Findymail
Findymail finds and verifies B2B email addresses and phone numbers for outbound teams. Its email finder works from a name and company or domain or from a LinkedIn profile link, the verifier checks lists from any source for syntax, mail server response, spam traps, catch all behavior and disposable or role addresses, and the phone finder returns mobile and direct dials for contacts outside the EU. A Chrome extension finds contacts while users browse LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and sends them to a sequencer or CRM in one click, and bulk files, Google Sheets, Clay, an API and an MCP server cover other routes.
Datacare keeps a CRM's contacts filled in, starting with a read only health check and a preview, filling only empty fields unless overwrites are switched on field by field, merging duplicates, tracking job changes and allowing a full rollback. Signals watches for new hires, funding, title changes, keyword mentions and topic engagement, and Intellimatch turns a plain language customer profile into ranked companies and verified contacts. Contacts push into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close and Copper and into sequencers such as Smartlead, Instantly, lemlist, Salesloft and Outreach, and the API offers webhooks on lookups and signals.
Plans for a company's own team are priced by usage pool rather than credits. Individual costs $99 a month for one seat and five active signals, Team $399 for five seats and five times the usage, and Scale $999 for twenty seats and twenty times the usage, with enterprise quoted and two months free on annual billing. Resellers and products that embed the data buy credit plans instead, starting at $99 a month for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, with a phone costing ten credits and rollover up to twice the monthly allowance. Datacare starts at $500 a month billed annually, priced by CRM size, and failed lookups are never charged.
Bounce rates above 5 percent are refunded in credits. Findymail is run by Peanuts SaaS Studio in France under founder Valentin Wallyn, keeps its data in the EU, and serves lead generation agencies, sales teams, revenue operations and data resellers, with customers such as Telescope, Indeemo, goML and Outbound Hero.

Intellimatch uses AI semantic search and scoring to turn a plain language customer profile into ranked companies and contacts. The finder, verifier, phone lookup, CRM enrichment and signals that make up most of the product are conventional data and verification services that work without it.
Datacare, the part that writes into a customer's CRM on its own, starts with a read only health check, shows a preview, fills only empty fields by default, makes overwriting a per field opt in, limits runs to chosen segments and supports full rollback. Signals monitors run continuously but leave outreach to the user. Intellimatch builds lists without a described review step, though it writes nothing outside Findymail.
The models behind Intellimatch's semantic search and scoring are not named, and how companies and contacts are ranked is not explained. Findymail sends no outreach, so recipient disclosure does not arise directly.
Twelve customer stories report results, among them Perpetual cutting bounces from 10 percent to under 2 percent while opens rose from 12 to over 65 percent, Beatly bringing bounces from 20 percent to near zero, Outbound Hero sending 300,000 emails a month at a 3 percent bounce rate and goML reaching 220 percent of a quarterly target. Clay's independent 2025 provider test, run on Clay's own site, puts Findymail email quality between 90 and 96 percent and coverage between 65 and 90 percent. Figures of 23, 30 or 20 to 50 percent more valid emails than rivals vary and carry no basis.
Findymail accepts under California law that its core service is a sale of personal information, honors deletion requests from California's DROP platform checked at least every 45 days and processes opt outs within 15 business days. EU phone numbers are excluded from the phone finder, and people can opt out or claim their record through an online form. A data broker registration number and a legitimate interest assessment for EU data are not given.
A DPA names the French company behind Findymail, relies on the 2021 standard contractual clauses with UK and Swiss versions, commits to breach notice within 72 hours and lists subprocessors with their locations, from Hetzner in Finland and AWS in France to Cloudflare, Sentry, Slack and Stripe. Privacy terms cover users rather than the people in the data, give no address and name no transfer mechanism, and processing of found contacts rests on a legitimate interest in already public data.
Emails come from public online sources, Findymail's own verification checks and unnamed third party providers, and phone numbers come from social profiles. How addresses are generated or which providers supply them is not described.
The Chrome extension, sold as an email finder and scraper, finds contacts while users browse LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter and exports them to a sequencer or CRM in one click. How it reads LinkedIn pages and fits LinkedIn's terms is not addressed.
Whether customer lists, CRM data or lookups train AI models is not addressed. Logs are destroyed within two months, other data is kept as long as necessary, and the DPA lets customers choose deletion or return of their data at termination.
Findymail sends nothing to prospects and pushes contacts into sequencers that do. Beyond the opt out form, nothing describes notice to the people it finds, and no position on Article 50 of the EU AI Act is taken.
Datacare reads a connected CRM and writes enriched fields back live and in a monthly batch, with per field overwrite rules, segments, previews and rollback, and it can notify through Slack or a webhook. Contacts push into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close and Copper and into Smartlead, Instantly, lemlist, Woodpecker, QuickMail, Salesloft and Outreach, alongside Clay, Zapier, Make and Google Sheets.
The API covers verification, search, phones, reverse lookup, companies, employees, lookalikes, signals and technologies, with webhooks and 300 concurrent requests by default, and an MCP server opens it to AI agents.
Data is hosted with Hetzner in Finland with backups in the EU and AWS servers in France, and the company states that data stays in the EU. Several subprocessors, including Cloudflare, Sentry, Slack and Stripe, are US based, and no residency choice or single tenant option is offered.
Findymail holds SOC 2 Type 2, with no auditor or date given, and the DPA makes audit reports available on written request. TLS 1.2 or higher and multi factor sign in through Google protect access, and there is no trust center.
Team plans are priced by seat and usage pool: Individual $99 a month for one seat and five active signals, Team $399 for five seats and Scale $999 for twenty, with two months free on annual billing. Team and Scale carry five and twenty times Individual's usage, but Individual's own usage is left as generous rather than a number, so a buyer cannot tell how many lookups a plan covers.
Credit plans for resellers start at $99 for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, with a phone at ten credits and rollover up to twice the allowance. Datacare starts at $500 a month billed annually, and enterprise is quoted.
Plans renew automatically unless stopped with 30 days' notice, cannot be ended mid term except for cause and are non refundable. Customers own their data, and at termination it is deleted or returned at their choice. Credit expiry beyond the rollover cap is not addressed in the terms, which run under French law with arbitration in Paris.
Every address is checked in real time for syntax, mail server response, spam traps, catch all behavior and disposable or role use, and failed lookups are free. Bounce rates above 5 percent are refunded in credits after a bounce analysis with support, but no claim window or bounce definition is set out and the guarantee is not in the terms.
Lead generation agencies, sales and marketing teams, revenue operations teams and software platforms reselling data are the buyers, with twelve customer stories including Telescope, Indeemo, goML, Outbound Hero and Perpetual. Phone coverage excludes the EU, and the geographic reach of email coverage is not stated.

What to watch for
Where this pricing can surprise a buyer who has not read it closely.
Individual's usage allowance is not given as a number, so Team and Scale, at five and twenty times that usage, cannot be sized in lookups. Credit plans for resellers roll credits over up to twice the monthly allowance, and new accounts get ten free credits. Plans renew automatically, cannot be ended mid term and are non refundable, while bounce rates above 5 percent are refunded in credits.
