Conversation Intelligence
AI that records, transcribes, and extracts meaning from revenue conversations: calls, meetings, and the deal signals inside them. The evaluation questions run in two directions. Toward the buyer: accuracy of extracted commitments and next steps, depth of CRM writeback, and whether deal intelligence is explainable or oracular. Toward the people being recorded: consent handling across two party consent states, retention policy, and the cross client boundary, meaning whether your customers' recorded conversations improve a model that serves your competitors. A vendor that answers the training data question precisely, in writing, is answering the question this category actually turns on.

Fathom
Fathom is an AI notetaker for meetings. It captures calls on the major conferencing platforms, either through a bot that joins or, on the free tier, through a capture mode that runs without a bot at all, and returns unlimited recordings and transcripts with summaries, action items, drafted follow up emails, a conversational assistant over each call, and on higher tiers coaching metrics, scorecards, deal views and synchronization of meeting insights into named fields in a customer record system. This is the meeting assistant sold at fathom.ai and used at fathom.video, and it is a different company from the web analytics product of a similar name. Five tiers are published, four of them with per user figures at both billing frequencies, and every plan including the free one carries a ninety day money back guarantee. Several allowances in the feature comparison are given as limited use rather than as numbers, including the cap on advanced summaries that most free users encounter first. The annual saving is advertised as twenty five percent or more, which holds on the highest priced tier and overstates the other two. One thing a buyer should understand about what other participants see. Bot free capture is available on the free tier, and the ability to rename the meeting bot and to disable the in meeting banner are both sold as paid features, so on a paid plan every visible sign that a meeting is being recorded is under the customer's control.

F
Fireflies.ai
Fireflies records, transcribes and summarizes meetings. A notetaker joins calls from the calendar across the major conferencing platforms, or a browser extension captures without any bot appearing, and what comes back is a searchable transcript in over a hundred languages with summaries, action items, topic tracking, sentiment and talk time analysis, and an assistant that answers questions across every meeting held. Newer layers extend past the meeting itself into inbox triage with drafted replies, voice agents and a store of packaged skills. Four tiers are published and every one of them carries a figure, including the enterprise tier, which is unusual in this category. Storage allowances and credit counts are stated as numbers at each level, and the first three tiers buy through checkout. On the question this category turns on, the vendor states on its own pricing page that customer data is never used for training and that ownership sits with the customer under the terms of service, and states elsewhere that it holds a zero retention position with the model providers it uses. Its own two statements differ in scope, one covering data and the other covering personal data, which matters for a product whose entire output is a transcript of what people said. Retention controls, private storage, audit logs and single sign on are reserved to the top tier. Certification against the common security standard and European data protection are offered on every tier including the free one.

Chorus by ZoomInfo
Conversation intelligence for sales teams, covering call and meeting recording, transcription, and analysis of what was said. The platform captures customer calls, meetings and email, transcribes them, and surfaces topics, competitor mentions, objections and engagement patterns across the corpus. Around that sit four marketed uses: coaching and onboarding built on identifying winning behaviors and reducing new hire ramp time, deal intelligence that syncs contacts and communications into the customer record system and tracks account momentum, market intelligence that aggregates the voice of the customer across a book of business, and a connected layer that brings the parent company's contact and company data into the conversation view. Chorus.ai was acquired by ZoomInfo in 2021 and is sold today as Chorus by ZoomInfo. The original domain redirects to the ZoomInfo product page, although the customer sign in route still resolves under it. The product retains its own page, its own feature pages for recording, coaching, deal intelligence, market intelligence and connected intelligence, its own demonstration route and its own marketplace listings, so it is sold as a distinct product rather than folded into the platform. The surface has not been carried forward into the parent's current positioning. The product page still describes Chorus as backed by fourteen technology patents and as the fastest growing product of its kind in existence, language from the standalone era, while every sibling product on the same site is presented through the parent's newer agent and workspace framing. On the parent's pricing page Chorus does not appear among the six enumerated packages at all; it sits below them in a separate block for embedded capabilities, with one sentence and a link. Administration is documented openly in an implementation guide covering named roles, hierarchies and permission scoping. Connecting the product through tenant level calendar and mail settings grants it access to read calendar events for every user in the tenant and to read and send mail, which an administrator can restrict to a security group. The parent registers as a data broker under Texas law and publishes that registration on its trust center. Founding year left blank. No vendor surface reached states one.

Orum
Parallel dialing platform for outbound teams whose entire motion is the telephone. The system dials several numbers simultaneously, detects which have been answered by a person rather than a voicemail system, and bridges a representative into the live one, with the entry tier running up to five lines at once and the upper tier up to ten plus international dialing. Around the dialer sit call summaries, scorecards, objection detection and roleplay agents for coaching, and a virtual sales floor that recreates a physical calling room for distributed teams with rooms, live listening, spotlighting and achievements. The product is deliberately narrow. There is no electronic mail sequencing, no messaging, no inbound handling and no contact database, so it sits inside a stack rather than replacing one, and a buyer supplies their own data, sequencer and record system around it. The vendor states it serves more than twelve hundred sales teams and holds a call dataset numbering in the billions. Orum acquired Scout AI on 16 July 2026. Scout used automated agents to verify and enrich prospect telephone numbers, and the stated purpose of combining it with the existing call dataset is more reliable phone data, which addresses the category's central problem from the list quality side rather than through caller identity management. Pricing is no longer published. Every tier now routes through a demonstration, contracts are annual with a stated three seat minimum, and the project brief's note that partial pricing was published is out of date. Founded 2019. Headquarters recorded as San Francisco, which is the dateline on the company's own announcements and the location given in independent profiles; the project brief gives New York, and the discrepancy is recorded rather than resolved.

Sybill
Conversation intelligence built specifically for business to business selling rather than for general meeting notes, and the distinction holds up on inspection. Call summaries are structured around the qualification frameworks sales teams actually use, capturing buyer intent, objections, decision criteria and next steps; opportunity fields in the connected record system are populated automatically within minutes of a call, with each written value carrying a link back to the exact moment in the conversation it came from; follow up emails arrive drafted in the representative's own voice; and a query layer answers questions across every deal rather than a single call, citing the recordings behind its answers. The distinguishing capability is behavioral. Alongside the transcript the product analyses the video feed, reading facial expressions, body language, nods, smiles, note taking and attention, and from those infers an emotional journey for each participant. It identifies people it labels silent champions from their reactions at moments such as pricing and demonstration, and ranks slides and demonstration screens by how strongly buyers appeared to respond to them. Accuracy of the non verbal layer depends on video quality and camera position, and participants with cameras off produce no signal. Pricing runs from a free tier that cannot record, through published per seat rates, to a quoted top tier, and consumption is metered in credits with the vendor publishing which actions draw on them and which do not. Founding year and headquarters are left blank rather than guessed. This vendor was pulled from the project's reserve list, which carries no verified detail, and neither fact was established from a source worth recording on this pass.

Allego
Revenue enablement platform built around consolidation, sold explicitly as replacing seven separately purchased tool categories: learning management, coaching, reinforcement, conversation intelligence, content management, digital sales rooms and video selling. The current platform covers five product areas spanning sales content management, modern learning, artificial intelligence role play and coaching, digital sales rooms and conversation intelligence. The origin shapes the product. It began in 2013 as a mobile video learning application, and video based practice, peer learning and mobile first delivery with offline support remain distinguishing characteristics rather than later additions. Conversation intelligence arrived in 2021 through the acquisition of Refract, a United Kingdom company, which sits awkwardly beside the vendor's own positioning as an organically developed platform built without acquired point products, and a buyer evaluating that claim should ask about it directly. The customer concentration is the most specific in this cohort and is worth stating as published: roughly a quarter of the companies in a major United States industrial index, five of the fifteen largest United States banks, and all five of the largest asset management companies, alongside named references in pharmaceuticals, automotive and travel. Regulated industry content governance is the reason independent reviewers point financial services, life sciences and medical device buyers here. Founded 2013 in Waltham, Massachusetts by Yuchun Lee and Mark Magnacca.

Aviso
End to end revenue operating system for enterprise go to market teams, sold as the consolidated alternative to running forecasting, conversation intelligence, engagement and analytics as separate contracts. The platform spans revenue forecasting and scenario planning, pipeline inspection, deal acceleration, conversation and activity intelligence, coaching, marketing intelligence, sales engagement and customer success intelligence, with deep time series analytics that retain pipeline and forecast changes across many quarters rather than only the current state. The assistant layer is marketed as an artificial intelligence chief of staff and the vendor publishes an unusual amount about how it is built, describing large quantitative models running alongside language model orchestration, structured revenue operations ontologies that scope queries, and deterministic validation that catches errors without model retry loops. A benchmarking report is published with a token breakdown by pipeline stage. Company facts are genuinely unreliable in public sources and are recorded here with that caveat. Founding year is given as 2012 by four sources and 2014 by two. Total funding is reported at four incompatible figures spanning fourteen to sixty million dollars, and headcount at three. The address at Redwood City is consistent across sources and the co-founder is consistently named. Nothing beyond city and founding year has been recorded here. An unrelated venture capital firm trades under the same name.

BoostUp
Revenue intelligence and forecasting platform for mid market and enterprise business to business organizations, built around a flexible data model rather than a fixed opportunity record. The platform combines machine forecasting, pipeline analytics, deal inspection, rep coaching, native conversation intelligence and a revenue business intelligence module that connects to the customer's own data warehouse. The distinguishing capability is multi dimensional forecasting. Most tools in this category forecast opportunities and struggle where revenue does not arrive that way, and this platform natively supports subscription, consumption and usage based, product led, renewal, expansion and advertising revenue streams in one model. For a company whose revenue mixes several of those, that is a structural difference rather than a feature comparison, and independent reviewers consistently identify it as the reason to choose this vendor over the larger alternatives. A revenue business intelligence module gives revenue operations teams direct control over the underlying data and dashboards, and the platform integrates with the conversation intelligence vendors it also competes with rather than requiring customers to abandon them. Founded 2018 in Santa Clara, California, with roughly fifty million dollars raised. Named customers span networking, database, data warehousing, education technology and automation software. Two unrelated companies trade under similar names and neither is this vendor.

J
Jiminny
Coaching first conversation intelligence platform aimed at small and mid market revenue teams, positioned explicitly as the accessible alternative to the enterprise products in this category. It records and transcribes calls and video meetings, scores them against coaching frameworks, answers questions across calls and deals, and writes fields, tasks and events back into the customer record system from conversation content. Two things distinguish it commercially. There is no mandatory platform fee, which is the charge that puts the enterprise incumbents out of reach for smaller teams, and the vendor operates a separate lower cost seat type for people who need to view recordings and dashboards without recording their own calls. Speech recognition runs on a named third party engine with support for more than sixty languages. One capability is unusual enough to shape the record. Managers can join a live call invisibly and send private coaching messages to the representative during the conversation, with the other party unaware of their presence. Independent reviewers describe this as unique in the category and treat it as the main differentiator. Founded 2016 in London and positioned by reviewers toward European buyers with data protection requirements. Roughly sixteen and a half million dollars raised per contemporaneous press.

Avoma
AI meeting assistant and conversation intelligence platform for revenue teams, positioned as the consolidated alternative to running a recorder, a scheduler, a coaching tool and a forecasting tool as four separate contracts. The base product records and transcribes meetings, generates summaries and follow up emails, and logs to the customer record system. Around it sit a scheduler with round robin routing and a lead router, a coaching layer with call scoring against named sales methodologies, and a deal layer with risk alerts, forecasting and two way field updates written back from call content. The commercial structure was reorganised in 2025 around per recorder seat base plans with the intelligence layers sold separately. Viewers and collaborators are free and do not consume seats, which is a genuine accessibility choice, but the coaching and deal capabilities that distinguish the platform from a plain notetaker are add ons priced per seat, so the advertised entry rate and the effective cost for a working sales team differ by roughly four times. Transcription is claimed across more than seventy languages. Independent review coverage is substantial and consistently positive on value, with a recurring reliability complaint about the recording bot and occasional customer record synchronization failures. Headquarters and founding year are recorded from the project brief as Palo Alto and 2017 and were not independently confirmed on this pass.

Aircall
Cloud phone system for sales and support teams, built around fast deployment and customer record integration rather than telephony depth. A team picks a number, installs a softphone and connects it to a customer record or helpdesk platform, and the vendor says teams can go live in under an hour. The integration marketplace is the principal asset, with connectors to the major customer record, helpdesk and productivity platforms. The outbound tools start one tier above the entry plan. The power dialer, telephony integration with the largest customer record platform, queue callbacks and live call monitoring all require the middle tier. The dialer works in power mode only, calling one number at a time from a queue rather than dialling several lines in parallel. The AI layer was added on top of the phone system rather than built into it, and the pricing reflects that: post call summaries are an add on at the entry tier, real time coaching and live transcription are a separate add on at every tier, and autonomous voice agents are billed by usage on top of the seat. The vendor discloses that these features cover fewer languages than the platform itself. Founded in 2014, with dual headquarters in Paris and New York and offices across Europe and Asia Pacific.

D
Dialpad
Cloud business communications platform with speech AI built into the transport layer rather than bolted alongside it. The company operates its own carrier infrastructure and runs transcription, live sentiment analysis, call summaries and coaching across every call on every plan, which is the distinguishing choice: competitors commonly meter those as add ons, and here they arrive at the entry tier. The product line splits into several separately priced suites. A business phone system covers voice, messaging and meetings. A sales suite adds a dialer with live coaching and objection handling for outbound teams. A contact center suite covers inbound support at higher per agent rates. A newer autonomous voice and text agent product handles interactions end to end without a human in the loop and is quoted per conversation. That last product is what places this record in the index rather than adjacent to it. A buyer evaluating the phone system is buying telephony; a buyer enabling the agents is deploying an autonomous system that speaks to customers on the company's behalf. Founded 2011 in San Ramon, California, with named enterprise customers across media, telecommunications, staffing and healthcare.

Backstory
Enterprise revenue intelligence platform built on automated activity capture. The product ingests email, calendar, meetings and call activity from the systems sellers already use, matches each interaction to the right account, opportunity and contact without anyone logging it, and reasons over the resulting record to surface deal risk, pipeline movement, stakeholder coverage and opportunity qualification scored against a named enterprise methodology. It connects to several customer record platforms at once, which suits groups running different systems across subsidiaries or regions, and delivers answers through a model context protocol server into whichever assistant a team already uses rather than requiring them to work in its own interface. Formerly People.ai and renamed Backstory. The old domain redirects to the new one, the vendor states in its own material that People.ai is now Backstory with the same product and data infrastructure, and the legal entity remains People.ai, Inc. trading as Backstory. Sign in and demo links still resolve to the original domain. Buyers searching either name should expect to find this record. Deployment is stated at two to four weeks with two years of historical activity backfilled at go live. Named customers span large technology, security and industrial organizations. Founded 2016 in San Francisco.

Mindtickle
Revenue enablement and sales readiness platform, built around rep capability rather than content. The product spans onboarding and continuous training, AI role play and pitch practice with automated scoring, manager coaching, sales content management, conversation intelligence, digital sales rooms, and a readiness index that scores individual reps against defined competencies. That readiness scoring is the distinguishing asset and the reason the platform is bought: it measures whether a seller is ready before the deal rather than reporting on content usage afterward. In 2026 the vendor repositioned the platform as an agentic operating system for enablement, adding named agents for tutoring, role play, manager coaching, content creation and deal guidance, and building the interoperability layer on the model context protocol and agent to agent standards so the platform connects to other vendors' agents rather than replacing the stack. Founded 2011, headquartered in San Francisco with a large engineering and operations base in Pune, India. The published compliance surface is the broadest in this index by a wide margin, covering five certified international standards, cross border transfer certification, and documented positions on the privacy law of more than a dozen countries and seventeen United States states.

Highspot
Enterprise sales enablement and revenue execution platform. The product combines sales content management and governance, sales plays and playbooks, onboarding and certification, coaching and role play, digital sales rooms and buyer engagement, meeting and conversation intelligence, and content and deal analytics, with an agent layer the vendor markets under the name Nexus. It is sold to enterprise revenue organizations, with industry pages for financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, technology and medical devices. Highspot merged with Seismic on 18 August 2026, after an agreement announced on 12 February 2026. The combined company operates under the Seismic name with Permira as controlling shareholder, and the product now brands itself Highspot by Seismic. It continues to sell under its own name, from its own site, with its own login and purchase path, and both companies said at announcement that both platforms would continue to be supported. Seismic Enablement Cloud is graded separately here. A buyer evaluating either should ask what the combined roadmap means for their platform.

T
Tuvis
Tuvis brings the messaging applications employees already use with customers under corporate control, and sells that to three different buyers inside the same organization. The problem it addresses is one most regulated companies have and few have solved. Sales and service staff conduct real business on consumer messengers, on personal devices, invisibly. Nothing is archived, nothing is monitored, and the conversation that agreed a price or disclosed a term exists only on someone's phone. The security pillar connects those channels to the systems that already govern everything else, spanning firewall, proxy, single sign on and endpoint, and applies rules to detect data leakage and raise alerts as conversations happen. The compliance pillar captures and archives every interaction, and does so directly into the customer's own existing storage system rather than into the vendor's. The record therefore belongs to the customer from the moment it is written. The revenue pillar is the one that places this in this index. Messages sync into the record system, full history sits against each contact and account, and a seller can create tasks, schedule meetings and send email without leaving the conversation. An analysis layer added recently turns message content into structured data, flags risk in real time and produces insights. Seven channels are supported, including two that dominate Asian markets and are rarely covered by Western vendors, alongside voice and text. The company is an official partner on two major enterprise record platforms, claims more than fifty integrations, publishes a processing agreement, a software security page and a compliance page, and operates in English, Portuguese and Spanish with a customer base concentrated in Brazil.

Seismic Enablement Cloud
Seismic Enablement Cloud is the enterprise enablement platform, and as of August 2026 it is the consolidated one. The platform spans five areas: content management, learning and coaching, program strategy and execution, meeting intelligence, and digital sales rooms. The vendor frames the same ground as enablement execution, buyer and customer engagement, coaching and development, and enablement strategy. Content management is the historic core: a governed library where marketing assets are centralized, tagged, permissioned, localized and distributed under brand and regulatory control, with engagement analytics running back from every use. Learning and coaching descends from an acquired learning platform now sold as Seismic Learn. Digital sales rooms produce personalized buyer facing microsites. Meeting intelligence handles preparation, summarization and follow up. Aura is the artificial intelligence engine running across all of it, with Aura Copilot as the assistant and Aura Agents as the agent layer. The Spring 2026 release in June extended nine new and enhanced agents across how teams plan, prepare, engage and execute. Retrieval is built on a named search technology, and the vendor states agents work from approved, permission aware content rather than unconstrained generation. Aura is reachable from Slack, Microsoft surfaces and third party assistants as well as from Seismic itself, and features that reach into a customer's other systems are opt in and activated at the customer's discretion. Microsoft alignment is unusually deep, spanning Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365 and both Copilot products, with distribution through the Azure marketplace. A Salesforce connector is sold separately. Seismic Exchange is a dedicated hub for partner applications, and the vendor publishes extensive interfaces positioned to extend workflows into agent and copilot frameworks. Financial services is the concentration, with more than 400 firms using the platform for compliant content distribution. The company is Seismic Software, Inc., of San Diego, California, led by chief executive Rob Tarkoff, with the private equity firm Permira the controlling shareholder since 2020. On 18 August 2026 Seismic completed its merger with Highspot, the other major independent enablement platform, following a second request review that the United States antitrust authority closed without action. The combined company operates under the Seismic name and reports 2,500 customers and 3.5 million users. Highspot now trades as Highspot by Seismic, with both platforms stated to remain supported.

Scratchpad
Scratchpad is a workspace that sits over Salesforce and exists to remove the reason sellers avoid it. The original product was speed. Grid and sheet views let a representative edit large numbers of Salesforce fields inline, replacing the spreadsheet that usually lives beside the system of record. Notes, tasks and daily lists sit in the same place and link back to opportunities, leads, contacts and accounts. Kanban views and a browser extension put the same surface wherever the seller already works. The current product is capture and inference on top of that. A recorder and notetaker join meetings across the main conferencing platforms, transcribe them, and produce summaries and action items. Agents then read calls, emails and notes and either propose or apply Salesforce field updates, including the qualification framework fields most teams struggle to keep current, with support named for several common methodologies. A deal and account agent answers questions against the full history of a record. Custom prompts can be built, and an administrator controls which are used, who may edit them and where they appear, with usage and performance tracked over time. A hygiene monitor runs daily against process adherence, flagging missing fields, stale opportunities and deals running outside process, with Slack alerts and deal rooms alongside. The architecture is the distinguishing choice. Scratchpad connects through Salesforce's own interface using delegated authorization, ships as a managed package an administrator provisions per user profile, and inherits the org's existing rules, permissions, layouts and workflows by default rather than presenting its own. It also supplies a field history view covering long form text fields, which Salesforce does not itself provide. Pricing is metered in artificial intelligence credits, with the consumption rate of each action published. Adjacent to the core product the company operates a services arm under a separate brand and has launched Clearskies, positioned as a context layer for third party assistants. The company is Scratchpad, Inc., of San Francisco, California, founded in 2019 by Pouyan Salehi and Cyrus Karbassiyoon, who previously built the outbound platform PersistIQ. It has raised approximately 49.6 million dollars across a seed round and two later rounds.

Salesloft
Salesloft is an enterprise revenue orchestration platform and one of the two established category leaders in sales engagement. Cadence builds and runs multichannel outreach, Rhythm prioritizes which action a seller should take next, Conversations records and analyses calls and meetings for coaching, Deals manages opportunities to close, Forecast calls the number, and Analytics with a command center reports across all of it. Chat Agents convert website visitors, carrying the lineage of the Drift acquisition, which still runs as a separately hosted platform with its own login. An enterprise data platform unifies revenue data across connected systems, and a layer of agents covers email, conversation and forecasting. Since 3 December 2025 the company has been merged with Clari under a combined predictive revenue story. Salesloft continues to be sold under its own name with its own pricing page, its own login, its own marketplace and its own analyst placement, so it is recorded here as a live independent product rather than an absorbed brand. Clari is indexed separately. Security and governance disclosure is the most complete in this index: named hosting providers and regions, itemized controls, and annually audited certifications with reports published in a trust portal. Commercially it is the opposite. The pricing page publishes no tier, no feature list and no figure. Offices in Atlanta, London and Mexico; site published in four languages; named customers include Stripe, IBM, 3M, Shopify and Instacart.

Salesken
Salesken analyses sales conversations and returns coaching, scoring and forecasting from what was actually said rather than from what was entered into a system of record. Six lines are sold, individually or bundled. Revenue intelligence produces pipeline forecasts from conversation content, deal summaries with next steps, and a closure probability computed against two named published qualification frameworks. Quality assurance audits and scores every conversation rather than a sample, and flags incidents and compliance breaches in real time. An assistant surfaces live cues to a representative during a call, handles objections and competitor mentions as they arise, and enriches the customer relationship record automatically. A note taker produces agendas, summaries and follow up actions across common meeting tools. A field sales line extends the same analysis to on site conversations recorded away from the desk. Analysis runs across multiple languages, and the product positions itself for revenue operations, sales management, compliance functions and contact centers including inbound support and collections. Pricing is quoted rather than published, with the structure disclosed: licenses per recorded user, an additional platform fee scaled to the number of users supported, and integrations included at no charge. The company appears in a major competitor's partner marketplace, which is checkable evidence of a working integration.

Revenue.io
Salesforce native revenue execution platform, formerly ringDNA, unifying a predictive dialer with local presence in more than forty countries, guided selling cadences across call, email and text, conversation intelligence with real time in call coaching, AI scorecards, in person meeting capture through a mobile app, conversation agents that write structured insights to Salesforce fields, and forecasting. Built exclusively inside Salesforce for teams of fifteen seats or more, with named references including a global hardware enterprise reporting four hundred percent more opportunities and a payments company. What sets the vendor apart in this index is contractual AI governance: a published AI addendum to the master services agreement states the company's deployer position under the European AI regulation, classifies its features at the limited risk tier, commits to model lineage documentation on request, names a governance board that reviews model changes before deployment, aligns the program to the international AI management standard and the national AI risk framework, discloses red teaming and bias testing, grants every user an opt out from AI features, obliges AI incident notification, and contractually forbids customers from passing machine output off as solely human work. Three packages are published with a complete feature table and the pricing page states outright that list prices are not published, quotes are custom.

Revenue Grid
Enterprise revenue intelligence platform built on activity capture, claiming more than twenty years of history under an earlier identity whose name still appears in the company's video channel handle, now positioned as a relationship intelligence platform for industries where trust is the operating currency. The product captures every email, meeting, contact and document into Salesforce through native marketplace applications for Salesforce, Google and Microsoft, then layers pipeline inspection, forecasting, deal guidance, meeting assistance, multichannel cadences and an in system chat mentor over the captured record. The buyer profile is regulated: banks, insurance brokerages, capital markets firms, law firms and medical device companies anchor the case study library. The trust surface is the deepest recorded in this index, two international standards certifications audited annually for security and privacy, a service organization control type two report with a bridge letter available at a public trust center, health data compliance audited annually, the platform security assessment Google requires for mail scope applications, annual external penetration testing, three live third party security rating badges, a European representative with a public registry link, and deployment choice spanning public cloud, private cloud, on premises, private tenant physical isolation and dedicated hosting plans. Per user prices are printed at thirty, forty nine and one hundred forty nine dollars monthly across three packages, every purchase path routing through a quote.

Reevo
Venture backed platform founded in 2024 that debuted in November 2025 with eighty million dollars co led by two marquee firms, positioning itself as the artificial intelligence native sales platform intended to replace the fragmented revenue stack outright. Five pillars sit on one shared memory layer: prospecting with addressable market sourcing and metered enrichment credits, outreach with provisioned domains, inbox warming, sequences and a dialer, meeting intelligence with recording and transcription, pipeline management with automatic deal updates and forecasting, and a foundation combining an intelligence native system of record, workflow automation, and an assistant that answers pipeline questions with citations to the exact call, email or record behind each answer, in the product and in Slack. Pricing is sales led on all three tiers with no dollar figure published anywhere, while every usage meter is quantified: enrichment credits, dialer minutes, recorded meeting minutes, active sequence caps per organization, one phone number per user, and workflow credits, updated to a stated date. Footer badges claim a completed service organization control audit and the international security certification. Four marketed capabilities are labeled as coming soon, an unusually honest separation of the shipped product from the roadmap.

Quantified AI
Simulation based sales coaching platform for life sciences and other regulated industries, built around representatives rehearsing high stakes conversations against model driven personas rather than around content delivery. Six capabilities run on one stated personalization engine: roleplay scored across more than fourteen hundred behavioral dimensions in forty or more languages, readiness coaching that gates certification on demonstrated behavior instead of course completion, field coaching covering pre call preparation, live call analysis and post call debriefs, self authoring that turns already approved commercial content into scenarios, personas and rubrics with medical legal regulatory review built in as a workflow step, real time compliance scoring against the customer's cleared library where off label language triggers an instant fail, and reporting that surfaces readiness and adherence by region, team, market, indication or individual. The vendor positions explicitly against learning management systems, describing itself as the layer between learning and selling and the system of record for capability rather than for course completion. Integration spans systems of record, content management, human resources platforms, learning systems, federated sign on and directory synchronization. Named customers include several of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Two packages are published with a full capability comparison and no price on either.

Project Blue
Dedicated business messaging lines that send native Apple iMessage from inside a customer relationship management system, with automatic fallback to ordinary text messaging when the recipient is not on an Apple device, alongside a cloud dialer carrying call transcription and automatically derived call outcomes. The commercial proposition is stated plainly in the marketing: routing outreach through the consumer messaging service means the buyer never enters the carrier registration regime that governs application to person text messaging in the United States, and the site sells that absence as the headline benefit rather than mentioning it as a side effect. Lines are dedicated rather than shared and activate within one business day, with the vendor performing setup remotely so the customer needs no handset of their own. Personalization runs to branded contact cards with custom color, rich media, voice memos, and synthetic voice memos generated from text with an option to clone the sender's own voice. Three named integrations are published, each with a dedicated page, alongside a documented programmatic interface, developer documentation and a public status page. Both a monthly and an annual price are published with a disclosed setup fee, though a demonstration call gates every purchase. P
Pepsales AI
Presales and technical sales platform built around the demo, addressing the vendor's stated premise that most software demonstrations fail because they are generic. The distinguishing capability is demo personalization: the platform reads what surfaced on the discovery call and rebuilds the live demonstration around that buyer's industry, company size, persona and use case in a few clicks, including generating the demonstration data itself, so a solutions consultant spends the preparation hour delivering rather than assembling. Around it sits a full conversation layer. Before a meeting it produces a buyer recap, an agenda and prepared discovery questions drawn from a chosen sales methodology. During the meeting it supplies real time prompts, the features worth showing, a demonstration flow and script, and objection handling as objections arrive. Afterwards it scores the discovery and the demonstration, updates the qualification framework in real time, extracts action items and pushes notes to the system of record. A leadership layer turns the same material into deal scoring, blocker detection, rep coaching insight and a dashboard aggregating what buyers actually said about pricing, missing features and competitors. Meeting capture, conversation intelligence and demo automation are sold as separately priced products on annual terms.

O
Outreach
Category defining sales execution platform and one of the two vendors the rest of this category positions itself against. Founded 2014, headquartered in Seattle with offices in Prague and Atlanta, and stated to serve more than six thousand businesses. The platform unifies four things most buyers otherwise assemble separately: multi channel engagement sequencing across mail, voice and social, deal and pipeline management, conversation intelligence through an assistant that joins live meetings and surfaces content in the moment, and revenue forecasting. The current positioning is agentic, with named agents that surface prospects, perform account research and recommend the next action across every deal and account simultaneously, alongside a universal conversational agent reachable in the application, on mobile or through a messaging platform. Enterprise machinery is the differentiator rather than the feature list: identity provider driven user provisioning, administrator controlled governance over users and content, automatic retention policies applied across voice recordings and mail, multi language support, stated data residency, a marketplace of more than a hundred integrations, and a public developer interface and software kit. Sold per user on a single organization wide package with no published rate. Marketing has migrated to a new apex domain while the application, support, marketplace and developer surfaces remain on the original one.

Outdoo AI
Enterprise readiness platform built on simulated conversation practice, formerly trading as MeetRecord and rebranded during 2026. Representatives rehearse against lifelike synthetic buyers across voice, chat, video and in person modes, with up to three personas in a single scenario so a rep can practice a multi stakeholder deal rather than a one to one pitch. The distinguishing design choice is the closed loop: the same scoring rubric is applied to the practice session and to the representative's real recorded customer calls, so a manager can see whether coaching actually changed behavior in front of a buyer rather than only in rehearsal. Around that sit tutor led micro learning, certification paths, workflow simulation that lets a rep practice logging a call and updating records before touching live systems, call scoring, conversation intelligence and a revenue intelligence layer linking skill movement to win rates and deal velocity. Sold to enterprise and mid market teams across software, insurance, banking, credit unions, contact centers and commercial real estate, with learning management connections on open standards and a listing in a major sales platform marketplace. Registered as MeetRecord Inc. in Delaware with a San Francisco mailing address.

Opine AI Presales Platform
Workspace and system of record for the technical half of a complex sale, built for sales engineers and solutions consultants and the leaders who manage them. The premise is that the work presales actually does, running proofs of value, assessing technical fit, routing specialist requests and clearing product blockers, never lands in the sales system of record and therefore never appears in a pipeline review. Opine gives that work its own workflow rather than bending the sales database to fit, turning playbooks into executable plans with owners and dates, opening a shared portal so the buyer can follow the same thread, and capturing activity automatically instead of asking a sales engineer to log it. A model layer sits on top, summarizing recorded calls, scoring deal risk and technical fit, generating stakeholder updates and handing context to post sales at contract signature. A query language surface exposes pipeline, evaluations, accounts, tickets and activity through an in product editor, a public interface or a protocol server, with scheduled exports into a warehouse. Named customers cluster heavily in security and developer infrastructure.

OnePgr
Go to market platform that has repositioned from selling software to selling pipeline as a delivered outcome, with the headline stating the point outright: buy pipeline, not seats. Four tiers describe finished deliverables rather than features, opening with a five thousand dollar proof engagement that runs twenty to forty messaging hypotheses in parallel across a customer's top forty accounts over eight to twelve weeks and returns a written verdict, refundable in full if the verdict does not advance the customer's targeting. Above that sit engaged prospects, scored accounts and routed opportunities, each priced per outcome. The crucial qualification for membership is that every tier names the machinery behind it and the same products can be driven by the customer's own team instead, through a free entry tier, a self serve application and a published protocol endpoint that external agents can call with each action metered and receipted. Underneath everything sits a substrate the vendor calls OrgDrive, which every send, connection, recorded call and campaign verdict writes into and every recommendation reads out of. A second and older website remains live on the apex domain, still selling the previous product.

O
Oliv AI
Agent platform for revenue teams, on its third positioning after starting as a sales calendar and then a rep copilot. Every meeting, email, call and document is captured automatically and written to the right account, contact and deal, then synthesised into three layers the vendor names and documents separately: an object graph that attaches each signal to the right record, a signal graph the vendor describes as more than a hundred small models each fine tuned to one revenue question, and a process graph holding the customer's profile, stages, rules, handoffs and approvals. On top run named agents that own responsibilities rather than tasks, spanning sales development, sales, onboarding, customer success, expansion, revenue operations and enablement, with two supervising agents above them, one dispatching work and one learning how the team operates and rewriting the rules the others follow. The disclosure profile is lopsided the other way from most of this session. The architecture is described in unusual technical depth and the trust surface is almost bare, with five certification marks appearing as unlinked images on the pricing page and no security page, trust center or report anywhere on the site.

Numoloo
Call intelligence for small teams and solo operators, launched mid 2026 by a founder out of the telephony and vanity number business. Calls and voicemails are placed and received on numbers the platform provisions, then every one is analyzed for urgency, sentiment and intent, ranked so the conversations that matter surface first, and turned into a summary, a set of prioritized actions and a pre drafted follow up email delivered into a messaging channel, an inbox or the platform's own action center. The whole product is the intelligence layer: strip the model out and a softphone remains, and the price card agrees, metering the model work in credits while everything else is included on every tier. The disclosure story here is lopsided in an unusual direction. The evidence surface is empty, with the word proven sitting over three unquantified phrases and no customer named anywhere, while the data processing addendum is published ungated in full, itemizes six sub processor categories with their locations, enumerates the security measures, names prospects as a data subject population, and answers the cross client boundary question in a contract clause.

Nooks
Artificial intelligence native outbound workspace where agents work alongside human representatives across four product lines: multi channel sequencing with generated personalization, a parallel dialer that detects live answers and skips phone trees and dead numbers, a signals and intelligence layer building lists and research from the customer's own systems plus third party data, and a coaching layer that scores every call and runs roleplay practice bots. Positioned explicitly as human in the loop rather than as an autonomous agent, with a representative running every conversation. Operating entity Nooks AI.

MakeSales
Sales practice simulator aimed at solopreneurs and coaches rather than at sales teams. The seller describes their offer, customer and typical objections, and the platform generates an artificial prospect from those inputs that joins a voice or video call, argues, raises objections and can be closed. Each call is scored across rapport, discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing, rolled into a readiness score with a named focus area for the next session. A named third party supplies the video avatar technology. Sold on monthly voice and video minute allowances rather than seats, in beta as of August 2026. The domain previously carried an unrelated lead generation product that has been discontinued.

Lusha
Established business contact and company data provider, sold through a browser extension, a filtered web application and a programmatic interface, and consumed on a credit model where an email address, a phone number and a recorded call each draw a different amount from the same pool. The platform has extended beyond contact reveals into filters, recommendations, enrichment, buying signals, email sequences and a conversation intelligence product, so a buyer now purchases data and outreach from one allocation. Registered as a data broker in California and operating on a legitimate interest basis in Europe, the vendor carries the broadest certification set in this index, including the artificial intelligence management standard none of its three largest competitors publish.

Around it sit a sequencing module, a forecasting module, an enablement module, a warehouse export product, an assistant, and an agent layer that automates follow ups and record updates. The company reports annual recurring revenue above 500 million dollars, growth above 55 percent year on year for ten consecutive quarters, roughly 584 million dollars raised, and more than 5,000 customers including LinkedIn, Shopify, Snowflake, PayPal, DocuSign, Indeed, Rapid7, HubSpot and ADP. FrontSpin
FrontSpin is a cloud sales communication platform built around high volume outbound calling for inside sales teams. It combines a power dialer with prioritized call lists and pre recorded voicemail drop, an artificially assisted parallel dialer that filters invalid numbers and classifies leads before connecting a rep, cadence playbooks spanning calls, email, text and social steps, sales email with open and click notifications, live call monitoring with a whisper channel for coaching, and bidirectional synchronization with the customer's system of record. Two features are unusual for the category: continuous scanning and cleaning of outbound numbers against spam labeling with automatic number rotation, and customer selection of inbound and outbound telephony carriers from several named options including bringing your own. The legal entity is TalkCycle LLC trading as FrontSpin, founded 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona by Mansour Salame. FrontSpin was acquired by TitanX in February 2026 in a transaction reported at eight figures and continues to trade under its own brand.

Conquer
Conquer, which traded for years as DialSource and still runs its video channel under that name, sells sales engagement that lives inside the system of record rather than beside it. The distinction is the entire pitch: where competing platforms integrate with Salesforce, Conquer is a native application running within it, and within Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well, so activity stays attached to the pipeline it is meant to move and reps work without switching tools. The suite has five software components. Voice is a carrier grade power dialer with click to call, automatic logging and campaigns drawn from live records. Voice Plus is a mobile first application launched for field representatives who need to call, log a meeting and capture notes from a phone in under a minute with everything syncing back. Cadence runs automated sequences across email, phone and professional network channels. Text handles messaging, multimedia messaging and business messaging natively. AI Insights supplies conversation intelligence in two directions, surfacing battle cards to the representative live during a call to handle objections and flag upsell moments, then producing transcripts and summaries afterwards so managers coach from real examples rather than from rep notes. Two further products sit in the wider revenue suite: an outsourced sales development service, and a marketing attribution product connecting campaigns to revenue. Named customers include Paychex, Paycor, ADP, Optum, VSP and Hibu. The company is an official Salesforce partner with a reviewed marketplace listing, and operates from Fremont, California.

Clari
Clari is the enterprise revenue orchestration platform, and since 3 December 2025 it is half of a merged company: Clari and Salesloft completed a merger under CEO Steve Cox, forming an entity with over 5,000 customers and roughly 450M USD in combined annual recurring revenue, positioned as a Predictive Revenue System. Clari itself was built on a data layer, RevDB, that captures activity and signal from CRM, calendar, email and conversations and then runs a suite on top of it: Capture for data quality and autocapture, Inspect for opportunity management and deal inspection, Forecast for forecasting and pipeline management, Align for buyer collaboration and mutual action plans, Copilot for conversation intelligence and coaching, Guide as an AI action hub, Groove for sales engagement and prospecting, and a layer of Revenue AI Agents that automate inspection and forecasting. The company reached here by acquisition as much as by build: DealPoint in 2021, Wingman in 2022 which became Copilot, Groove in 2023, and now Salesloft, which duplicates both. Gartner named Clari a Leader and Salesloft a Visionary in the first Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration in December 2025. It reports more than four trillion dollars of revenue under management, sells to RevOps, sales, marketing, post sales, finance and sales engineering across technology, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, business services and manufacturing, and counts Adobe, Cisco, Zoom, Okta and Qualtrics among named customers.

Cirrus Insight
Cirrus Insight, a Cirruspath, Inc. company founded in 2011 and now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has spent over a decade doing one unglamorous thing: capturing every email, calendar event and task from Gmail and Outlook into Salesforce so the CRM reflects what actually happened. Around that spine sit a Salesforce sidebar that surfaces customer and pipeline records inside the inbox, bi directional sync with configurable capture policies, mappings and retention control for administrators, Smart Scheduler for logic based lead routing to the right rep's calendar, personal and team scheduling, Email Blast for one to many templated sends using Salesforce merge fields, and attachment and link tracking. The company is now repositioning that decade of captured relationship data as the foundation for an agentic layer, arguing that AI is only as good as the history it can learn from: Meeting AI generates pre meeting briefs and research, CRM AI queues opportunity hygiene for one tap Salesforce updates, and Conversation Intelligence captures and organizes what was said with live coaching prompts and retrospective coaching for managers. Sold per seat from 14 to 49 USD per user per month across Salesforce Sync, Pro and Expert tiers plus a custom tier, to over 50,000 customer facing teams including Walmart, Discover, Equitable, Samsung, Tableau and Tripadvisor, with concentrations in financial services, higher education, technology and energy.

Cadence by Ringover
Cadence is the multichannel sales prospecting module of Ringover, a French cloud telephony operator that runs its own network and serves around 14,000 companies. Launched in January 2023 and sold as a per user add on rather than a standalone product, it lets a team build reusable sequence templates that combine calls, emails, SMS and LinkedIn steps, assign individual steps to a person or a group, schedule the timing of each touch, and sync activity back to the CRM in real time. The framing throughout is managerial rather than individual: the vendor's stated promise is that every prospect, inbound or outbound, is worked the same way and at the same pace by the whole team, with sales directors getting visibility into activity levels across office and remote staff. Around Cadence sits the wider Ringover estate of cloud phone system, power and parallel diallers, voicemail drop, call campaigns, SMS campaigns, local number presence, recording and monitoring, plus separately priced AI modules covering conversation intelligence, transcription, call summaries, topic detection, coaching and an outbound and inbound voice agent. The company sells across France, the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, the US and Canada, with a notable concentration in staffing and recruiting alongside general B2B sales.

Bigtincan
Bigtincan is an enterprise sales enablement and readiness platform assembled by acquisition: content management and governance, sales readiness and certification (via Brainshark), document automation, Digital Sales Rooms, Virtual Showrooms, augmented reality product experiences (via Modus Engagement), and engagement analytics. The AI suite is named rather than generic: RolePlayAI, AuthoringAI, CoachingAI, Genie Assistant, MeetingsAI, SearchAI, and the earlier SalesAI. Founded 2008, and formerly listed on the Australian exchange as BTH. Vector Capital took Bigtincan private in April 2025 at A$0.22 per share, approximately A$183M, then acquired Showpad and completed the merger on 30 October 2025, appointing Apratim Purakayastha chief executive. The combined company operates under the Showpad brand and serves more than 2,000 customers across 50 countries. A competing Investcorp AI Acquisition Corp SPAC transaction announced in October 2024 did not complete. Bigtincan remains a live, separately audited and separately certified platform inside the merged entity rather than a retired product, and the shared trust center states the two audit scopes separately and tells buyers to establish which platform they bought. Named Bigtincan customers include Nike, Winnebago and Clorox. The platform has led the Aragon Research Globe for Sales Enablement Platforms five times and won the inaugural 2024 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Sales AI.

Airspeed
Revenue execution platform built around call intelligence, founded in 2022 as Glyphic by two former Google DeepMind research scientists and rebranded to Airspeed on 20 May 2026. The platform records and processes sales calls into structured deal data rather than transcripts, extracting summaries, action items, qualification signals against MEDDIC, BANT or SPICED, risks and competitor mentions, then writes them to the CRM and drafts follow ups. It has extended into autonomous agents that act across calls, email, tickets and CRM records without waiting for a human trigger, and reports that customers built thousands of custom agents in the first four months of 2026. Operating from London and New York with roughly 180 to 200 customers across 20 countries, and more than 25 million dollars raised including a 20 million dollar Series A in June 2026.
