Enginy
Enginy, formerly Genesy, is an outbound platform that runs prospecting from list to reply across email and LinkedIn. A user describes the ideal customer in plain language and AI Finder turns it into LinkedIn Sales Navigator filters, leads are enriched through a waterfall of more than 30 data providers, and AI scores each lead high, medium or low against logic the user sets. AI variables, backed by a Deep Research agent that browses the web, feed personalized messages, and leads can also be pulled from LinkedIn posts, events, polls and followers.
Campaigns mix email, LinkedIn invitations, messages, profile visits, post likes and AI voice notes, and can run across several sender identities, with each lead assigned to the sender carrying the fewest active conversations. The smart inbox tags replies by intent and either drafts answers for a person to confirm or replies on its own when automatic mode is on, and any reply stops that contact's sequence. A workspace blocklist halts outreach to listed people at once, including conversations already under way. Users pick the model behind AI features from OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and xAI Grok, and Enterprise customers can bring their own API key.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Zoho, Attio, TribeCRM and Odoo connect with sync set field by field, and emails, LinkedIn messages, replies and tags are written back as activities. A REST API with around 186 endpoints, webhooks, an MCP server and Zapier, Make and n8n cover the rest. Email sends through Google, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes under default caps of 30 a day, with warmup through an outside provider sold as a seat.
Plans run on annual terms in euros: Basic costs €599 a month with 5,000 credits and one identity, Smart €799 with 10,000 credits and two identities, and Business €1,199 with 32,000 credits and four identities, plus a €2,000 implementation fee, with a managed service from €5,000 a month. Enginy Sales Solutions S.L. is based in Barcelona, Spain, and its named customers are mostly mid sized Spanish and Italian companies such as Factorial, seQura, Foorban, Talent Match and Venair.

AI carries most of the prospecting work: it turns a plain language profile into Sales Navigator filters, researches each lead on the web for message variables, scores leads against the user's logic, writes messages and voice notes, and can answer replies on its own. A conventional platform sits beneath it, with a provider waterfall, sequences, sender identities, a shared inbox and CRM sync, that would still run without the models.
Reply handling runs in two modes: AI drafts a response for a person to confirm, or replies automatically without review. Any reply stops that contact's sequence, campaigns can be paused at any time and are locked once launched, and voice notes are approved before they go out. First touch messages can be previewed but carry no per message approval, and Smart Outbound can send personalized outreach to a whole list without prompting.
Users choose the model behind AI features from a named list that includes GPT 5.4, GPT 5 mini, Gemini 3 Pro and Flash, Grok 4 and Claude 4.5 Sonnet, with OpenAI, xAI, Google Vertex AI and ElevenLabs acting as processors, and Enterprise customers can bring their own key. Lead scoring follows logic the user defines. Whether AI written messages, automatic replies and AI voice notes identify themselves to recipients is not addressed.
Named customer stories carry figures. Foorban reports twice the calls and 33 percent more opportunities in its first three months against the previous year, and Factorial reports conversion doubling from 4 to 8 percent on deals the platform touched, reply rates rising from 10 to 45 percent and three to four hours saved per SDR each day. Venair cites two to three times more monthly leads over a year and a half, and Talent Match a return of four to five times. Most figures give no period or sample, and the claim that Enginy saves four times its cost has no basis.
A workspace blocklist with unlimited entries stops outreach to listed people immediately, including active conversations, and replies such as not interested can be routed there. The terms bind both parties to the GDPR and Spain's data protection law. Unsubscribe links, a preference center or other opt out route for recipients, and US commercial email law are not addressed.
Enginy acts as processor for the customer under a public DPA that names 35 subprocessors with ten days' notice of changes, commits to breach notice within 48 hours and allows one audit a year. Enginy Sales Solutions S.L. in Barcelona is the controller for its own processing, with a data protection officer at Privalex, the full set of GDPR rights and complaints to Spain's AEPD. Its registered address differs between its privacy and contract terms, no transfer mechanism is named, and the lawful basis for prospect data is left to customers.
Enrichment runs a waterfall across more than 30 providers, with Kaspr, Lusha, Hunter, Datagma, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, BetterContact, Dropcontact, FullEnrich, Crunchbase, TheirStack and Similarweb among those named. Lead lists also come from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, posts, events, polls and followers. The license terms behind each provider and the legal footing for extracting LinkedIn data are not stated.
LinkedIn accounts connect with their email and password, campaigns send invitations, messages, profile visits and post likes under default caps of 20 invitations and 100 messages a day, and leads are spread across several sender identities. Lists are also extracted from Sales Navigator searches, posts, events and followers. How this automation fits a platform that prohibits it is not addressed, while email connects through Google and Microsoft OAuth or SMTP.
A no training commitment covers only data drawn from the Google Workspace API, and whether other customer data or replies train the models of OpenAI, xAI, Google or ElevenLabs is not addressed. Prompts are traced through Langfuse. At termination the DPA provides for deletion or return of customer data.
Messages, automatic replies and AI voice notes go out under the identities of the customer's senders, with leads split across several identities. Whether recipients learn that a message, reply or voice note was produced by AI, and any position on the disclosure duties in Article 50 of the EU AI Act, are not addressed, which matters for a Spanish company selling mostly to European teams.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Zoho, Attio, TribeCRM and Odoo connect, with sync on contacts and companies configured field by field as two way, either side overwriting, fill only when empty, or off. Matching runs on name and company for contacts and on domain for companies, and emails, LinkedIn messages, replies and tags are written back as activities. A REST API with scoped keys, around 186 endpoints, webhooks and rolling rate limits, plus an MCP server with about 150 operations, opens the rest of the product.
Hosting runs on AWS in Sweden and Stepward in France, with workflow orchestration on Temporal in Germany and Cloudflare, OpenAI and xAI processing in the United States. Customers cannot choose a region, and single tenant deployment is not offered.
Enginy says it is independently audited and certified to ISO 27001, without naming a certifying body, certificate or scope. No SOC 2 report or trust center is available, and its security policy stays at a high level. The DPA adds a 48 hour breach notice and an annual audit right.
Prices come on request, though the plans themselves carry figures: Basic at €599 a month with 5,000 credits and one identity, Smart at €799 with 10,000 credits and two identities, Business at €1,199 with 32,000 credits and four identities, and a quoted Enterprise tier. Every plan adds a €2,000 implementation fee, credit costs per action are listed, from one credit for an email check to 40 for a phone number, and a managed service starts at €5,000 a month. Top up credit prices are not shown, and unused credits reset monthly.
Contracts renew for one year terms unless written notice arrives 30 days before the end, early termination brings no refund, and prices may rise up to 15 percent a year with 30 days' notice. The DPA provides for deletion or return of customer data at termination, and CRM sync keeps contacts and activity in the customer's own system. A self serve export of lists and campaigns is not described.
Email sending defaults to 30 a day and 5 an hour per inbox with hard maximums of 80 and 10, pauses when a cap is reached and resumes the next day, and can shuffle across inboxes. Warmup runs through Warmy for about two weeks as a paid seat set up by the account manager, and a domain health center and spam checker sit alongside, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and secondary domains recommended. What the product does when a mailbox's reputation falls is not described.
Enginy targets outbound teams that build on AI, and its named customers are mid sized European companies with stated headcounts: Factorial with about 1,600 staff, seQura with 350 to 400, Venair with 250 to 300, Foorban in Italy with about 100 and Talent Match with 25 to 50, four of them around Barcelona. Messages can be drafted in the prospect's language, while supported languages and markets are not listed.
