LoneScale

LoneScale is a data layer that lives inside Salesforce and HubSpot rather than in a separate app. It finds the right stakeholders at target accounts by persona, fills in emails and mobile numbers through a waterfall of more than 25 data vendors, enriches inbound leads from an email address, and keeps titles and firmographics current by rechecking them every 24 hours. It also tracks job changes, new hires and job postings, turning them into CRM updates, tasks and Slack alerts.

AI research agents qualify accounts and contacts using LoneScale's data, web search and site browsing, then write their findings and suggested openers into CRM fields, and a job title classifier sorts titles into departments and seniority. Field mappings can replace values or fill only empty fields, records match on CRM IDs or domains, and a mapping preview and per record log show what will be written. A Slack assistant, a Chrome extension, an API, a command line tool and an MCP server sit alongside native connections to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Sellsy, Attio, Clay, Make, Zapier and n8n.

Plans start with 100 free credits, then $200 a month for 2,000 credits on Starter and $1,000 a month for 20,000 on Growth, which adds job posting signals, with unlimited users, a 20 percent annual discount and custom Enterprise pricing. Paid plans start through a demo rather than a card checkout. LoneScale is run by LoneLine SAS, a French company founded in 2020, and sells to mid market teams in North America and Europe, with case studies from Tomorro, Greenly, Welcome to the Jungle and Elba Security.

AI Capability
AI CentralityAI CentralityWhether AI is the product or a feature veneer. The removal test: peel the AI label off, and does anything sellable remain?
CC on AI CentralityAI features on a conventional platform. Peel the AI label off and the product still works roughly as before.
Vendor Published

AI research agents qualify accounts, contacts and signals with LoneScale's data, web search and site browsing, then write summaries and suggested openers into CRM fields, and a classifier sorts job titles into departments and seniority with a claimed 99.9 percent accuracy. The core of the product is enrichment, stakeholder sourcing and job change data, which work without the agents, and a native OpenAI connection runs on the customer's own key.

Autonomy and Oversight ModelAutonomy and Oversight ModelWhat the system does without a human. Draft for review, auto send, or fully agentic, and what contains a bad run.
BB on Autonomy and Oversight ModelThe human in the loop posture is described substantively (draft versus auto send, approval flows) but the failure containment story is incomplete.
Vendor Published

Workflows start as soon as they are created and run once or on a schedule, titles and firmographics are rechecked every 24 hours, tracked lists are enriched again monthly and agents fire on lists, schedules or inbound signals. Each field mapping is set to replace or to fill only empty values, records match on CRM IDs, domains or set criteria with idempotency keys against double writes, and a read only preview and per record log show what is written. The Slack app writes only when a rep clicks, but rollback and approval steps for scheduled runs are not described.

AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyAI Disclosure and Model TransparencyWhat models power the product, whether AI generated outreach discloses itself, and whether scoring and routing logic is explainable.
CC on AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyThe product is described as AI powered with the stack, the disclosure behavior, and the scoring logic all unstated.
Vendor Published

No model is named for the agents, the Slack assistant or the classifier, and how agents reach their conclusions is not explained. OpenAI appears only as an integration that runs on the customer's own key.

Operational and Outcome EvidenceOperational and Outcome EvidenceMeasured outcomes with a stated basis: replies, meetings, pipeline, win rates. Logos are not evidence and prestige is not measurement.
BB on Operational and Outcome EvidenceReal outcome evidence published, with named customers and numbers, but the measurement basis is incomplete: population, period, or definition unstated.
Vendor Published

Tomorro reports $1.5 million in pipeline over its first nine months and more than 150 influenced deals, with a lower summary figure of $500,000 and 100 deals, and Greenly attributes 48 percent of its pipeline to hiring, job posting and job change signals. Two further case studies carry no figures, and headline claims such as 30 hours saved per rep a month, 70 percent better data quality and tenfold ROI in six months have no stated basis.

Compliance and Risk
Outreach Compliance PostureOutreach Compliance PostureHow the product handles regulated outreach: consent, DNC scrubbing, opt out mechanics, caller ID conduct, and the public enforcement record.
CC on Outreach Compliance PostureCompliance is mentioned as the customer’s responsibility, with little or no product enforcement described. The tool can be run lawfully, and nothing about it helps.
Vendor Published

The terms make the customer responsible for collecting and processing personal data and for local prospecting rules, and the DPA leaves the legal basis to the customer. A do not sell form asks only for contact details and describes no process, timeframe or suppression, and no data broker registration or Do Not Call handling is described, even though the terms list automatic sending of prospecting emails among the functions.

Data Privacy PostureData Privacy PostureGDPR and CCPA posture: lawful basis, data subject rights handling, DPA availability, subprocessor disclosure.
CC on Data Privacy PostureA standard privacy policy exists and answers none of the questions this product category specifically raises.
Vendor Published

Privacy terms take the form of a DPA, which names AWS as the only subprocessor without a location, marks transfers as not applicable, promises breach notice without a timeframe and keeps prospect data for three years. No privacy notice speaks to the people in the data beyond calling the source personal data freely available on the internet.

Data Licensing and ProvenanceData Licensing and ProvenanceWhere the data comes from and on what legal footing: licensed, contributed, public record, or scraped, and who stands behind the answer.
BB on Data Licensing and ProvenanceProvenance is substantively described but incompletely: sourcing classes named without the legal footing, or indemnification unstated.
Vendor Published

Contacts come from a waterfall of more than 25 vendors, with FullEnrich, Waterfall.io and Apollo named, ZoomInfo and Lusha connected as integrations and customers able to bring their own vendor keys, while funding data is drawn from Crunchbase. Source counts run from 15 to more than 30, and emails can come back marked as predicted, meaning an unverified pattern guess.

Platform Terms ExposurePlatform Terms ExposureWhether the product operates inside the terms of the platforms it touches, and the restriction risk a buyer inherits when it does not.
BB on Platform Terms ExposureThe method is described and mostly conformant, with one real ambiguity the vendor does not resolve, or conformance asserted without the partnership evidence that would settle it.
Vendor Published

The Chrome extension uses no automation and never uses the rep's session to collect data, by LoneScale's account. LinkedIn profile links are the strongest matching input, and LoneScale can retrieve missing LinkedIn links and work history without saying how. LinkedIn's terms are not addressed.

AI Safety and Data StewardshipAI Safety and Data StewardshipThe cross client boundary: whether customer data trains models that serve competitors, plus retention and deletion posture.
CC on AI Safety and Data StewardshipSecurity language exists but the training question, the one this axis turns on, is unanswered: a buyer cannot tell whether their pipeline data improves a competitor’s instance.
Vendor Published

Whether customer CRM data trains models is not addressed. Prospect data is kept for three years from collection, contracts for five years and invoices for ten, data is fully erased after the reversibility period apart from anonymous statistics, and integrations use OAuth without storing third party credentials.

Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityRecipient Disclosure and AuthenticityHow the product presents itself to the people it targets: whether automated outreach and AI agents disclose themselves, whether sender personas are real, and whether personalization is grounded in verifiable fact. Measured as known compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since August 2, 2026, which requires AI systems that interact with individuals to disclose that fact.
CC on Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityNothing published on whether recipients are told they are dealing with software. For a product whose AI talks to prospects, silence here is now a regulatory posture, not a style choice.
Vendor Published

The terms list automatic sending of prospecting emails among the product's functions, and AI written messages are pushed into cadence tools. No disclosure to recipients, notice to the people in the data or position on Article 50 of the EU AI Act is described.

Integration and Deployment
Ecosystem and Integration DepthEcosystem and Integration DepthDocumented depth of CRM and stack integration: objects, sync direction, API surface, marketplace presence that matches the claims.
AA on Ecosystem and Integration DepthDeep, documented, bidirectional integration with the systems of record: named CRM objects and sync behavior, a public API with real docs, and a marketplace presence that matches the claims.
Vendor Published

Salesforce enrichment covers leads, contacts and accounts through page layout buttons, a custom intent object and a sandbox on request, and HubSpot covers contacts, companies, tasks, lists, deals and custom objects through a marketplace app. Pipedrive, Sellsy, Attio, Clay, Make, Zapier, n8n and a Slack assistant connect alongside, and the API syncs records with mapping rules, matching criteria and idempotency keys at 100 records per call, though its webhooks carry no signature. An MCP server with OAuth and eleven tools and a command line tool round out access for AI assistants.

Deployment Model and Data ResidencyDeployment Model and Data ResidencyWhere the product runs and where customer data lives, including residency options for EU buyers.
CC on Deployment Model and Data ResidencyCloud hosted is the whole public answer. Region and residency questions require a sales conversation.
Vendor Published

The service runs in AWS data centers with no region stated, and data coverage is described as North America and Europe. No residency options are offered.

Security Certifications and Trust CenterSecurity Certifications and Trust CenterVerifiable security posture: enumerated current certifications and a trust center an outsider can actually read.
BB on Security Certifications and Trust CenterCertifications named and plausible with a gap: no trust center, stale dates, or asserted without enumeration.
Vendor Published

LoneScale holds SOC 2 Type 2, with no auditor, date or report route given, alongside an annual third party penetration test, private networks and firewalls, hashed passwords, two factor sign in, intrusion detection and backups. A trust center sits at trust.lonescale.com, while ISO 27001, encryption details and single sign on are not listed.

Commercial and Operational
Commercial TransparencyCommercial TransparencyWhether a buyer can budget without a sales call. Published pricing graded on completeness, not on the price itself.
AA on Commercial TransparencyReal prices published: plans, seat or usage economics, and the shape of enterprise pricing, sufficient for a buyer to budget without a call.
Vendor Published

A free plan gives 100 credits without a card, Starter costs $200 a month for 2,000 credits, about 2,000 emails, 220 mobiles or 1,000 contacts, and Growth costs $1,000 a month for 20,000 credits at a lower rate with job posting signals. Every plan includes unlimited users, annual billing saves 20 percent and Enterprise is custom with a dedicated Slack channel, success manager and SLA. Paid plans start through a demo rather than a card checkout.

Exit and Data PortabilityExit and Data PortabilityWhat happens when a customer leaves: completeness of data export, rights to enriched or licensed data after termination, deletion commitments, and auto renewal mechanics, graded from published terms and documentation.
BB on Exit and Data PortabilityReal export capability documented, with a material exit question unstated in public terms, commonly post termination rights to licensed or enriched records.
Vendor Published

There is no fixed term, and a subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the following calendar month, with fees not refundable. Data can be exported only until the subscription ends, rights to enriched records after that are not stated, and data is then erased apart from anonymous statistics. French law and Paris courts govern, and liability is capped at twelve months of fees.

Deliverability and Sending DisciplineDeliverability and Sending DisciplineThe operational craft of sending: warmup, rotation, volume governance, spam rate monitoring, and what happens when reputation degrades.
CC on Deliverability and Sending DisciplineDeliverability is invoked as a benefit with no documented mechanism. For senders this is the axis where marketing most outruns evidence.
Vendor Published

Email results are labeled valid, catch all, invalid, unknown or predicted, the last being an unverified pattern guess, and phone verification requires special access. Accuracy above 90 percent is promised and even guaranteed, while the terms disclaim any guarantee not written into them, and no verification method or bounce refund is described.

Segment and Market CoverageSegment and Market CoverageWho the product actually serves, evidenced: segments, geographies, languages, and customers that match the claim.
BB on Segment and Market CoverageSegment focus is clear and evidenced with a gap in geographic or language specifics.
Vendor Published

Mid market sales, marketing and operations teams in North America and Europe are the focus. Case studies cover Tomorro, Greenly, Welcome to the Jungle and Elba Security, and the HubSpot app has more than 90 installs.
