QuickMail

QuickMail is an outbound campaign platform for B2B sales teams and lead generation agencies. It runs email and LinkedIn sequences, collects replies in a shared inbox and separates client work into workspaces. Connected Google, Microsoft and SMTP accounts deliver the emails; QuickMail controls the timing and campaign logic.

Campaigns support automatic messages, manual drafts, call tasks and LinkedIn actions. A reply stops further emails to that lead, and Calendly bookings can stop follow ups too. The inbox assigns conversations to teammates, supports internal notes and tracks pending, won or lost conversations. Conversation histories export as CSV, with individual messages available as EML files.

AI assists with replies, rewriting and deliverability. Draft with AI reads the email thread and follows an agency or workspace prompt before a person reviews the response. Smart sender groups can replace an account when its delivery performance deteriorates. A separate MCP connection lets an external AI assistant manage QuickMail through the customer's existing permissions and API access.

Starter costs $49 per month for one workspace, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails. Growth is $99 monthly for 25,000 contacts and 100,000 emails, with native CRM connections and API access. Agency is $299 monthly and includes two workspaces, with each additional workspace costing $49. Users and connected senders are unlimited across the current plans. The card required trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan.

The operational detail matters for teams using many accounts: disabling a sender for new assignments does not stop follow ups already assigned to it. A mailbox pause stops those sends. LinkedIn automation and inbox rotation also expose the connected accounts to provider restrictions. The service has US hosting, a public DPA and different retention periods for customer campaign data and account information.

QuickMail uses AI to draft replies, vary campaign wording and help manage sending accounts, while the core product still runs authored email and LinkedIn sequences with a shared inbox for responses. Draft with AI reads the conversation and an agency or workspace prompt before proposing text for a person to edit and send.

Smart sender groups can swap out a mailbox whose delivery performance declines, and optional reply categorization can assign sentiment and start a related campaign on supported legacy plans. QuickMail now also sells inboxes meant for AI agents. Campaigns, sequencing, LinkedIn steps and the shared inbox all work without generated text, so removing the AI leaves a complete outbound platform.

Autonomy and Oversight ModelAutonomy and Oversight ModelWhat the system does without a human. Draft for review, auto send, or fully agentic, and what contains a bad run.
BB on Autonomy and Oversight ModelThe human in the loop posture is described substantively (draft versus auto send, approval flows) but the failure containment story is incomplete.

Automatic campaign steps send after launch, and a workspace pause stops outbound automation and lead progression across that workspace. A reply stops further emails to that lead, and a Calendly booking can end follow ups as well. Manual email steps create drafts that wait for a person. Turning off a sender for new assignments does not stop follow ups already tied to it; pausing that mailbox does. Team members each have their own login, and an audit log records what they do. MCP access lets an external AI client change campaigns and leads without a separate QuickMail approval queue, acting within the connected user's workspace permissions.

AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyAI Disclosure and Model TransparencyWhat models power the product, whether AI generated outreach discloses itself, and whether scoring and routing logic is explainable.
BB on AI Disclosure and Model TransparencyMeaningful disclosure of the model stack or the disclosure posture, with one real gap, commonly silence on whether AI authored outreach identifies itself.

Draft with AI runs on QuickMail's managed credit system, and accounts that configured their own OpenAI key before January 2025 can keep using it; the current managed model and version are not named. Agency prompts set a shared writing style, and a workspace prompt takes precedence for a particular client, so the instructions shaping a draft are visible and editable.

MCP separately connects customer chosen assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to the API, where they act through the connected user's account permissions rather than QuickMail's own model. QuickMail's agent inboxes extend the same idea to mailboxes provisioned for AI agents.

Operational and Outcome EvidenceOperational and Outcome EvidenceMeasured outcomes with a stated basis: replies, meetings, pipeline, win rates. Logos are not evidence and prestige is not measurement.
BB on Operational and Outcome EvidenceReal outcome evidence published, with named customers and numbers, but the measurement basis is incomplete: population, period, or definition unstated.

LinkedHacker, an agency serving businesses across many industries and languages, reports more than ten million emails sent through QuickMail, a 62% average open rate and a 10% average reply rate. Lee Betts, a lead generation agency founder, credits QuickMail with helping his agency grow from about 100 to 220 clients in twelve months, and Rainmakers is another named customer.

These are customer accounts rather than measured studies: none states a measurement period, attribution method or comparison group, and open rates depend on tracking pixels that some mail clients load automatically. QuickMail coordinates those campaigns and client workspaces.

Compliance and Risk
Outreach Compliance PostureOutreach Compliance PostureHow the product handles regulated outreach: consent, DNC scrubbing, opt out mechanics, caller ID conduct, and the public enforcement record.
BB on Outreach Compliance PostureSubstantive compliance features documented in product, but material questions (litigation history, caller ID practices, where responsibility transfers to the customer) go unaddressed.
Vendor Published

QuickMail presents itself plainly as a cold outreach tool: asked whether customers can email people who never opted in, it answers yes and compares the practice to phoning a company. Within that model, an unsubscribe link marks a lead Do Not Contact and blocks enrollment in future campaigns, and exclusions can cover email addresses, domains and LinkedIn IDs.

The agency exclusion list records who added each entry and whether it came from a campaign, the API or an integration, though agency wide propagation has to be enabled in each workspace. A reply asking to unsubscribe needs manual handling unless supported AI categorization is active.

Data Privacy PostureData Privacy PostureGDPR and CCPA posture: lawful basis, data subject rights handling, DPA availability, subprocessor disclosure.
BB on Data Privacy PostureA real privacy program is visible (DPA available, policy substantive) with a gap on the hard question, commonly lawful basis for enriched or tracked individuals.
Vendor Published

QuickMail's public DPA makes it the processor for customer audiences, names service providers for hosting, payments and support, and promises at least 10 days' notice before any change of subprocessor. EU transfers to US infrastructure rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Incidents that may require a breach notification are to be reported to the other party without undue delay.

After termination, personal data is normally deleted or anonymized within 60 days, while data about the client account can be kept for up to 26 months and encrypted backups may persist longer. Customers remain responsible for lawful collection and consent records, and access and correction requests go through QuickMail's privacy channel.

Data Licensing and ProvenanceData Licensing and ProvenanceWhere the data comes from and on what legal footing: licensed, contributed, public record, or scraped, and who stands behind the answer.
BB on Data Licensing and ProvenanceProvenance is substantively described but incompletely: sourcing classes named without the legal footing, or indemnification unstated.
Vendor Published

Lead lists enter through CSV files, Google Drive sheets, connected CRMs and LinkedIn identifiers, and QuickMail itself runs no lead generation service. An optional sharing program exchanges contributed data for contact database credits, with customers warranting their rights to whatever they upload, though the terms do not trace the rights behind each supplied contact.

Verification integrations with NeverBounce, BriteVerify, ZeroBounce, Dropcontact, Hunter and Bouncer check the imported addresses before sending. Permission to contact each person rests with the customer, which QuickMail states directly by describing itself as a cold outreach platform.

Platform Terms ExposurePlatform Terms ExposureWhether the product operates inside the terms of the platforms it touches, and the restriction risk a buyer inherits when it does not.
DD on Platform Terms ExposureThe method visibly violates platform terms (headless automation of a prohibiting platform), or the vendor’s account restriction record is public and unacknowledged.

LinkedIn automation connects through a browser extension, session cookies or account credentials and can send connection requests and messages, with unlimited LinkedIn accounts on every plan. QuickMail recommends low daily activity but lets customers raise the limit. When LinkedIn rejects a personalized invitation at its limit, an optional fallback sends the request without a message. Inbox Rotation spreads email volume across connected accounts.

Email itself goes out through each connected provider's own servers, so Google or Microsoft rules apply to every mailbox. These workflows place the customer's LinkedIn and email accounts under each platform's restrictions.

AI Safety and Data StewardshipAI Safety and Data StewardshipThe cross client boundary: whether customer data trains models that serve competitors, plus retention and deletion posture.
CC on AI Safety and Data StewardshipSecurity language exists but the training question, the one this axis turns on, is unanswered: a buyer cannot tell whether their pipeline data improves a competitor’s instance.
Vendor Published

Reply drafting processes the email thread and the workspace's writing instructions. The DPA limits personal data processing to delivering the service and requires QuickMail to impose data protection terms on its subprocessors, but the AI offer does not separately exclude customer conversations from model training or define how long inference inputs are kept. The service terms also grant QuickMail a continuing content license.

Users can block routine support access to their workspace in account settings, although developers and super administrators keep database access for maintenance. Deleted campaign data cannot be restored by support.

Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityRecipient Disclosure and AuthenticityHow the product presents itself to the people it targets: whether automated outreach and AI agents disclose themselves, whether sender personas are real, and whether personalization is grounded in verifiable fact. Measured as known compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since August 2, 2026, which requires AI systems that interact with individuals to disclose that fact.
DD on Recipient Disclosure and AuthenticityThe product ships fabricated human personas or undisclosed AI interaction by design, or its marketing celebrates evading detection, with no acknowledgment of the disclosure obligations in force.
Vendor Published

QuickMail markets untraceable sending through plain text messages and randomized metadata that hides a recognizable automation pattern from mail filters, and it says the point of sending through each customer's own provider is that messages look like ones the sender wrote personally. It also generates rewritten copy and suggested replies without a default AI authorship notice, and takes no public Article 50 position. Messages go out from connected email or LinkedIn accounts, and a lead's follow ups normally keep the original sender throughout the campaign, so the recipient sees one consistent person.

Integration and Deployment
Ecosystem and Integration DepthEcosystem and Integration DepthDocumented depth of CRM and stack integration: objects, sync direction, API surface, marketplace presence that matches the claims.
BB on Ecosystem and Integration DepthSolid primary CRM integration documented, with depth unstated at the edges (sync direction, custom objects, failure behavior).

Native HubSpot and Pipedrive connections synchronize in both directions, with CRM access starting on Growth. CSV and Google Drive imports supply lists, and Zapier is available from Starter. The API and MCP can manage leads, campaign steps and statistics; Growth adds the API and Agency adds webhooks. Calendly bookings can stop follow ups, Aircall supports call tasks from the shared inbox, and MailFlow offers warmup at no extra charge. Verification connectors cover NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Hunter and others. Custom object behavior in the CRM connectors is less detailed than the contact and activity sync.

Deployment Model and Data ResidencyDeployment Model and Data ResidencyWhere the product runs and where customer data lives, including residency options for EU buyers.
BB on Deployment Model and Data ResidencyThe deployment model is clear and residency options are partially specified.
Vendor Published

QuickMail is cloud hosted, and its privacy terms place application servers in the United States on AWS and Heroku infrastructure; EU data reaches them under Standard Contractual Clauses. The company is based in Switzerland, which does not make the application Swiss hosted, and QuickMail offers no customer selectable EU region.

Email delivery runs through each connected provider's servers, Google, Microsoft or an SMTP service, rather than a QuickMail sending network, so outgoing mail uses the provider's own IP addresses. LinkedIn actions run through the customer's connected LinkedIn sessions.

Security Certifications and Trust CenterSecurity Certifications and Trust CenterVerifiable security posture: enumerated current certifications and a trust center an outsider can actually read.
CC on Security Certifications and Trust CenterSecurity is claimed in general terms. Asserting certifications without enumerating them is weaker than it looks, and this band is where that lands.
Vendor Published

The DPA commits QuickMail to a security program, confidentiality and access restricted to personnel who need customer data, with incident notice to the customer without undue delay. QuickMail offers no SOC 2 report, ISO certificate or trust center, so independent audit coverage is unknown. Each team member has an individual login, and an audit log records their activity. Account settings can keep ordinary support agents out of the workspace. Expired mailbox permissions stop sending and reply detection until the account authenticates again, which protects against a disconnected sender carrying on unnoticed.

The inbox exports conversations as CSV, including message history, participants and dates, and individual emails download in EML format. Lead filters also export to CSV, and the API and MCP can retrieve leads and campaign statistics. The DPA normally removes or anonymizes customer personal data within 60 days after termination, with legal and backup exceptions; account information can be kept for up to 26 months. Deleted campaign data cannot be restored by support, so archiving is the way to preserve a finished campaign for reference. Sent messages also remain in each connected mailbox.

Deliverability and Sending DisciplineDeliverability and Sending DisciplineThe operational craft of sending: warmup, rotation, volume governance, spam rate monitoring, and what happens when reputation degrades.
BB on Deliverability and Sending DisciplineReal deliverability features documented, with the operating discipline (limits, monitoring, intervention) asserted rather than specified.
Vendor Published

Smart sender groups can replace accounts whose deliverability declines, though QuickMail gives no scoring threshold for that switch. Weekly tests check inbox placement along with SPF and DKIM configuration, QuickMail monitors domain blacklists, and MailFlow warmup is included at no extra charge on every plan. Mail leaves through each provider's own servers and IP addresses rather than shared QuickMail infrastructure, so a sender's reputation stays tied to its own domain. Existing follow ups keep their assigned mailbox even after it is removed from new campaign assignments, so pausing the mailbox is the control that stops those sends.

BB on Segment and Market CoverageSegment focus is clear and evidenced with a gap in geographic or language specifics.

QuickMail targets B2B growth teams and lead generation agencies that run several senders or client workspaces. LinkedHacker shows agency use across industries and languages, Lee Betts describes an agency growing its client base with it, and Rainmakers is another named customer. Unlimited team members let reply handling spread across a team without a seat charge, and Agency adds client workspaces at a set price each. Agencies can set a shared draft prompt and override it for an individual client workspace. AI reply categorization works in English only and on designated legacy plans.
