Version 1.9 of the Thnks Salesforce AppExchange app adds a Send Thnks action to Flow Builder, so record triggered, scheduled or screen flows can send a gift directly without first creating a Thnks Request record or passing an approval process. Sends run asynchronously, a failed send creates a follow up Task on the linked source record, and the release also fixes sender attribution and recipient names on automated sends.

RevOps teams can trigger gifts from sales cadences, renewals and closed won events inside Salesforce, but this path skips the Thnks Request approval step, so spend and send control rests on Flow logic and permission set assignment rather than a human approver.

How is each entry verified?

An entry marked Partially Verified is reported by a credible third party but not confirmed at source, and should be independently checked before it is relied on in procurement. Vendor claims inside a summary are attributed to the vendor rather than restated as fact.
