent activity and replies pushed into the customer's own system of record. Five prices are published from 899 dollars a month for self service through to a fully managed service at 3,000.

Clickback
Clickback Inc. sells the thing most email platforms refuse to touch: bulk campaigns to cold and purchased business lists. Its copyright notice runs from 2000, it operates from St. Catharines in Ontario, and it reports more than a thousand customers including LexisNexis. Two products carry the business. Clickback MAIL, which the company brands Email Lead Generation, takes a list the customer bought or gathered without opt in, runs every contact through twenty to thirty hygiene and verification checks on import to strip bad addresses, spam traps, honeypots and moles, then sends the campaign from Clickback's own designated sending domains and internet addresses with an automated warmup process, so the customer's own domain reputation is never the thing at risk. The stated goal is conversion rather than the sale itself: a cold contact who engages becomes an opted in lead, which the customer then pushes into whatever CRM or marketing automation platform they already run. Clickback WEB, branded Website Visitor Intelligence, picks up the contacts who visited the site after a campaign without converting, so they can be tracked and nurtured rather than dropped. The compliance posture is enforced in the product rather than disclaimed in the terms: the platform detects and filters out Canadian and European addresses so campaigns stay clear of the consent regimes that would prohibit them, and the company states plainly that its software does not work for business to consumer lists. Pricing is published by monthly email volume across three tiers with an enterprise band on request, on a twelve month agreement.

Clevenio
Clevenio, trading as Sales Led Oy and founded in 2023 in Jyvaskyla, Finland, sells a proposition the large US data platforms cannot: the whole market rather than a sample of it. Its argument is that list building is a symptom of incomplete market visibility, and that a finite market can simply be mapped. The company builds from each country's official business register rather than from scraped or user contributed lists, then uses large language models to cross reference those registers against public data across the web and attach the right decision makers to the right companies, refreshing continuously so a newly registered company reaches the customer's CRM without anyone noticing it. Two products carry it: a Finnish database drawing on the full trade register plus telecom operator data for phone numbers matched to named individuals, financial statements, industry codes, headcount and group structure; and a European database covering the Nordics, Baltics, DACH, Benelux, Poland and the UK from each local register plus professional networks and the open web. Around the data sit seven features: buying signal triggers, CRM sync into HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, an audience builder, multichannel sequences, a lightweight CRM built for outbound, a REST API, and an MCP server that is live for every customer and marketed as the first thing on the homepage. Around 500 B2B sales teams across the Nordics, sold to CSOs, reps, marketing and RevOps.

Boomerang AI
Boomerang AI, operated by BuyerAssist.io, Inc., is a relationship led revenue platform built on a single premise: the highest intent signal in B2B is not a firmographic filter but a person who already bought from you turning up somewhere new. It monitors customers, evaluators and power users for job changes and promotions, detects a move within roughly 24 to 72 hours, scores the new employer against the customer's ICP before any motion fires, and routes the follow up back through whichever colleague actually owns the relationship. Around that sit a relationship graph across employees, executives, customers, investors, board members and partners that surfaces warm introduction paths into target accounts, buying group mapping that fills missing personas and stale titles, and CRM hygiene agents that mark departed contacts invalid, create contacts from calendars and product usage, and deduplicate and enrich continuously inside Salesforce and sequencing tools such as Outreach and Salesloft. The AI agent Rudy is the product's face, described by the vendor as finding the warm path, drafting the intro and getting the meeting. Founded 2021 by Shankar Ganapathy, Amit Dugar and Shyam HN; the company sells to CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps, demand generation and customer marketing leaders at B2B software and cybersecurity companies, and positions against LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo rather than against sequencers.
