SMARTe

SMARTe sells B2B contact and company data with an emphasis on coverage outside North America, covering about 285 million contacts and 66 million companies across more than 200 countries. Mobile coverage runs 75 percent in North America and 45 to 50 percent in EMEA, APAC and Latin America, and roughly two thirds of contacts sit outside North America. Records come from web crawling, company sites, filings, events, phone research and more than 20 licensed partners, and are validated in real time at delivery.

Around the data sit technographics on nearly 70,000 technologies, Bombora intent graded very hot, hot or warm by surging topics, buying signals such as job changes, hires, funding and website visits, and AI agents for enterprise customers that map buying groups, summarize account signals and write talking points. Playbook automates actions on triggers such as new leads or job changes, from updating CRM records to starting Outreach or Salesloft cadences. Data reaches teams through the SMARTe Prospector Chrome extension, native Salesforce and Outreach apps, HubSpot, Marketo, Zapier, Snowflake, an API with signal webhooks and an MCP server, and it also feeds Apollo's waterfall, Clay and ZoomInfo.

A free plan gives one user ten credits a month. Pro starts at $25 a month for 50 credits at 50 cents each, with no per seat charge and up to 1,000 credits a month, and Enterprise runs on two year subscriptions with unlimited users and credits from 30 cents down to 20 cents at a million. SMARTe Inc. is based in Sunnyvale, California, with an office in Mumbai, was founded in 2005 by chief executive Sanjay Gala and Parul Gala and has grown without outside funding. It sells mainly to enterprise sales, marketing and revenue operations teams, with Finastra and Uber among its case studies.
