GetProspect

GetProspect finds business emails and mobile numbers for B2B prospects, drawing on a database of more than 800 million contacts and 47 million companies. Emails are built from a person's name and their employer's address format and then verified without sending a message, while mobile numbers come from licensed data providers. Lookups that find nothing cost nothing, and each email shows when it was last verified.

A Chrome extension matches people on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and company websites against the database, and its Autosave feature pages through search results to save up to 100 pages at once. Saved contacts sync one way into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho with field mapping, or move through Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, an API with signed webhooks and CSV or Excel exports. A bulk verifier and a cold email sender with sequences, A/B tests, tracking and daily sending quotas round out the product, and AI personalization is listed as coming.

A free plan gives 50 email credits a month, and paid plans start at $49 a month for 1,000 emails, rising to $399 for 50,000, with unlimited seats on every plan and verifier packs that never expire. The company was founded in 2016 by Dmytro Shulha, is run from Kyiv by New Lab, LLC, has grown without outside investment and hosts its service in Germany and Finland. It serves sales, business development, recruiting and marketing teams, with customer stories from agencies, recruiters and small software firms.

Capability Axes

AI Capability
AI CentralityAI CentralityWhether AI is the product or a feature veneer. The removal test: peel the AI label off, and does anything sellable remain?
DD on AI CentralityThe AI claim does not survive the removal test on public evidence: marketing language with no documented model driven behavior an outsider can locate.
Vendor Published

The cold email product is pitched as sending AI personalized emails, but ChatGPT personalization has not shipped and no live feature uses AI. Emails are generated from name and address patterns and checked by a verifier, and the finder, extension, CRM sync and sender all work without a model.

Autonomy and Oversight ModelAutonomy and Oversight ModelWhat the system does without a human. Draft for review, auto send, or fully agentic, and what contains a bad run.
BB on Autonomy and Oversight ModelThe human in the loop posture is described substantively (draft versus auto send, approval flows) but the failure containment story is incomplete.
Vendor Published

Autosave pages through LinkedIn search results and saves each page, five by default and up to 100, stopping when credits or results run out or the user cancels. Once a workspace admin connects a CRM, every save syncs automatically, older records move only with a manual push that updates existing CRM records, and passing on updates and deletions are separate opt ins. Sequences stop on a reply or click, while matching and overwrite rules for the CRM push, previews and rollback are not described.

AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyAI Disclosure and Model TransparencyWhat models power the product, whether AI generated outreach discloses itself, and whether scoring and routing logic is explainable.
CC on AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyThe product is described as AI powered with the stack, the disclosure behavior, and the scoring logic all unstated.
Vendor Published

No model or AI provider is named beyond a planned ChatGPT feature. Verification results are readable, with each email marked valid, accept all, invalid or unknown and stamped with its last check date.

Operational and Outcome EvidenceOperational and Outcome EvidenceMeasured outcomes with a stated basis: replies, meetings, pipeline, win rates. Logos are not evidence and prestige is not measurement.
BB on Operational and Outcome EvidenceReal outcome evidence published, with named customers and numbers, but the measurement basis is incomplete: population, period, or definition unstated.
Vendor Published

Thirteen customer stories include figures such as the Logit Group adding 20 percent more customers in three months, No More Bottles raising qualified leads 40 percent and Autobound lifting deliverability 20 percent, though most give no baseline or period. A claim of 84 valid emails per 100 contacts, ahead of ZoomInfo, Hunter, Lusha and ContactOut, comes with no date or method. Customer counts range from 40,000 active users to 400,000 customers.

Compliance and Risk
Outreach Compliance PostureOutreach Compliance PostureHow the product handles regulated outreach: consent, DNC scrubbing, opt out mechanics, caller ID conduct, and the public enforcement record.
CC on Outreach Compliance PostureCompliance is mentioned as the customer’s responsibility, with little or no product enforcement described. The tool can be run lawfully, and nothing about it helps.
Vendor Published

The stated basis is legitimate interest, with the GDPR exemption for disproportionate effort used in place of notifying each person, and customers are told to run their own legitimate interest assessment. People can remove themselves without an account, after which a do not collect record blocks re-adding them and the extension refuses to reveal them, and workspaces keep their own blocklists. There is no CCPA provision or named data broker registration, mobiles get no Do Not Call checks, and the sender's unsubscribe handling is not described.

Data Privacy PostureData Privacy PostureGDPR and CCPA posture: lawful basis, data subject rights handling, DPA availability, subprocessor disclosure.
CC on Data Privacy PostureA standard privacy policy exists and answers none of the questions this product category specifically raises.
Vendor Published

New Lab, LLC in Kyiv is the controller under privacy terms and a DPA unchanged since 2021, which promise breach notice without undue delay and offer the subprocessor list by email with 30 days to object. No transfer mechanism is named for data handled by a Ukrainian company, and those terms still place hosting with DigitalOcean in Amsterdam and route extension users' data into the database, out of step with today's hosting in Germany and Finland.

Data Licensing and ProvenanceData Licensing and ProvenanceWhere the data comes from and on what legal footing: licensed, contributed, public record, or scraped, and who stands behind the answer.
BB on Data Licensing and ProvenanceProvenance is substantively described but incompletely: sourcing classes named without the legal footing, or indemnification unstated.
Vendor Published

Business emails are generated from a person's name and the employer's address format and verified, and GetProspect says it never buys them, while mobile numbers come from licensed providers that are not named. The database is put at 800 million contacts, 70 million corporate emails, 47 million companies and 130 million mobiles, refreshed regularly with no cadence given. Older privacy terms route data shared through the extension into the database.

Platform Terms ExposurePlatform Terms ExposureWhether the product operates inside the terms of the platforms it touches, and the restriction risk a buyer inherits when it does not.
CC on Platform Terms ExposureThe vendor is silent on method while the product’s function implies platform automation. Restriction risk is real and unpriced.
Vendor Published

The extension reads the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator page a user has open and looks up matching records in GetProspect's own database without opening profiles in the background, while Autosave clicks through up to 100 pages of results, with exports of up to 2,500 Sales Navigator leads at once.

An earlier version visited profiles to extract data under daily caps and promised protection from bans, and GetProspect now takes no position beyond noting that LinkedIn applies its own user agreement.

AI Safety and Data StewardshipAI Safety and Data StewardshipThe cross client boundary: whether customer data trains models that serve competitors, plus retention and deletion posture.
CC on AI Safety and Data StewardshipSecurity language exists but the training question, the one this axis turns on, is unanswered: a buyer cannot tell whether their pipeline data improves a competitor’s instance.
Vendor Published

Whether customer data trains any model is not addressed. Retention is spelled out in other ways: deleted accounts can be restored for nine days, backups clear within 124 days, unused data is deleted after three years and API logs are kept for 15 days.

Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityRecipient Disclosure and AuthenticityHow the product presents itself to the people it targets: whether automated outreach and AI agents disclose themselves, whether sender personas are real, and whether personalization is grounded in verifiable fact. Measured as known compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since August 2, 2026, which requires AI systems that interact with individuals to disclose that fact.
CC on Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityNothing published on whether recipients are told they are dealing with software. For a product whose AI talks to prospects, silence here is now a regulatory posture, not a style choice.
Vendor Published

The cold email sender sends messages the customer writes, with no AI drafting live yet. No disclosure to recipients is described, and no position on Article 50 of the EU AI Act is taken.

Integration and Deployment
Ecosystem and Integration DepthEcosystem and Integration DepthDocumented depth of CRM and stack integration: objects, sync direction, API surface, marketplace presence that matches the claims.
BB on Ecosystem and Integration DepthSolid primary CRM integration documented, with depth unstated at the edges (sync direction, custom objects, failure behavior).
Vendor Published

Native one way syncs push contacts and companies into HubSpot, people and organizations into Pipedrive, leads into Salesforce and contacts into Zoho, with field mapping tables and no credit charge. Zapier triggers on saved people and companies, Make and Google Sheets are supported, and an API with an OpenAPI spec handles bulk enrichment of 50 records and saves of 500, with signed webhooks retried for up to a day. Rate limits are set per plan, and Close, Copper, Outreach and Salesloft appear as connections without detail.

Deployment Model and Data ResidencyDeployment Model and Data ResidencyWhere the product runs and where customer data lives, including residency options for EU buyers.
BB on Deployment Model and Data ResidencyThe deployment model is clear and residency options are partially specified.
Vendor Published

Hosting sits in the EU, in Germany and Finland, though older privacy terms and the DPA still name DigitalOcean in Amsterdam. No residency choice is offered.

Security Certifications and Trust CenterSecurity Certifications and Trust CenterVerifiable security posture: enumerated current certifications and a trust center an outsider can actually read.
CC on Security Certifications and Trust CenterSecurity is claimed in general terms. Asserting certifications without enumerating them is weaker than it looks, and this band is where that lands.
Vendor Published

The DPA lists encrypted disks, HTTPS, least privilege access and regular internal and external audits, but there is no SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 certificate or trust center. Sign in is by password or Google, with no multi factor sign in or single sign on listed, on a product that connects to users' mailboxes and CRMs.

Commercial and Operational
Commercial TransparencyCommercial TransparencyWhether a buyer can budget without a sales call. Published pricing graded on completeness, not on the price itself.
BB on Commercial TransparencyPartial pricing published (entry tiers real, enterprise opaque) or pricing published with load bearing exclusions.
Vendor Published

A free plan gives 50 email credits, 100 verifications and five phone credits a month, and paid plans run from Starter at $49 for 1,000 emails through Growth tiers at $99, $199 and $399 for 50,000, stackable up to ten times, with unlimited seats. Verifier packs run from $29 for 10,000 checks to $2,499 for 10 million and never expire, and sending 10,000 emails starts at $99. Phone credit add ons carry no price, and the 30 percent annual saving does not show in annual prices, which equal twelve months at the monthly rate.

Exit and Data PortabilityExit and Data PortabilityWhat happens when a customer leaves: completeness of data export, rights to enriched or licensed data after termination, deletion commitments, and auto renewal mechanics, graded from published terms and documentation.
BB on Exit and Data PortabilityReal export capability documented, with a material exit question unstated in public terms, commonly post termination rights to licensed or enriched records.
Vendor Published

Plans have a one month minimum, can be paused or cancelled at any time with access running to the end of the cycle, and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Exports reach 25,000 rows from a search and a million from a list, in CSV or Excel. Data ownership, governing law and liability limits are not set out, and the DPA does not address returning data at termination.

Deliverability and Sending DisciplineDeliverability and Sending DisciplineThe operational craft of sending: warmup, rotation, volume governance, spam rate monitoring, and what happens when reputation degrades.
BB on Deliverability and Sending DisciplineReal deliverability features documented, with the operating discipline (limits, monitoring, intervention) asserted rather than specified.
Vendor Published

The verifier checks syntax, domains, disposable addresses and mail servers, runs extended SMTP checks, retries greylisted servers and withholds accept all addresses without charging for them, and reported bounces are corrected for everyone. The sender sets daily quotas, randomizes intervals, checks SPF and DKIM and supports custom tracking domains, with advice to stay under 100 emails a day per domain, but offers no warmup or inbox rotation. A 98 percent accuracy promise with credits back carries no claim procedure.

Segment and Market CoverageSegment and Market CoverageWho the product actually serves, evidenced: segments, geographies, languages, and customers that match the claim.
BB on Segment and Market CoverageSegment focus is clear and evidenced with a gap in geographic or language specifics.
Vendor Published

Sales, business development, recruiting and marketing teams are the buyers, with customer stories from agencies, recruiters, research firms and small software companies such as Rakken, Logit Group and Zeus Recruitment. Coverage spans all countries without a breakdown by region or language.
