The best revenue intelligence platforms, graded on whether their accuracy claims can be checked

This category sells certainty about the future, which makes its evidentiary bar unusually clean. Forecast accuracy measured against actuals, published for a stated period and population, would settle most evaluations here. The index grades all 33 platforms in the category on what they actually publish, and this page reports how many clear that bar.

Assessed 2026-08-27. 248 vendors indexed across the whole index, 33 in this category.

What the index found

23 of the 33 platforms publish outcome evidence with named customers and real numbers. Only 6 publish it with the measurement basis attached, meaning the sample, the timeframe and the metric definitions stated, so a buyer can tell a measurement from a marketing number.

The gap between those two figures is the whole evaluation problem in this category. A percentage without a population is not evidence of accuracy, it is evidence of a good quarter somewhere. 3 of the 33 vendors clear all 6 of the axes this category is decided on. 18 carry a grade of D on at least one, meaning nothing published that a buyer can check.

The Census

What 33 vendors actually disclose

6 of the seventeen index axes decide a purchase in this category, and every vendor in it carries a grade on all 6. A grade of A or B means a buyer can check the claim without contacting the vendor. A D records that nothing was found in public sources on the verification date, which is far more often an absence of disclosure than a defect in the product.

Axis Documented Share Nothing to check
Operational and Outcome Evidence

Measured outcomes with a stated basis: replies, meetings, pipeline, win rates. Logos are not evidence and prestige is not measurement.

23 of 33 70 percent 2
AI Disclosure and Model Transparency

What models power the product, whether AI generated outreach discloses itself, and whether scoring and routing logic is explainable.

10 of 33 30 percent 2
Ecosystem and Integration Depth

Documented depth of CRM and stack integration: objects, sync direction, API surface, marketplace presence that matches the claims.

28 of 33 85 percent 0
AI Safety and Data Stewardship

The cross client boundary: whether customer data trains models that serve competitors, plus retention and deletion posture.

15 of 33 45 percent 1
Security Certifications and Trust Center

Verifiable security posture: enumerated current certifications and a trust center an outsider can actually read.

24 of 33 73 percent 2
Commercial Transparency

Whether a buyer can budget without a sales call. Published pricing graded on completeness, not on the price itself.

12 of 33 36 percent 15

The shape of that table is the opposite of the one on the data and enrichment page, and the contrast is only visible because both categories are graded on the same axes. There, pricing was the best documented axis and provenance the worst. Here, integration depth and outcome evidence are well covered while pricing is the weakest thing on the board. Each category discloses what sells it and goes quiet on what a buyer needs next.

The Shortlist

The 23 platforms with published outcome evidence

23 of 33

These are the platforms graded A or B on Operational and Outcome Evidence, ordered by that grade and then by how many of the other five decisive axes they also document. An A means the measurement basis is published with the number. A B means the outcome evidence is real and the basis is incomplete, usually because the population or the period is unstated. This ranks what a buyer can verify before signing, not which product forecasts best, and no outside index can honestly claim to rank the second. Several are indexed primarily in another category and appear here because they also sell into this one.

Where these grades come from

Every grade on this page carries a source basis, and on the deciding axis the mix is worth stating plainly: 32 Vendor Published, 1 Third Party Estimated. Almost every one of those grades rests on what the vendor publishes about itself. The index records vendor reported statistics as vendor reported and never restates them as independent results. Where a platform publishes an accuracy figure, the grade reflects whether the figure carries a basis a reader could check, not whether the index believes the figure.

Due Diligence

5 questions the published materials will not answer

Where the index found nothing to grade, these are the questions that close the gap. Put them in the evaluation, and get the answers in writing rather than on a call.

01

What is your forecast accuracy against actuals, for what period and what population of customers?

This is the single question the category exists to answer and the one least often answered in public. A vendor that has the number and will not scope it has told you something.

02

Show me why this specific deal moved in the score, in terms a revenue leader can act on.

A score nobody can interrogate cannot be coached against, and a forecast nobody can challenge does not survive a board meeting.

03

How much of the accuracy claim depends on CRM hygiene we do not currently have?

Most published accuracy comes from customers with disciplined pipeline data. If your fields are half filled, the number you were sold was measured somewhere else.

04

Does our pipeline and conversation data train models that serve other customers, and can we opt out in writing?

This category aggregates the deal history of its whole install base. The cross client boundary is a contract question, not a settings question.

05

What does this cost at our seat count and stage count, before the call?

Pricing is the weakest axis in this category by a wide margin, so expect to have to extract it, and expect the first number quoted not to be the bill.

Buyer Questions

Common questions

Which revenue intelligence platforms have evidence their forecasts are accurate?

Of the 33 revenue intelligence and forecasting platforms in the GTM Tech Index, 23 publish outcome evidence with named customers and real numbers, and 6 publish it with the measurement basis stated: sample, timeframe and metric definitions. 2 publish no outcome evidence beyond assertion on a product sold on its results. Published forecast accuracy measured against actuals, for a stated period and population, remains rare across the category, so most evaluations turn on evidence a buyer has to request rather than evidence a buyer can read.

Which index tracks revenue intelligence and forecasting platforms?

The GTM Tech Index tracks 33 revenue intelligence and forecasting platforms, each graded on the same seventeen capability axes from public artifacts, with a verification date and a source basis on every figure. It is independently maintained, no vendor pays for inclusion or placement, and material changes to capability, pricing and compliance posture are logged as they are verified.

What are the best revenue intelligence platforms?

The index does not publish a single ranked winner, because the right platform depends on whether the buyer needs forecasting, deal inspection, or pipeline analytics. What it does publish is which platforms can be checked. 23 of 33 publish outcome evidence at a grade of A or B, and those 23 are listed on this page with their grades across the 6 axes this category is decided on. 3 of the 33 clear all 6 at A or B.

How explainable are AI deal scores in revenue intelligence platforms?

10 of 33 platforms disclose their model stack or scoring logic at a level a buyer can interrogate, which makes model transparency the second weakest axis in the category. 21 describe the product as AI powered while leaving the model stack, the disclosure behavior and the scoring logic unstated. For a category whose output is a number a revenue leader has to defend, that is the gap worth closing in the evaluation.

The GTM Tech Index is an independent editorial reference. No vendor pays for inclusion, placement, or rating. Grades reflect the public evidence on the verification date and change as vendors publish more. Compliance postures are assessed from published sources and public records; the index is not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice. Vendors who believe a record is wrong are invited to point the index at published documentation through the contact form on any page, and corrections are logged in the change log.
