Revenue Intelligence & Forecasting
Platforms that read pipeline and predict it: forecasting, deal inspection and scoring, pipeline analytics, and revenue orchestration. The category sells certainty about the future, which makes the evidentiary bar unusually clean: forecast accuracy measured against actuals, published for a stated period and population, would settle most evaluations, and almost no vendor publishes it. In its absence the decisive questions are how deal scores are produced and whether a revenue leader can see why a deal moved, how much the system's accuracy depends on CRM hygiene the buyer does not have, and whether AI summaries and rollups are grounded in the record or fluent beyond it. Model transparency does real work in this category.

Chorus by ZoomInfo
Conversation intelligence for sales teams, covering call and meeting recording, transcription, and analysis of what was said. The platform captures customer calls, meetings and email, transcribes them, and surfaces topics, competitor mentions, objections and engagement patterns across the corpus. Around that sit four marketed uses: coaching and onboarding built on identifying winning behaviors and reducing new hire ramp time, deal intelligence that syncs contacts and communications into the customer record system and tracks account momentum, market intelligence that aggregates the voice of the customer across a book of business, and a connected layer that brings the parent company's contact and company data into the conversation view. Chorus.ai was acquired by ZoomInfo in 2021 and is sold today as Chorus by ZoomInfo. The original domain redirects to the ZoomInfo product page, although the customer sign in route still resolves under it. The product retains its own page, its own feature pages for recording, coaching, deal intelligence, market intelligence and connected intelligence, its own demonstration route and its own marketplace listings, so it is sold as a distinct product rather than folded into the platform. The surface has not been carried forward into the parent's current positioning. The product page still describes Chorus as backed by fourteen technology patents and as the fastest growing product of its kind in existence, language from the standalone era, while every sibling product on the same site is presented through the parent's newer agent and workspace framing. On the parent's pricing page Chorus does not appear among the six enumerated packages at all; it sits below them in a separate block for embedded capabilities, with one sentence and a link. Administration is documented openly in an implementation guide covering named roles, hierarchies and permission scoping. Connecting the product through tenant level calendar and mail settings grants it access to read calendar events for every user in the tenant and to read and send mail, which an administrator can restrict to a security group. The parent registers as a data broker under Texas law and publishes that registration on its trust center. Founding year left blank. No vendor surface reached states one.

Vitally
Customer success platform built around product usage rather than around account records, and aimed at teams who treat customer success as day to day work rather than as reporting. Health scores are computed from how end users actually behave in the customer's own product, with events arriving through one click connections to analytics tools or sent directly through a scripting interface, and custom metrics defined per business. Around that sit the working surfaces: team workspaces, projects, shared documents that customers can be brought into, automated playbooks that fire on score changes or lifecycle milestones, surveys and satisfaction scoring, dashboards, and an assistant layer that summarizes accounts and meetings. The plan structure is the clearest statement of who it is for. Rather than tiers named for company size, the three plans are named for customer success operating models, covering one to many and product led motions, mixed models, and one to one white glove work, so a buyer selects on how they run the function rather than on headcount. Every plan carries the same core features, unlimited automations, unlimited read only seats, single sign on and the full integration library, with the tiers differing on scale rather than on capability. One practice worth a reader's attention. The vendor publishes two performance figures with their comparison baselines and an attributed third party source, which is better disclosure than most of this category manages, and both headline percentages misstate the improvement the underlying numbers support. Founded 2017 and headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. The company has raised approximately forty million dollars across two rounds.

Sybill
Conversation intelligence built specifically for business to business selling rather than for general meeting notes, and the distinction holds up on inspection. Call summaries are structured around the qualification frameworks sales teams actually use, capturing buyer intent, objections, decision criteria and next steps; opportunity fields in the connected record system are populated automatically within minutes of a call, with each written value carrying a link back to the exact moment in the conversation it came from; follow up emails arrive drafted in the representative's own voice; and a query layer answers questions across every deal rather than a single call, citing the recordings behind its answers. The distinguishing capability is behavioral. Alongside the transcript the product analyses the video feed, reading facial expressions, body language, nods, smiles, note taking and attention, and from those infers an emotional journey for each participant. It identifies people it labels silent champions from their reactions at moments such as pricing and demonstration, and ranks slides and demonstration screens by how strongly buyers appeared to respond to them. Accuracy of the non verbal layer depends on video quality and camera position, and participants with cameras off produce no signal. Pricing runs from a free tier that cannot record, through published per seat rates, to a quoted top tier, and consumption is metered in credits with the vendor publishing which actions draw on them and which do not. Founding year and headquarters are left blank rather than guessed. This vendor was pulled from the project's reserve list, which carries no verified detail, and neither fact was established from a source worth recording on this pass.

ChurnZero
Customer success platform for subscription businesses, built around knowing which accounts are at risk before a renewal date arrives. The product unifies product usage telemetry, support history, contract data and engagement into account health scores the vendor calls ChurnScores, then drives intervention through automated plays and multi step journeys, in application messaging delivered inside the customer's own product, survey programs, success plans and renewal forecasting. Pricing is charged on the number of end customer accounts managed rather than on seats, which is the single most important thing for a buyer to understand before budgeting and is the same structure the other enterprise platforms in this category use. Independent analysis consistently places the product's economics at organizations managing several hundred to a few thousand customer accounts and describes it as poorly matched below that. The security surface is the most substantial part of the published record and unusually so for a company of this size. A live compliance center carries an audited control report, an information security management certification, an independent health information attestation and a downloadable customer letter summarizing an annual third party penetration test, alongside a separately published paper describing the access architecture in specific terms. The vendor has repositioned over the past two years from customer success toward customer growth and agentic artificial intelligence, launching an agent product in June 2026. It also runs an annual industry research program now in its seventh year and an annual practitioner conference, both of which give it a standing in the category beyond the software. Founded 2015 and headquartered in Washington. The company has raised approximately thirty five million dollars across rounds through Series B.

Q
Qwilr
Interactive proposal platform that replaces the document with a web page. A drag and drop editor builds branded, mobile friendly pages carrying embedded video, calendars, surveys and an interactive return on investment calculator; quote blocks let a buyer change quantities or select optional extras and see the price move; and acceptance, legally binding signature and payment all happen on the same page without the buyer leaving it. Because the deliverable is a live link rather than a file, a seller can edit a page after sending and the buyer sees the current version. Around that sit page level access controls that most document products do not offer: password protection, expiry dates, a cap on total views, restriction to named email domains, and a setting that asks a viewer to identify themselves before reading. Analytics report which sections a viewer spent time on and, at the identity level, who they are. The category placement follows the closest honest home rule for products sitting between a priced quote and a signed agreement, alongside the quote to revenue and document workflow platforms already recorded here. Sales enablement is carried as a secondary because the content library, saved reusable blocks, template governance and brand controls are enablement machinery, and because the product is also sold for digital sales rooms, mutual action plans and customer onboarding rather than proposals alone. Operated by Qwilr Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Founded 2014 with headquarters recorded as Sydney; both come from the project brief, and while the Australian incorporation and the Australian dollar pricing for that market corroborate the country, neither the city nor the year was confirmed at the vendor's own surface on this pass.

Proposify
Proposal and quoting platform for small and mid sized service businesses. A drag and drop editor builds branded documents from reusable templates and a shared content library, interactive quoting lets a prospect adjust quantities and optional extras, electronic signatures close the document, and engagement tracking reports when a prospect opened it and how long they spent on each section. Approval workflows, content locking and role permissions sit around it so that what a representative sends can be constrained before it leaves. The category placement follows the closest honest home rule for quote to revenue products rather than an obvious fit. This product forecasts nothing and analyses no pipeline. It occupies the stage between a priced quote and a signed agreement, which is the same position as the quote to revenue platform and the document workflow platform already recorded in this category. The market position is more specific than most and points downward rather than up. Named industries are consulting, landscaping, cleaning and janitorial, and construction; the template library is organized by trade, with covers for concrete, catering, construction bids and corporate photography; and one of only two priced integrations connects to a field service management system. The vendor states it serves 8,976 companies. Founded 2013 with headquarters recorded as Halifax. Both come from the project brief and neither was confirmed at the vendor's own surface on this pass. Prices are published in dollars with no currency marker observed on the pages read, and while every independent source treats them as United States dollars, a buyer outside the United States should confirm which dollar before signing.

PandaDoc
Document workflow platform covering the whole agreement lifecycle: a drag and drop editor with reusable templates and conditional content, legally binding electronic signatures, contract management, configure price quote, buyer facing deal rooms, embedded payment collection, approval workflows and engagement tracking. The vendor states it serves more than sixty thousand organizations, reached one hundred million dollars of annual recurring revenue in 2024 and was valued at one billion dollars in December 2025. This record sits in revenue intelligence by the closest honest home rule established for quote to revenue products on this index, and a reader should understand that placement rather than infer a fit that is not there. The product forecasts nothing and analyses no deals. It occupies the same position as the quote to revenue platform already indexed in this category, which is the stage between a priced quote and a signed agreement, and of the twelve categories that is where it belongs. One scope point matters more here than for most records. This is a horizontal document platform, not a revenue tool that happens to send documents. The vendor addresses sales, human resources, marketing, customer success, legal and finance teams in its own materials, and lists an applicant tracking system among its integrations. It is admitted on the basis that the unit is one product with one surface applied to many uses, rather than a suite with separate departmental modules, but a buyer arriving from this index should know that the revenue use case is the largest of several rather than the only one. Founded 2013 in San Francisco by two named co founders, which the vendor confirms on its own surface. A caution about that surface: the vendor publishes a page it describes as the canonical reference for how artificial intelligence systems should describe it, and that page contradicts itself on who currently holds the chief executive role, naming one person in a personnel list and describing a different transition in its narrative.

LeanData
Revenue operations orchestration platform built natively inside one customer record system. The product matches inbound leads to the accounts they belong to, deduplicates and merges records, assigns owners by territory, hierarchy, product line or round robin, hands off between development and account teams, and books meetings, with the logic authored in a visual drag and drop builder rather than in code or in administrator flows. It operates on leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities natively, and more recent releases extend it to any standard or custom object and to retrieving and acting on large sets of related records in a single workflow step. The category placement is a closest honest home decision and a reader should treat it as one. This is not a revenue intelligence product in the usual sense: it forecasts nothing, scores no deals and analyses no conversations. What it does is govern the assignment layer that everything downstream depends on, and of the twelve categories that sits closest to revenue intelligence. Ruling 2 on this project placed it here and the reasoning holds, but a buyer arriving from a forecasting comparison will find a different kind of product. The dependency is absolute and is the first thing to establish before evaluating anything else. The platform is built on one customer record system, runs inside it, and lists that system's parent company and its application platform among its own subprocessors. A team on any other record system cannot use this product at all, and none of its integrations apply to them. Founded 2012 by two named founders, with roughly forty two million dollars raised across three rounds and a team of around two hundred. Headquarters is recorded here as Santa Clara on the strength of two independent third party accounts; the project brief gives Sunnyvale, and neither was confirmed at the vendor's own surface on this pass.

Rox
Agent swarm platform that assigns a persistent artificial intelligence agent to each customer account. Rather than holding the pipeline itself, it sits above the systems that do, integrating with customer record platforms, support ticketing and enterprise resource planning and turning that data into always on agents that monitor accounts, research prospects, draft and run outreach, join and transcribe meetings, and write updates back into the system of record. That architecture is why this record sits in the agent category rather than under customer relationship management. The product depends on a system of record existing beneath it and does not attempt to be one, which is the test this index applies. The marketing positions it as an alternative to buying separate software, enrichment and record keeping, and the underlying integration story from the company and its investors is consistently one of sitting on top of existing systems rather than replacing them. Founded 2024 by Ishan Mukherjee, previously chief growth officer at New Relic and co founder of an observability company acquired by it. Launched from stealth in November 2024 having already raised fifty million dollars across seed and Series A rounds led by Sequoia Capital and General Catalyst, acquired a workflow automation company in September 2025, and reached a reported one point two billion dollar valuation in March 2026 in a round press coverage attributes to sources rather than to company confirmation. Named customers include several well known technology companies, one of them the founder's former employer. Both a dot com and a dot ai domain appear across sources for this company.

Planhat
Unified customer platform for recurring revenue businesses, built on a flexible data foundation rather than around a fixed customer success object model. The product consolidates customer data scattered across customer record systems, support tickets, product analytics and billing into one place, then drives health scoring, workflow automation and retention motions from it. The vendor positions the platform across three functions rather than one, covering customer success, customer relationship management and professional services automation, which is broader than the category norm and which independent reviewers note splits the roadmap three ways. The commercial model is the distinguishing feature and the thing a buyer must understand first. Pricing is charged on the number of customer accounts managed rather than on user seats, and all tiers are reported to include unlimited users, so an organization can deploy the platform across sales, support and product teams without per seat cost. Cost therefore scales with the size of the customer base being served rather than the size of the team serving it. Founded 2015 in Stockholm by Kaveh Rostampor and Niklas Skog, bootstrapped for seven years before a fifty million dollar Series A in April 2022, with roughly one hundred million dollars raised in total. The team is globally distributed with hubs across Europe, North America, South America and Asia Pacific. Named customers concentrate in enterprise technology, and independent reviewers place the majority of the base in the mid market.

Totango
Enterprise customer success platform, and the product of a 2024 merger that consolidated two of the category's independent vendors. The platform tracks customer health, predicts churn and drives retention and expansion workflow, built around a library of prepackaged playbooks the vendor calls SuccessBLOCs and a journey orchestration layer, with bidirectional Salesforce synchronization that reviewers single out as the strongest part of the product. On the brand question the answer is settled. Totango and Catalyst announced their merger in February 2024 under Great Hill Partners, initially under co chief executives drawn from both companies, and the combined business now trades under the single Totango name with three product lines beneath it: Totango as the enterprise platform, Catalyst retained as a product rather than a company, and Unison, a churn intelligence engine built from technology acquired with the Parative team later in 2024. The company rebranded in March 2025. Catalyst is therefore not separately indexed here. Pricing is charged on the number of end customer accounts tracked rather than on seats, which is an unusual model in this category and the single most important thing for a buyer to understand before budgeting. Recorded from the project brief and not independently confirmed on this pass: founding year 2010. The merged company's own announcement gives Redwood City rather than the San Mateo the brief records. Competitor analysis notes repeated chief executive changes since 2023 and advises expecting integration work.

Mediafly
Revenue enablement platform distinguished by value selling rather than by content management, which most of this category leads with. Alongside interactive buyer engagement and content, the platform ships return on investment and total cost of ownership calculators, product comparison mechanisms, and diagnostic and benchmark assessment tools that let a seller quantify a business case with a buyer rather than describe one. The vendor positions the platform across the full revenue lifecycle, presale through postsale, and sells its modules individually or combined. Learning and coaching arrived through the acquisition of Appinium, completed in April 2025 and announced that June, which brought a learning management system built entirely inside Salesforce so that administration, user experience and data collection remain in the customer's own environment. The vendor describes that as the foundation of an agentic direction in which intelligent agents read content engagement and Salesforce outcome data to recommend training and next actions. Localization is the broadest in this cohort, with the product published in thirteen languages, and the customer base is correspondingly multinational across food and beverage, payroll, semiconductors, consumer electronics, packaging and financial services. Founded 2006 in Chicago, privately held and backed by several private equity investors, with roughly two hundred and nine million dollars raised and around one hundred and seventy employees. The company has made roughly eight acquisitions over its history, of which Appinium is the most recent.

Aviso
End to end revenue operating system for enterprise go to market teams, sold as the consolidated alternative to running forecasting, conversation intelligence, engagement and analytics as separate contracts. The platform spans revenue forecasting and scenario planning, pipeline inspection, deal acceleration, conversation and activity intelligence, coaching, marketing intelligence, sales engagement and customer success intelligence, with deep time series analytics that retain pipeline and forecast changes across many quarters rather than only the current state. The assistant layer is marketed as an artificial intelligence chief of staff and the vendor publishes an unusual amount about how it is built, describing large quantitative models running alongside language model orchestration, structured revenue operations ontologies that scope queries, and deterministic validation that catches errors without model retry loops. A benchmarking report is published with a token breakdown by pipeline stage. Company facts are genuinely unreliable in public sources and are recorded here with that caveat. Founding year is given as 2012 by four sources and 2014 by two. Total funding is reported at four incompatible figures spanning fourteen to sixty million dollars, and headcount at three. The address at Redwood City is consistent across sources and the co-founder is consistently named. Nothing beyond city and founding year has been recorded here. An unrelated venture capital firm trades under the same name.

BoostUp
Revenue intelligence and forecasting platform for mid market and enterprise business to business organizations, built around a flexible data model rather than a fixed opportunity record. The platform combines machine forecasting, pipeline analytics, deal inspection, rep coaching, native conversation intelligence and a revenue business intelligence module that connects to the customer's own data warehouse. The distinguishing capability is multi dimensional forecasting. Most tools in this category forecast opportunities and struggle where revenue does not arrive that way, and this platform natively supports subscription, consumption and usage based, product led, renewal, expansion and advertising revenue streams in one model. For a company whose revenue mixes several of those, that is a structural difference rather than a feature comparison, and independent reviewers consistently identify it as the reason to choose this vendor over the larger alternatives. A revenue business intelligence module gives revenue operations teams direct control over the underlying data and dashboards, and the platform integrates with the conversation intelligence vendors it also competes with rather than requiring customers to abandon them. Founded 2018 in Santa Clara, California, with roughly fifty million dollars raised. Named customers span networking, database, data warehousing, education technology and automation software. Two unrelated companies trade under similar names and neither is this vendor.

Jiminny
Coaching first conversation intelligence platform aimed at small and mid market revenue teams, positioned explicitly as the accessible alternative to the enterprise products in this category. It records and transcribes calls and video meetings, scores them against coaching frameworks, answers questions across calls and deals, and writes fields, tasks and events back into the customer record system from conversation content. Two things distinguish it commercially. There is no mandatory platform fee, which is the charge that puts the enterprise incumbents out of reach for smaller teams, and the vendor operates a separate lower cost seat type for people who need to view recordings and dashboards without recording their own calls. Speech recognition runs on a named third party engine with support for more than sixty languages. One capability is unusual enough to shape the record. Managers can join a live call invisibly and send private coaching messages to the representative during the conversation, with the other party unaware of their presence. Independent reviewers describe this as unique in the category and treat it as the main differentiator. Founded 2016 in London and positioned by reviewers toward European buyers with data protection requirements. Roughly sixteen and a half million dollars raised per contemporaneous press.

Avoma
AI meeting assistant and conversation intelligence platform for revenue teams, positioned as the consolidated alternative to running a recorder, a scheduler, a coaching tool and a forecasting tool as four separate contracts. The base product records and transcribes meetings, generates summaries and follow up emails, and logs to the customer record system. Around it sit a scheduler with round robin routing and a lead router, a coaching layer with call scoring against named sales methodologies, and a deal layer with risk alerts, forecasting and two way field updates written back from call content. The commercial structure was reorganised in 2025 around per recorder seat base plans with the intelligence layers sold separately. Viewers and collaborators are free and do not consume seats, which is a genuine accessibility choice, but the coaching and deal capabilities that distinguish the platform from a plain notetaker are add ons priced per seat, so the advertised entry rate and the effective cost for a working sales team differ by roughly four times. Transcription is claimed across more than seventy languages. Independent review coverage is substantial and consistently positive on value, with a recurring reliability complaint about the recording bot and occasional customer record synchronization failures. Headquarters and founding year are recorded from the project brief as Palo Alto and 2017 and were not independently confirmed on this pass.

Backstory
Enterprise revenue intelligence platform built on automated activity capture. The product ingests email, calendar, meetings and call activity from the systems sellers already use, matches each interaction to the right account, opportunity and contact without anyone logging it, and reasons over the resulting record to surface deal risk, pipeline movement, stakeholder coverage and opportunity qualification scored against a named enterprise methodology. It connects to several customer record platforms at once, which suits groups running different systems across subsidiaries or regions, and delivers answers through a model context protocol server into whichever assistant a team already uses rather than requiring them to work in its own interface. Formerly People.ai and renamed Backstory. The old domain redirects to the new one, the vendor states in its own material that People.ai is now Backstory with the same product and data infrastructure, and the legal entity remains People.ai, Inc. trading as Backstory. Sign in and demo links still resolve to the original domain. Buyers searching either name should expect to find this record. Deployment is stated at two to four weeks with two years of historical activity backfilled at go live. Named customers span large technology, security and industrial organizations. Founded 2016 in San Francisco.

Gainsight
Enterprise customer success platform and the category's original vendor. The product tracks customer health, predicts churn, and drives renewal and expansion workflow, built around health scoring, data modeling and automation deep enough that most deployments run a dedicated administrator. It has grown into a six product suite: the flagship success platform, product experience analytics with in application engagement, customer education acquired as Skilljar and Northpass, customer communities acquired as inSided, a mid market edition, and conversation and sentiment agents acquired as Staircase AI. The vendor reports more than three thousand five hundred customers and more than one thousand two hundred employees, with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Israel and India. Vista Equity Partners took a majority stake on 30 November 2020 at a reported valuation of one point one billion dollars, and Gainsight has operated as a private equity portfolio company since. In November 2025 Gainsight was at the center of a supply chain security incident. Salesforce detected unusual activity through Gainsight published applications, revoked every access and refresh token for those applications, and temporarily removed them from its marketplace. Reporting from the forensic investigation indicated more than two hundred Salesforce instances were potentially affected. Gainsight engaged an external forensic firm and also deactivated its Zendesk, HubSpot and Gong integrations during the investigation. The origin was traced upstream to a separate compromise at another vendor whose product Gainsight itself used, so this was exposure through the integration estate rather than a failure of the Gainsight platform. A buyer should ask what the delegated permission scope of the Salesforce connector is today and what changed after the incident.

Veloxy
Veloxy exists because one record system was built for people at desks and its field representatives are not at desks. The vendor states the position as exclusivity: the only platform built for field representatives who live in that system. Everything follows from it. Calls, emails and activities log themselves back into the record without anyone typing, which addresses the failure every field operation has, where the pipeline is fiction because nobody updates it from the road. Tasks, calendars, contacts, notes and reports arrive in one application on a phone, a desktop or any browser. Geolocation runs through the product rather than sitting beside it. Accounts and leads appear on a map, prospects can be added from a location, alerts fire based on where a representative is, and routes are optimized between stops. A second surface works inside the representative's own mail application, so the same buyer signals are available from the inbox when they are at a desk after all. An assistant works behind the interface, prioritizing leads, surfacing context ahead of meetings and delivering predictive analytics. The forecasting layer is unusual: it adjusts projections for historical bias in how representatives estimate their own deals, and correlates which activities actually produced pipeline. Email tracking, single and bulk sending, call blitzes and route planning complete the set. Pricing is published at sixty five dollars monthly for more than forty features, with two plans separating an inbox focused tier from the full field product, and discounts of forty five percent for annual billing rising to fifty percent across three years. The company was founded in 2015 in Pleasanton, California, and its review base skews unusually toward enterprise.

Scratchpad
Scratchpad is a workspace that sits over Salesforce and exists to remove the reason sellers avoid it. The original product was speed. Grid and sheet views let a representative edit large numbers of Salesforce fields inline, replacing the spreadsheet that usually lives beside the system of record. Notes, tasks and daily lists sit in the same place and link back to opportunities, leads, contacts and accounts. Kanban views and a browser extension put the same surface wherever the seller already works. The current product is capture and inference on top of that. A recorder and notetaker join meetings across the main conferencing platforms, transcribe them, and produce summaries and action items. Agents then read calls, emails and notes and either propose or apply Salesforce field updates, including the qualification framework fields most teams struggle to keep current, with support named for several common methodologies. A deal and account agent answers questions against the full history of a record. Custom prompts can be built, and an administrator controls which are used, who may edit them and where they appear, with usage and performance tracked over time. A hygiene monitor runs daily against process adherence, flagging missing fields, stale opportunities and deals running outside process, with Slack alerts and deal rooms alongside. The architecture is the distinguishing choice. Scratchpad connects through Salesforce's own interface using delegated authorization, ships as a managed package an administrator provisions per user profile, and inherits the org's existing rules, permissions, layouts and workflows by default rather than presenting its own. It also supplies a field history view covering long form text fields, which Salesforce does not itself provide. Pricing is metered in artificial intelligence credits, with the consumption rate of each action published. Adjacent to the core product the company operates a services arm under a separate brand and has launched Clearskies, positioned as a context layer for third party assistants. The company is Scratchpad, Inc., of San Francisco, California, founded in 2019 by Pouyan Salehi and Cyrus Karbassiyoon, who previously built the outbound platform PersistIQ. It has raised approximately 49.6 million dollars across a seed round and two later rounds.

SAP Sales Cloud
SAP Sales Cloud is the customer relationship system in SAP's customer experience portfolio, sold to organizations that already run SAP in the back office and want the sales motion to speak the same language as the ledger. The functional scope is a system of record rather than an engagement tool: account and contact management, activity and visit management, lead and opportunity management, price, discount and quotation management, sales target planning and forecasting, territory management, real time analytics, and groupware integration on the client side. Higher scope adds offline mobile use, route planning and execution, team selling and a buying center view showing the contact hierarchy across accounts. Contract storage, clause libraries, product configuration, order management and discounting sit alongside, with revenue recognition automation aligned to the international and United States accounting standards. Machine learning is embedded in the base package rather than sold separately, covering lead and opportunity scoring, text intelligence, case categorization, summarization and topic analysis. Joule, SAP's assistant, layers agentic capability on top, and the vendor's pricing page now leads with agentic assistance for customer centric sales engagements. Guided selling supplies next best action recommendations, account insights and relationship intelligence. Two versions matter and the distinction governs almost everything a buyer needs to know. Version 1 descends from SAP Cloud for Customer, launched in 2011. Version 2 is a separate cloud native development on hyperscaler infrastructure with a microservice architecture on SAP Business Technology Platform, and is the version SAP sells and innovates on. Embedded SAP Analytics Cloud and low code build tooling are included in the Version 2 license. Two priced add-ons extend it, one for service and one for field sales, alongside industry add-ons. SAP publishes an unusually complete compliance apparatus around the product: a searchable compliance document finder, a service specific audit report covering the Cloud for Customer lineage, information security and business continuity certifications with statement of applicability versions and dates, a public data processing agreement, and certification to the artificial intelligence management system standard. The company is SAP SE, of Walldorf, Germany, founded in 1972.

Salesloft
Salesloft is an enterprise revenue orchestration platform and one of the two established category leaders in sales engagement. Cadence builds and runs multichannel outreach, Rhythm prioritizes which action a seller should take next, Conversations records and analyses calls and meetings for coaching, Deals manages opportunities to close, Forecast calls the number, and Analytics with a command center reports across all of it. Chat Agents convert website visitors, carrying the lineage of the Drift acquisition, which still runs as a separately hosted platform with its own login. An enterprise data platform unifies revenue data across connected systems, and a layer of agents covers email, conversation and forecasting. Since 3 December 2025 the company has been merged with Clari under a combined predictive revenue story. Salesloft continues to be sold under its own name with its own pricing page, its own login, its own marketplace and its own analyst placement, so it is recorded here as a live independent product rather than an absorbed brand. Clari is indexed separately. Security and governance disclosure is the most complete in this index: named hosting providers and regions, itemized controls, and annually audited certifications with reports published in a trust portal. Commercially it is the opposite. The pricing page publishes no tier, no feature list and no figure. Offices in Atlanta, London and Mexico; site published in four languages; named customers include Stripe, IBM, 3M, Shopify and Instacart.

Salesken
Salesken analyses sales conversations and returns coaching, scoring and forecasting from what was actually said rather than from what was entered into a system of record. Six lines are sold, individually or bundled. Revenue intelligence produces pipeline forecasts from conversation content, deal summaries with next steps, and a closure probability computed against two named published qualification frameworks. Quality assurance audits and scores every conversation rather than a sample, and flags incidents and compliance breaches in real time. An assistant surfaces live cues to a representative during a call, handles objections and competitor mentions as they arise, and enriches the customer relationship record automatically. A note taker produces agendas, summaries and follow up actions across common meeting tools. A field sales line extends the same analysis to on site conversations recorded away from the desk. Analysis runs across multiple languages, and the product positions itself for revenue operations, sales management, compliance functions and contact centers including inbound support and collections. Pricing is quoted rather than published, with the structure disclosed: licenses per recorded user, an additional platform fee scaled to the number of users supported, and integrations included at no charge. The company appears in a major competitor's partner marketplace, which is checkable evidence of a working integration.

Revenue.io
Salesforce native revenue execution platform, formerly ringDNA, unifying a predictive dialer with local presence in more than forty countries, guided selling cadences across call, email and text, conversation intelligence with real time in call coaching, AI scorecards, in person meeting capture through a mobile app, conversation agents that write structured insights to Salesforce fields, and forecasting. Built exclusively inside Salesforce for teams of fifteen seats or more, with named references including a global hardware enterprise reporting four hundred percent more opportunities and a payments company. What sets the vendor apart in this index is contractual AI governance: a published AI addendum to the master services agreement states the company's deployer position under the European AI regulation, classifies its features at the limited risk tier, commits to model lineage documentation on request, names a governance board that reviews model changes before deployment, aligns the program to the international AI management standard and the national AI risk framework, discloses red teaming and bias testing, grants every user an opt out from AI features, obliges AI incident notification, and contractually forbids customers from passing machine output off as solely human work. Three packages are published with a complete feature table and the pricing page states outright that list prices are not published, quotes are custom.

R
Revenue Grid
Enterprise revenue intelligence platform built on activity capture, claiming more than twenty years of history under an earlier identity whose name still appears in the company's video channel handle, now positioned as a relationship intelligence platform for industries where trust is the operating currency. The product captures every email, meeting, contact and document into Salesforce through native marketplace applications for Salesforce, Google and Microsoft, then layers pipeline inspection, forecasting, deal guidance, meeting assistance, multichannel cadences and an in system chat mentor over the captured record. The buyer profile is regulated: banks, insurance brokerages, capital markets firms, law firms and medical device companies anchor the case study library. The trust surface is the deepest recorded in this index, two international standards certifications audited annually for security and privacy, a service organization control type two report with a bridge letter available at a public trust center, health data compliance audited annually, the platform security assessment Google requires for mail scope applications, annual external penetration testing, three live third party security rating badges, a European representative with a public registry link, and deployment choice spanning public cloud, private cloud, on premises, private tenant physical isolation and dedicated hosting plans. Per user prices are printed at thirty, forty nine and one hundred forty nine dollars monthly across three packages, every purchase path routing through a quote.

Q
Quantified AI
Simulation based sales coaching platform for life sciences and other regulated industries, built around representatives rehearsing high stakes conversations against model driven personas rather than around content delivery. Six capabilities run on one stated personalization engine: roleplay scored across more than fourteen hundred behavioral dimensions in forty or more languages, readiness coaching that gates certification on demonstrated behavior instead of course completion, field coaching covering pre call preparation, live call analysis and post call debriefs, self authoring that turns already approved commercial content into scenarios, personas and rubrics with medical legal regulatory review built in as a workflow step, real time compliance scoring against the customer's cleared library where off label language triggers an instant fail, and reporting that surfaces readiness and adherence by region, team, market, indication or individual. The vendor positions explicitly against learning management systems, describing itself as the layer between learning and selling and the system of record for capability rather than for course completion. Integration spans systems of record, content management, human resources platforms, learning systems, federated sign on and directory synchronization. Named customers include several of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Two packages are published with a full capability comparison and no price on either.

P
Playbook AI
Sales orchestration platform built on a prescriptive rather than autonomous premise: the system decides which lead a representative should work, when, on which channel and roughly what to say, and the representative executes it. Sales operations authors the playbook, a scoring layer prioritizes accounts and contacts, and tasks are generated and routed to the right person by round robin, territory or account size. Sequences run across mail, telephone, text, a professional network and a short form social network from one interface, with generated tasks logged back into the customer's system of record automatically. Three motions are packaged separately, covering inbound conversion of marketing qualified leads imported and tagged from the system of record, outbound campaigns with split tested call scripts, and account based plays spanning prospecting through customer success. A governance pillar covers compliance across connected tools and platform users, and an interface and webhook layer is sold as a first class capability rather than a feature. Sold to mid market and enterprise teams at published per seat rates in two currencies, alongside a free six week implementation program offered to a limited number of technology startups by application.

P
Pepsales AI
Presales and technical sales platform built around the demo, addressing the vendor's stated premise that most software demonstrations fail because they are generic. The distinguishing capability is demo personalization: the platform reads what surfaced on the discovery call and rebuilds the live demonstration around that buyer's industry, company size, persona and use case in a few clicks, including generating the demonstration data itself, so a solutions consultant spends the preparation hour delivering rather than assembling. Around it sits a full conversation layer. Before a meeting it produces a buyer recap, an agenda and prepared discovery questions drawn from a chosen sales methodology. During the meeting it supplies real time prompts, the features worth showing, a demonstration flow and script, and objection handling as objections arrive. Afterwards it scores the discovery and the demonstration, updates the qualification framework in real time, extracts action items and pushes notes to the system of record. A leadership layer turns the same material into deal scoring, blocker detection, rep coaching insight and a dashboard aggregating what buyers actually said about pricing, missing features and competitors. Meeting capture, conversation intelligence and demo automation are sold as separately priced products on annual terms.

O
Outreach
Category defining sales execution platform and one of the two vendors the rest of this category positions itself against. Founded 2014, headquartered in Seattle with offices in Prague and Atlanta, and stated to serve more than six thousand businesses. The platform unifies four things most buyers otherwise assemble separately: multi channel engagement sequencing across mail, voice and social, deal and pipeline management, conversation intelligence through an assistant that joins live meetings and surfaces content in the moment, and revenue forecasting. The current positioning is agentic, with named agents that surface prospects, perform account research and recommend the next action across every deal and account simultaneously, alongside a universal conversational agent reachable in the application, on mobile or through a messaging platform. Enterprise machinery is the differentiator rather than the feature list: identity provider driven user provisioning, administrator controlled governance over users and content, automatic retention policies applied across voice recordings and mail, multi language support, stated data residency, a marketplace of more than a hundred integrations, and a public developer interface and software kit. Sold per user on a single organization wide package with no published rate. Marketing has migrated to a new apex domain while the application, support, marketplace and developer surfaces remain on the original one.

Outdoo AI
Enterprise readiness platform built on simulated conversation practice, formerly trading as MeetRecord and rebranded during 2026. Representatives rehearse against lifelike synthetic buyers across voice, chat, video and in person modes, with up to three personas in a single scenario so a rep can practice a multi stakeholder deal rather than a one to one pitch. The distinguishing design choice is the closed loop: the same scoring rubric is applied to the practice session and to the representative's real recorded customer calls, so a manager can see whether coaching actually changed behavior in front of a buyer rather than only in rehearsal. Around that sit tutor led micro learning, certification paths, workflow simulation that lets a rep practice logging a call and updating records before touching live systems, call scoring, conversation intelligence and a revenue intelligence layer linking skill movement to win rates and deal velocity. Sold to enterprise and mid market teams across software, insurance, banking, credit unions, contact centers and commercial real estate, with learning management connections on open standards and a listing in a major sales platform marketplace. Registered as MeetRecord Inc. in Delaware with a San Francisco mailing address.

O
Opine AI Presales Platform
Workspace and system of record for the technical half of a complex sale, built for sales engineers and solutions consultants and the leaders who manage them. The premise is that the work presales actually does, running proofs of value, assessing technical fit, routing specialist requests and clearing product blockers, never lands in the sales system of record and therefore never appears in a pipeline review. Opine gives that work its own workflow rather than bending the sales database to fit, turning playbooks into executable plans with owners and dates, opening a shared portal so the buyer can follow the same thread, and capturing activity automatically instead of asking a sales engineer to log it. A model layer sits on top, summarizing recorded calls, scoring deal risk and technical fit, generating stakeholder updates and handing context to post sales at contract signature. A query language surface exposes pipeline, evaluations, accounts, tickets and activity through an in product editor, a public interface or a protocol server, with scheduled exports into a warehouse. Named customers cluster heavily in security and developer infrastructure.

O
Oliv AI
Agent platform for revenue teams, on its third positioning after starting as a sales calendar and then a rep copilot. Every meeting, email, call and document is captured automatically and written to the right account, contact and deal, then synthesised into three layers the vendor names and documents separately: an object graph that attaches each signal to the right record, a signal graph the vendor describes as more than a hundred small models each fine tuned to one revenue question, and a process graph holding the customer's profile, stages, rules, handoffs and approvals. On top run named agents that own responsibilities rather than tasks, spanning sales development, sales, onboarding, customer success, expansion, revenue operations and enablement, with two supervising agents above them, one dispatching work and one learning how the team operates and rewriting the rules the others follow. The disclosure profile is lopsided the other way from most of this session. The architecture is described in unusual technical depth and the trust surface is almost bare, with five certification marks appearing as unlinked images on the pricing page and no security page, trust center or report anywhere on the site.

HubSpot Sales Hub
HubSpot Sales Hub is the selling surface of HubSpot's customer platform, built on the shared Smart CRM that also carries its marketing, service, content and data products. For a sales team it provides deal pipelines and forecasting, email sequences enrolled from the record, calling with recording, meeting scheduling, document tracking, task queues, quotes and reporting, alongside the mail client extensions and mobile applications reps work from. Above it sits Agent Hub, formerly Breeze, an agent layer covering prospecting research and outreach drafting, customer conversation handling and question answering across records, calls and documents, plus a builder for custom agents, all metered per action rather than per seat. Licensing runs on a seat taxonomy of paid sales seats, cheaper core seats and free unlimited view only seats, across free, starter, professional and enterprise tiers, with one time onboarding fees published for the two upper tiers. HubSpot is publicly listed, founded 2006, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and reports more than 299,000 customers across more than 135 countries. GTM Workspace by ZoomInfo
GTM Workspace is ZoomInfo's unified account command center for revenue teams, and the product the company positions as the execution layer sitting above its data. It combines records from the customer's own system of record with ZoomInfo's verified company and contact profiles, organisational charts, buying intent signals, buying group maps, website visitor identification and activity timelines into a single continuously refreshed view of every account, then applies agents that research accounts, monitor signals, draft follow ups, update fields and surface next best actions. It sits alongside ZoomInfo Copilot, the seller facing agent it evolved from, and GTM Studio, the campaign orchestration surface built for revenue operations. ZoomInfo Technologies was founded in 2007, is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, is listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker GTM, employs more than 3,000 people and reports more than 35,000 customers. The wider platform spans the contact and company database, account based marketing and advertising, recruiting, data as a service, conversation intelligence and website chat. Pricing is published as six enumerated packages plus a credit consumption model, with no figures attached to any of it.

Gong
Gong created the revenue intelligence category and now sells what it calls a Revenue AI Operating System built on a data layer it calls the Revenue Graph, which connects calls, emails, meetings and records from the customer's system of record. The founding product captures and analyses customer conversations, producing transcripts, summaries, searchable history, coaching signals and deal risk flags. Around it sit a sequencing module, a forecasting module, an enablement module, a warehouse export product, an assistant, and an agent layer that automates follow ups and record updates. The company reports annual recurring revenue above 500 million dollars, growth above 55 percent year on year for ten consecutive quarters, roughly 584 million dollars raised, and more than 5,000 customers including LinkedIn, Shopify, Snowflake, PayPal, DocuSign, Indeed, Rapid7, HubSpot and ADP. Around that sit document tracking with page level engagement insight, a machine learning deal score on each send out, contract management with renewal reminders, sales content management, and a configure price quote module on the top tier. The product is designed to be operated from inside the customer's system of record and integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, SuperOffice and others, alongside meeting and conversation tools, payment providers and a published interface. Fullcast
Fullcast is a revenue operations platform positioned around a plan to pay loop: design territories and set quotas, model capacity and headcount scenarios, route leads and accounts to the right rep in real time, validate the forecast against live pipeline signals, and calculate commissions that recalculate whenever a territory, quota or deal changes. It sells modularly across four named products covering planning and routing, revenue intelligence and forecasting, sales coaching, and commissions, with managed services and a data desk carrying a three hour service level available alongside. Model providers are named openly and an agent action layer runs over the Model Context Protocol so changes can be requested in plain language rather than queued with operations. Founded 2016 by Bala Balabaskaran, formerly vice president of go to market technology and operations at Salesforce, with Ryan Westwood, founder of Simplus. Aellysa
Aellysa positions itself as the first CRM built for the way sales representatives actually work, and the pitch is aimed at the rep rather than at RevOps or the VP. The company's founding story is that its team spent more time clicking than selling and ended up working for the CRM instead of the other way around. The product joins a visual pipeline to the execution layer teams use to move deals forward. MEDDPICC qualification is built in, covering metrics and economic buyer capture, contact mapping and a scored qualification summary. An AI mail composer drafts messages inside a smart inbox and updates the pipeline in the same click, learning an individual seller's writing style so that drafts sound like them. Deal rescue and risk alerts flag opportunities that have gone quiet, and the platform watches for buying and risk signals including unusual account activity, buyer engagement patterns and competitive interference. Around that sit energy based task prioritization, website lead tracking, scheduling automation with automatic meeting logging, team metrics, and a gamification layer of points, levels, streaks, badges and leaderboards with leadership run incentive programs. Three plans are published, Base, Pro and Enterprise, alongside a seat slider on the pricing page that produces an estimated monthly and annual cost, no long term contract, and a full refund inside fourteen days. The service runs on Microsoft Azure in the North Europe region. It is sold to business to business teams that need structured sales execution, and it positions itself against Salesforce on ease of use.

Clari
Clari is the enterprise revenue orchestration platform, and since 3 December 2025 it is half of a merged company: Clari and Salesloft completed a merger under CEO Steve Cox, forming an entity with over 5,000 customers and roughly 450M USD in combined annual recurring revenue, positioned as a Predictive Revenue System. Clari itself was built on a data layer, RevDB, that captures activity and signal from CRM, calendar, email and conversations and then runs a suite on top of it: Capture for data quality and autocapture, Inspect for opportunity management and deal inspection, Forecast for forecasting and pipeline management, Align for buyer collaboration and mutual action plans, Copilot for conversation intelligence and coaching, Guide as an AI action hub, Groove for sales engagement and prospecting, and a layer of Revenue AI Agents that automate inspection and forecasting. The company reached here by acquisition as much as by build: DealPoint in 2021, Wingman in 2022 which became Copilot, Groove in 2023, and now Salesloft, which duplicates both. Gartner named Clari a Leader and Salesloft a Visionary in the first Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration in December 2025. It reports more than four trillion dollars of revenue under management, sells to RevOps, sales, marketing, post sales, finance and sales engineering across technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, business services and manufacturing, and counts Adobe, Cisco, Zoom, Okta and Qualtrics among named customers.

Cirrus Insight
Cirrus Insight, a Cirruspath, Inc. company founded in 2011 and now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has spent over a decade doing one unglamorous thing: capturing every email, calendar event and task from Gmail and Outlook into Salesforce so the CRM reflects what actually happened. Around that spine sit a Salesforce sidebar that surfaces customer and pipeline records inside the inbox, bi directional sync with configurable capture policies, mappings and retention control for administrators, Smart Scheduler for logic based lead routing to the right rep's calendar, personal and team scheduling, Email Blast for one to many templated sends using Salesforce merge fields, and attachment and link tracking. The company is now repositioning that decade of captured relationship data as the foundation for an agentic layer, arguing that AI is only as good as the history it can learn from: Meeting AI generates pre meeting briefs and research, CRM AI queues opportunity hygiene for one tap Salesforce updates, and Conversation Intelligence captures and organizes what was said with live coaching prompts and retrospective coaching for managers. Sold per seat from 14 to 49 USD per user per month across Salesforce Sync, Pro and Expert tiers plus a custom tier, to over 50,000 customer facing teams including Walmart, Discover, Equitable, Samsung, Tableau and Tripadvisor, with concentrations in financial services, higher education, technology and energy.

Boomerang AI
Boomerang AI, operated by BuyerAssist.io, Inc., is a relationship led revenue platform built on a single premise: the highest intent signal in B2B is not a firmographic filter but a person who already bought from you turning up somewhere new. It monitors customers, evaluators and power users for job changes and promotions, detects a move within roughly 24 to 72 hours, scores the new employer against the customer's ICP before any motion fires, and routes the follow up back through whichever colleague actually owns the relationship. Around that sit a relationship graph across employees, executives, customers, investors, board members and partners that surfaces warm introduction paths into target accounts, buying group mapping that fills missing personas and stale titles, and CRM hygiene agents that mark departed contacts invalid, create contacts from calendars and product usage, and deduplicate and enrich continuously inside Salesforce and sequencing tools such as Outreach and Salesloft. The AI agent Rudy is the product's face, described by the vendor as finding the warm path, drafting the intro and getting the meeting. Founded 2021 by Shankar Ganapathy, Amit Dugar and Shyam HN; the company sells to CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps, demand generation and customer marketing leaders at B2B software and cybersecurity companies, and positions against LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo rather than against sequencers.

It has extended into autonomous agents that act across calls, email, tickets and CRM records without waiting for a human trigger, and reports that customers built thousands of custom agents in the first four months of 2026.
