Minoa
Minoa builds financial business cases from a company's value framework and the context of a specific deal. Sellers bring CRM records, discovery notes and call transcripts into a shared model, then work with the buyer on assumptions, benefits, investments and payback. Its value realization tools carry that case into customer success, where actual outcomes can be compared with the promised return.
The AI Value Engineer can add scenarios, change inputs, adjust investments and export slides through conversation. The editor remains in beta and shows an approval card before each action. Admins maintain the value framework through private drafts and selective publication; existing business cases retain the calculations and values they already hold. Global inputs have a separate live editing path, so the framework's review boundary is not universal.
Buyer collaboration is more specific than sharing a finished ROI slide. Contributors can change inputs or submit surveys, with avatars indicating the apparent source of a number and revision detail available to editors. Visible attribution is editable. Vanta's value engineering lead describes using this process to replace spreadsheets, with Minoa reporting approximately 80 percent less case creation time.
Salesforce connects through OAuth and a managed package, while warehouse feeds and the Value Realization Tracker API bring actual outcomes back into the case. Early access exports flatten business cases into 27 columns for BigQuery, Snowflake or Google Sheets. They preserve case data rather than a working copy of the full framework. Frankfurt and Virginia hosting options keep processing in the chosen region. SOC 2 Type II materials sit behind the security portal, with SAML and SCIM controls available in Enterprise.
Annual platform prices start at $9,600 for Starter and $25,000 for Growth. AI capacity is included, with pool sizes and overage rates set in the contract. A written stop election can suspend further AI actions after the pool runs out, with processing allowed to take one business day. Minoa is built for value selling programs centered on financial assumptions and renewal proof; content libraries, seller certification and broad sales readiness sit outside its central workflow.

Minoa turns CRM context, discovery notes and call transcripts into value hypotheses and financial business cases built on a company's value framework. Four agents divide the work: a Business Case Agent builds and revises cases, a Research Agent runs account research and competitive intelligence, a Value Hypothesis Agent writes persona specific value stories, and a Value Realization Agent tracks ROI after the sale from usage data.
The conversational AI Value Engineer can create scenarios, adjust inputs, explain calculations and export slides, and it remains in beta. The calculation library, buyer collaboration and value tracking also work without the conversation.
The AI Value Engineer shows an approval card before each change and can undo its latest action, with earlier reversals made through a new instruction. Admins edit the framework in private drafts and publish selected use cases, leaving existing cases and their saved values intact, while global inputs follow a separate live path. Admins can switch off background AI actions, and Enterprise adds AI governance controls. In the beta editor, chat history resets on refresh and concurrent edits can conflict. A written stop election halts further AI actions once the credit pool runs out.
AI uses the company's value framework and the deal's supporting context to prepare and edit a case, and a rewrite feature on every plan puts outputs in the buyer's own terms. Calculation inputs can carry a buyer's avatar or company identity, with revision detail in Session Insights, and editors can change those labels. Native foundation model names and versions are not given. A remote MCP server lets Claude and other assistants read and act on the workspace, and Enterprise customers can connect their own agents.
Vanta's value engineering lead Alex Olesen describes replacing spreadsheet preparation with collaborative business cases, and Minoa's December 2025 customer account attributes about 80 percent less case creation time to the change. Buyers can enter a case, adjust assumptions and review supporting customer examples. The figure comes with no case count, before and after hours or measurement period. Minoa's own calculator puts the alternative at roughly 0.9 value engineers, about $161,538 a year, to cover 80 deals a quarter at six hours each, a vendor estimate rather than a customer result.
Business cases go to invited stakeholders, and customer surveys collect inputs inside them. Connected systems supply account information and transcript excerpts, with customers responsible for lawful use of that data. Minoa supports collaboration on an existing opportunity rather than first contact: buyers contribute assumptions, sellers keep the case and the team tracks realized value after purchase. It sends no prospecting messages of its own.
Minoa's operator, Unipie, processes customer personal data under separate EU and US addenda. The EU agreement covers contact information, transcript excerpts, business case inputs and user or agent consumption records, with help on access and deletion requests, and transfers use the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses. The privacy policy gives consent and objection rights. The full subprocessor list and the notice a buyer sees on entering a shared case are not given. Processing stays in the Frankfurt or Virginia region the customer chooses.
Value frameworks join a company's calculations and material with CRM records, discovery context, recordings from six supported call recorders and buyer inputs. Input Ownership links each changed number to a collaborator, Session Insights keeps revision detail, and editors can assign or remove visible attribution while external contributors can hide their own avatar. Customer data remains customer property. How external benchmarks are licensed and kept current is not explained. Warehouse feeds and the Value Realization Tracker API return actual product usage to test the original case.
Salesforce connects through browser OAuth and a managed package, using a standard licensed integration user with API access, read access to source objects and write rights on the relevant Opportunity and Minoa objects; an API only user cannot complete authorization. HubSpot syncs two ways, matching owners to users by email. MCP also uses OAuth and the signed in user's own workspace access, so no assistant needs an unrestricted administrator identity. All 24 connectors come without add on fees, with warehouse connectors on Enterprise.
Customer data cannot train or refine shared AI models without prior written consent, the restriction covers third parties, and the EU addendum separately bars subprocessors from training on personal data. Aggregate or deidentified usage information can support service improvement. External AI tools a customer connects act as that customer's own processors. Deletion windows carry exceptions for backups up to six months and consumption records up to 15 months, with billing records kept for legal reasons. Admins can switch background AI jobs off entirely.
Buyers collaborate on a case and attach their assumptions to the financial model, with avatars and company logos marking the apparent contributors and full change detail available to editors. Editors can alter those labels, and collaborators can hide an avatar. Generated narratives, value hypotheses and executive summaries shown to buyers carry no default AI label, and Minoa takes no Article 50 position. The principal assistant works inside the seller's workspace rather than speaking to buyers directly.
Salesforce syncs opportunities, accounts, contacts and configured custom fields every 15 minutes, fetching only changed records, and writes business cases back in real time as a custom Minoa business case object on the opportunity. A field mapping pauses after five consecutive rejections while other mappings continue.
HubSpot deals and companies sync two ways, with deals lacking a company association skipped, and six call recorders and three data warehouses add context and realized outcomes. A product API and an OAuth MCP server expose workspace value data.
The hosted service runs in Frankfurt or Virginia, with processing pinned to the chosen region, and technical controls separate customers and keep test and production apart. Warehouse exports use credentials for the customer's own BigQuery, Snowflake or Google Sheets destination. There is no dedicated tenant option, and the route data takes through native model suppliers is not mapped. The terms commit to 99 percent availability outside announced maintenance windows.
The security program includes SOC 2 Type II, encryption in transit and at rest, workspace roles and audit logs, with access revocation, logged data changes, separated backups and restoration checks among the technical controls. SAML login and SCIM provisioning come with Enterprise. The audit period and full report contents sit behind the security portal. Enterprise also adds AI governance controls and the option to connect a customer's own MCP agents under the same identity rules.
Pricing is not per seat: Starter costs $9,600 a year for teams of one to 30, Growth $25,000 for 10 to 50, and Enterprise starts at $50,000. Each plan pairs a flat platform fee, covering every integration, the full agent suite, onboarding and value graph setup, with an annual AI capacity pool sized in the contract. One unit of capacity is one AI action, such as a business case, account research or an executive summary, while reading existing work is free in the product and through MCP. Overage runs at a flat rate locked for the term, up to 20 percent of unused credits roll over, and alerts fire at 80 and 100 percent of the pool.
Cases become slides, and an early access export sends flattened business case rows, 27 columns covering ROI, payback, ownership, CRM links and realized value, to BigQuery, Snowflake or Google Sheets. It is not a full working copy of every framework and collaboration history. Customer data can be exported for 30 days after termination, requested exports are due within 30 days, and deletion follows within 60 days of the later contract end or export, with backup and billing exceptions. Business cases already written to Salesforce stay on those opportunity records.
Shared business cases and customer surveys travel by invitation within an existing sales relationship, and Minoa runs no outbound campaigns. Connected call recorders contribute context, and CRM connections move account and opportunity information into the financial workflow. Credit alerts reach the account's usage contact by email at 80 and 100 percent of the pool. Delivery of a case invitation depends on the recipient's mailbox and the access permissions on the case.
B2B revenue teams use Minoa for financial cases before purchase and for realized value at renewal. Vanta uses it for software value engineering, and Cognite and Dozuki extend that use into industrial software. The framework supports translated text while formulas and numbers stay consistent, with English as the fallback; tenant admins enable languages and supply translations or request a bulk translation. Plans scale from small teams to enterprises, and the company has raised a $6.2 million seed round.
