Salesmotion
Salesmotion gives B2B sales teams three AI agents that watch target accounts, research them and draft outreach. The Signal Agent monitors more than 1,000 public sources around the clock for over 50 signal types, among them leadership changes, funding rounds, hiring surges, M&A, technology adoption, earnings call remarks and SEC filings. Machine learning filters out noise before alerts reach the CRM, an email digest or Slack. The Research Agent turns earnings transcripts, filings, job posts, news, podcasts and slides into one click account briefs in which every insight links back to its source, and relationship maps chart champions and blockers inside each account.
The Outreach Agent drafts email and LinkedIn messages anchored to a specific signal and the account's wider context, and a rep reviews, edits and sends each one from their own tools. Verified business emails and direct dial phone numbers sit beside the drafts, and a lookalike finder suggests accounts that resemble a team's best customers. Life sciences sellers get a dedicated module that tracks drug developers by therapeutic area, trial phase and modality, alongside versions tuned for IT services, SaaS, healthcare and fintech.
The Individual plan costs $85 a month on a rolling monthly contract and covers one user, 100 monitored accounts and 200 contact credits. Team and enterprise plans are quoted, priced by the number of tracked accounts with unlimited users, and add Salesforce and HubSpot sync, the REST API, an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, SSO and onboarding run by the founders. Developers can also use the API on its own, starting with 100 free credits a month and paying per successful result.
Semir Jahic, who built Clari's EMEA business, and José Vicente Ruiz Cepeda, previously chief technology officer of FounderNest, founded Salesmotion Limited in London in 2024, and the company is bootstrapped. Data is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud in Germany, with OpenAI as the language model provider. Cytel, Frontify, Incredible Health, Guild Education, Cacheflow and Analytic Partners are among its customers.

Three agents carry the product. One detects more than 50 signal types across over 1,000 sources with machine learning filtering, one reads earnings transcripts and filings to pull out themes, executive quotes, metrics and talking points into briefs linked to their sources, and one drafts messages anchored to a given signal. Contact lookup and lookalike discovery are the only parts that run without a model.
Signal monitoring, research briefs and message drafts run on their own, and nothing reaches a prospect until a rep reviews, edits and sends it from their own email or sequencing tool. HubSpot sync runs one way and writes only Salesmotion's own fields, the MCP server stores nothing and passes requests through under the user's key, and a shared service key can be revoked to cut access for a whole team. Alert thresholds, priorities and delivery channels are set per signal type.
OpenAI provides the language models, and briefs link every insight to the filing, article or transcript behind it. Machine learning decides which signals count as noise, with the criteria not shown, and nothing addresses whether a message drafted by the agent should tell its recipient that AI wrote it.
Cytel reports research time cut in half, account planning 30 percent faster and six hours saved per rep each week, Incredible Health 50 percent more meetings booked after a three day rollout, and Guild Education 30 minutes saved per account. Frontify reports four times more self sourced revenue and 42 percent faster sales velocity, Cacheflow 60 percent less prep time and Analytic Partners 40 percent more qualified pipeline. Each result is tied to a named person at the customer, and none has a measurement period or baseline attached.
Salesmotion drafts messages and supplies contact details but sends nothing itself, so delivery runs through the customer's own email and sequencing tools. The terms make the customer responsible for the legality of its data and for following the rules of connected services, and nothing covers consent, opt out handling or anti spam law for outreach built on the drafts.
A standard DPA covers GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws, relies on the 2021 standard contractual clauses with UK and Swiss terms, commits to breach notice within 72 hours and lists eight subprocessors with purpose and location, allowing ten days to object to a new one. The chief executive serves as data protection officer.
Legitimate interests are the basis for processing business contact details gathered from professional websites, social networks and third party services, with no notice to the people whose details are revealed to customers.
Account signals come from public company information across more than 1,000 sources: news, regulatory and financial filings, earnings call transcripts, company websites, job postings, podcasts and funding disclosures. Verified emails and direct dial numbers come from professional websites, social networks and third party services in general terms, with no named provider or collection method.
Leadership change signals carry LinkedIn as their source, and social networks are among the origins of business contact details, with the collection method left unexplained. LinkedIn messages drafted by the agent are sent by the rep from their own account, so the network itself is not automated.
Customer data is never shared or used for external AI training, and signals and research stay private to each organization. Both the terms and the DPA allow aggregated or anonymized data to be used to maintain and improve the service, which leaves training inside Salesmotion on one customer's data open. On termination, or earlier on request, customer personal data is deleted or returned in a machine readable format with written certification.
Drafts go out under the rep's own name after review, and each is anchored to a signal or fact that links back to its public source rather than to invented details. No position has been taken on Article 50 of the EU AI Act or on telling recipients that AI drafted a message.
Salesforce sync runs in both directions, pushing signals, briefs and research into records, while HubSpot sync runs one way into Salesmotion's own fields, both on team and enterprise plans. A REST API with eight endpoints and webhooks, an MCP server with 13 tools on the Enterprise plan, lemlist, Slack and email digests extend the reach, and Salesloft is listed as coming soon. Account lists import from Salesforce, HubSpot or CSV, and the Salesforce objects written to are left to configuration.
Data is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud in Germany, with Supabase, HubSpot and Amplitude in the EU, while OpenAI, Avoma and Hotjar process data in the US. The company is headquartered in the UK, the MCP server runs on Vercel, and no alternative region or single tenant option is offered.
Salesmotion holds neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, on the reasoning that the data it handles is mostly public company information. The platform encrypts data in transit and at rest, restricts and logs production access, backs up automatically and issues scoped, rotatable API keys, with invitation only workspaces and SSO on enterprise plans. Security questionnaires, including CAIQ style formats, come back within a few business days.
The Individual plan costs $85 a month on a rolling monthly contract, with one user, 100 monitored accounts, 200 contact credits and all three agents included. Team and enterprise plans are quoted on the number of tracked accounts with unlimited users and a discount for annual billing, and CRM sync, API and MCP access sit only on those plans. The API alone starts with 100 free credits a month and charges per successful call at no stated rate, and overages are billed at 120 percent of the unit rate after 30 days' notice.
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing cycle. Order form contracts renew for the same term unless notice comes 30 days before the end, and fees can rise each year by the greater of 3 percent or inflation.
On termination the DPA requires customer personal data to be deleted or returned in a machine readable format, with written certification on request, and relationship maps export to PDF, while the right to keep contacts revealed during the subscription is not addressed.
Messages leave from the rep's own mailbox or sequencing tool, so warmup, volume and sender reputation sit outside the product. Contact emails are sold as verified, with no account of the checking method or the bounce rate to expect.
Enterprise account executives, strategic account directors, SDRs, sales leaders, CSMs and RevOps teams are the intended users, with dedicated versions for life sciences service providers, IT services and consulting, SaaS, healthcare and fintech. Cytel, Frontify, Incredible Health, Guild Education, Cacheflow and Analytic Partners are named customers, and individual sellers buy the $85 plan for themselves, while geographic and language coverage for signals and contacts goes unstated.
