ManyReach
ManyReach is a cold email platform built around volume and price. Customers connect unlimited mailboxes, users and workspaces, run sequences that branch on opens, replies or silence and follow up in the same thread, and work replies in a shared inbox where AI reads each response, labels its sentiment with a one line reason and moves the lead into a pipeline stage from interested to won. Spintax, merge fields and A/B tests on subject, copy and call to action are built in, and an MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor read and write campaign data.
Add on products surround the sender. Manysenders sells Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes at $4 each a month and domains at $15 a year, configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and live within a day, and campaigns can rotate across hundreds of senders. Manywarm warms mailboxes in a shared pool and slows when bounce risk rises, Manyservers provides private sending IPs that are checked against blacklists and can be swapped, and a white label option lets agencies resell the platform under their own brand. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and any SMTP mailbox can also be connected directly.
Pricing runs on credits that never expire, where one credit sends one campaign email or ten warmup emails. Pay as you go packs run from 250 to a million credits, Business costs $79 a month for 150,000 credits with a private IP and unlimited warmup, Agency costs $299 a month for 500,000 credits and three IPs, and Scale is quoted. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Slack and Zapier are among the named connections, alongside a REST API and webhooks.
ManyReach is run by Loving Universe LLC, has operated since 2019 without outside investors, and grew out of sending for MobileMonkey at about 25,000 emails a day across more than 500 accounts. Agencies, freelancers, SaaS founders and recruiters are its main buyers, and named customers include MobileMonkey, Rank Wizards, iClientCare and Onestop Agency.

AI reads each reply in the shared inbox, assigns a sentiment with a one line reason and moves the lead into a pipeline stage, setting aside out of office replies and bounces. Everything else, from sequencing and rotation to warmup, private IPs and mailbox provisioning, is conventional sending infrastructure that works the same without it.
The only automated AI action is reply handling: replies are classified and leads moved between pipeline stages without review, and users can change a status by hand. Sequences stop when a lead replies. How to pause a campaign, cap volume or contain a bad run across hundreds of rotating senders is not described.
The models behind reply classification are not named, and how sentiment and stage decisions are made is not explained beyond the one line reason shown on each reply. Outbound copy is written by the customer rather than generated, and AI disclosure toward recipients is not addressed.
Named customer stories give figures with some basis. Onestop Agency reports seven meetings and five clients in 30 days, with reply rates rising from under 1 percent to between 2 and 3 percent, and iClientCare reports response rates of 22 to 27 percent on its best campaigns after 40 to 50 percent of its mail had landed in spam with a previous tool.
A Rank Wizards campaign reached 1,286 prospects for 31 responses and $88,000 in opportunities, with larger headline figures attached to the same story, and broad claims such as 87 percent of users booking four to seven meetings every day carry no basis.
A sending policy requires a working opt out honored without unreasonable delay, prompt removal of hard bounces and complainers, and a valid legal basis for any purchased or scraped list, and it bans unsolicited bulk commercial email. The terms require following the law of every country mail is sent to. Automatic unsubscribe links and a suppression list are not described, and the CAN-SPAM Act and the GDPR are not named.
ManyReach names itself data controller, without a dated policy or a postal address, lists contract, legitimate interest and consent as bases, and sets out access, deletion and portability rights with a complaint route to an EEA authority. Data is processed in Germany, and transfers to Google Analytics and Microsoft Azure rest on Privacy Shield certification, a framework the EU Court of Justice invalidated in 2020. A DPA and a subprocessor list are not offered.
Contacts come mainly from customer uploads with no upload cap. Plans also include data tokens for contact data, and free downloadable lists of founders and chief executives are offered, with the source of both unstated. The sending policy allows purchased or scraped lists only where the customer has a valid legal basis.
Manysenders resells Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SMTP mailboxes at $4 a month against $6 direct from Google, adds a domain masking proxy, and lets campaigns rotate across hundreds of senders. Directly connected Gmail accounts link through IMAP with two step verification rather than OAuth. The reseller arrangement behind the mailboxes, what the masking proxy does, and how this fits Google and Microsoft sending rules are not stated.
Whether customer data or replies train any AI model is not addressed. Anti fraud data is kept for up to a year, access to account data ends at termination, the terms leave backups to the customer, and the Business plan includes unlimited data retention.
Outbound copy is written by the customer and sent from mailboxes under sender names the customer chooses, often rotated across hundreds of accounts. Whether those sender identities are real people, and any position on the disclosure duties in Article 50 of the EU AI Act, are not addressed.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Sheets, Make, n8n and Zapier are named among more than 20 integrations, with a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. What syncs with each CRM, in which direction and on which objects is not described, and no API reference is publicly reachable.
The service runs on Microsoft Azure with data processed in Germany. Specific regions, single tenant options and any residency choice for customers outside the EU are not stated.
ManyReach offers no security certification, audit report, trust center or description of its security controls. The product stores IMAP and SMTP credentials for connected mailboxes and operates resold mailboxes and private IPs for its customers.
Business costs $79 a month for 150,000 credits, 15,000 data tokens and a private IP, Agency $299 a month for 500,000 credits, 50,000 data tokens and three IPs, and Scale is quoted. Pay as you go packs run from 250 to a million credits that never expire, starting at $99, with 100,000 credits at $199.
Mailboxes cost $4 a month, domains $15 a year, email validation $24 a month and white label from $29 a month, while an extra private IP costs $29 a month on Business or $10 a month through Manyservers.
Paid plans renew automatically with 30 days' notice of price changes and can be cancelled from account settings, with no refund for a period already started and pay as you go refunds handled case by case. Access to data ends at termination and backups are the customer's responsibility, while an export path is not described. Resold domains and mailboxes are non refundable, and whether a customer keeps them on leaving is not stated.
Manywarm runs warmup threads across a shared pool, rescues mail from spam and slows volume when bounce risk rises. Private IPs are checked against blacklists before use and monitored, Business adds blacklist monitoring, and sending can be matched to the recipient's email provider. Guidance suggests 50 cold emails a day per address, but no limit is enforced, the platform sells itself as unlimited, and placement testing and automatic pausing on reputation thresholds are not offered.
Agencies, freelancers, SaaS founders and recruiters each get a solution page, and named customers are mostly agencies and service firms, among them MobileMonkey, Rank Wizards, iClientCare in Nashville, Onestop Agency and Bricx. The product runs in English only, and its geographic reach is not stated.
