Qualified made Piper Presentations generally available. The AI SDR selects and presents uploaded slides during live website conversations, in English voice and video, with editable talk tracks, controls over which decks are active and PDF follow ups by email. It is limited to the Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate plans. A day later Qualified introduced a guided migration that moves affected Qualified Mailboxes from SendGrid to Amazon SES.

An AI agent giving the first sales presentation is a real step beyond chat. The content controls matter most, because the agent only presents decks a team has approved. Enablement requires PiperX and work with a Qualified Success Architect. Customers affected by the mailbox migration should plan for a DNS administrator and about a week and a half.

How is each entry verified?

Every entry requires a live retrieved source URL before it is written, and no entry exists without one. An entry marked Verified is confirmed in the vendor's own materials or a regulatory filing. An entry marked Partially Verified is reported by a credible third party but not confirmed at source, and should be independently checked before it is relied on in procurement. Vendor claims inside a summary are attributed to the vendor rather than restated as fact.
