Chili Piper added an Auto No Show org setting that reads Zoom and Microsoft Teams attendance after a booked meeting ends and marks it Showed or No show, with Google Meet listed as coming soon. A separate Default Meeting Outcome setting applies a chosen outcome within one hour of the scheduled end to meetings whose attendance cannot be read. Automatic outcomes update CRM fields, the Meetings Activity report, webhooks and no show automations the same way a manual update does.

Attendance data that feeds CRM reporting and no show follow up no longer depends on reps marking outcomes by hand; the help center still said in August that automatic no show detection was not yet available. Admins should know hosts must reconnect Zoom or Teams to grant attendance access, and a default of Showed writes unreviewed meetings to the CRM as attended.

Chili Piper shipped several routing changes. A Tie Break Order setting picks a team member at random when reps are tied on credits for a lead, Marketo and Salesforce nodes can now sit on the same routing path through a retry matching option that absorbs sync delays, and dynamic tags in guest facing messages resolve from any enrichment source rather than only from Smart Parameters.

The tie break is a fairness fix that sounds trivial and is not, because ties resolved by list order quietly hand volume to whoever sits first. The retry matching change addresses the more expensive failure, which is a lead falling out of a routing path because two systems disagreed about whether a record existed yet.
