Clari's September release adds Clari Forecast MCP, seven permission scoped tools that let Claude and ChatGPT analyze forecast data under the user's existing access. Conversation Intelligence, formerly Clari Copilot, gains separate retention settings for recordings, game tapes and shared snippets. Recording storage is capped at three years from 15 September, while transcripts, AI insights and metadata stay available beyond that.
Forecast questions can now be asked from the assistant a revenue leader already uses, without widening what that person can see. The three year cap on recordings is the item for admins, since coaching libraries and retention policies both assume the audio is still there. The release is published under the Salesloft name, following the two companies' move to one brand on 2 September.
