Leadspicker vs OnePgr (2026)

Last VerifiedAugust 24, 2026
Verdict

The decision is whether you are buying the machinery or the result. Leadspicker sells the machinery and prices every part of it: four tiers in euros, five capacity dimensions given a number against each, a credit defined as one euro cent so the credit figure and the money figure are the same number in different units, and a per action table running from two credits for a verified address down to four hundredths of a credit for a profile lookup, alongside a published list of the actions that cost nothing at all. OnePgr sells the result and says so in its headline, buy pipeline not seats. Its tiers name finished deliverables rather than features, opening with a five thousand dollar proof engagement that runs twenty to forty messaging hypotheses in parallel across a customer's top forty accounts over eight to twelve weeks and returns a written verdict, refundable in full if that verdict does not materially advance the buyer's targeting. Above it, three recurring tiers carry a stated unit and no rate.

Select Leadspicker if
  • You want the supplier chain visible rather than summarised. Six sources are named with the role each plays, a lead database serving cached records, a first pass address finder, a second used only when the first returns nothing, a validation service, a global telephone provider and a web search service, each marked as queried live or served from cache.
  • You want the model named and a route around paying for it. Three providers are named in the pricing table, a picker shows the exact cost per row before anything runs, and two published routes remove the vendor from the model path entirely: connect your own provider key, or drive the same agent through the protocol server inside your own client software.
  • The bill has to be computable to the hundredth. One credit is always one euro cent so the credit figure and the money figure are the same number in different units, every action carries a price, pricing is per delivered result so an unenriched row costs nothing, and separately purchased credits are stated to survive cancellation.
Select OnePgr if
  • You want the vendor's fee at risk against a written criterion. The proof engagement is five thousand dollars with the scope stated concretely, the top forty accounts over eight to twelve weeks, and a full refund if the written verdict does not materially advance your targeting, which very few vendors in this index will do.
  • The cross client question has to be answered before you connect anything. OnePgr states on its homepage what crosses accounts and what does not: shared learning is aggregate and anonymised patterns about messaging, channel and persona, explicitly excluding the identities or content of your counterparties, and enterprise customers run a dedicated substrate instance with full data isolation.
  • You want an agent callable stack rather than a connector list. A published protocol endpoint carries its own page written for agent builders, describing tools an external agent calls to find contacts, enrich them, send sequences, handle replies and book meetings, with every action metered and receipted.

The short version of each

Leadspicker

Leadspicker is a Czech prospecting platform combining autonomous discovery agents, a named enrichment waterfall and multichannel email and professional network sequencing in one product, with agents configured in plain language and a single credit currency defined as one euro cent. The GTM Tech Index grades it A on AI disclosure and model transparency, beyond anything else in the index and structural rather than a paragraph of assurance: three model providers are named outright in the pricing table, a picker shows the exact cost per row before anything runs, and two routes are published for removing the vendor from the model path entirely, by connecting a personal provider key or by driving the same agent through the vendor's protocol server inside external client software.

OnePgr

OnePgr is a go to market platform that has repositioned from selling software to selling pipeline as a delivered outcome, with tiers describing finished deliverables rather than features and a substrate that every send, connection, recorded call and campaign verdict writes into. The GTM Tech Index grades it B on AI safety and data stewardship for the clearest answer to the cross client question in its sub lane, volunteered on the homepage rather than extracted from a contract: shared learning is described as aggregate and anonymised patterns about messaging, channel and persona, explicitly excluding the identities or content of a customer's counterparties, with enterprise customers running a dedicated substrate instance with full data isolation. The index records that none of it is contractual on any surface read.

Buyer Questions

Common questions

Is Leadspicker better than OnePgr?

One sells the machinery and one sells the result. Leadspicker publishes four euro tiers with five capacity dimensions numbered against each and a per action price table, so you operate it yourself and know what every operation costs. OnePgr's headline is buy pipeline not seats, and its tiers name finished deliverables, opening with a five thousand dollar proof engagement carrying a written acceptance criterion and a full refund. If you have a team to run outbound, Leadspicker. If you want the outcome delivered and are willing to price it per outcome, OnePgr.

Which one tells you what AI models it uses?

Leadspicker, in more detail than anywhere else in this index. Three model providers are named outright in the pricing table, a picker exposes the choice to the buyer and shows the exact cost per row before anything runs, and a dedicated table quotes each model the way its provider quotes it so a buyer can hold the figures against the provider's own price list. OnePgr describes its substrate architecture with four named inputs and four named outputs and identifies no provider, model family, version or hosting arrangement anywhere.

How much do Leadspicker and OnePgr cost?

Leadspicker publishes completely and OnePgr publishes one number. Leadspicker gives four tiers at 199, 479 and 1,599 euros a month plus a quoted enterprise plan, with a credit defined as one euro cent and a figure against every action, which the GTM Tech Index grades A. OnePgr publishes a five thousand dollar proof engagement with a refund attached, and its three recurring tiers read custom per engaged prospect, custom per scored account and custom per routed opportunity, so the ongoing relationship has a stated unit and no rate.

Does either say whether my data trains models serving other customers?

Only OnePgr, and it is the clearest answer to that question in its sub lane. The vendor states on its homepage that shared learning is aggregate and anonymised, covering patterns about which messaging, channel and persona work, and specifically excluding the identities or content of the customer's counterparties, with enterprise customers running a dedicated substrate instance with full data isolation. Leadspicker publishes no training position or cross tenant commitment, though it does publish two routes that keep content out of its own model relationships entirely.

Where does the contact data come from?

Both do and only one names the chain. Leadspicker publishes six named suppliers as a table with the role each plays and whether it is queried live or served from cache, which is the most detailed provenance disclosure in this index, while publishing nothing about the lawful basis for the layer where its own agents gather from professional profiles, job boards, mapping listings and directories. OnePgr names two commercial data platforms it integrates with, and its older site separately offers procuring account and contact data against an ideal customer profile, with no supplier, method, coverage or lawful basis attached.

How does the GTM Tech Index grade Leadspicker and OnePgr?

Both are graded on the same seventeen capability and compliance axes from public sources, and both sit at full documented depth. The GTM Tech Index grades Leadspicker A on AI disclosure and model transparency, ecosystem and integration depth, and commercial transparency, and B on operational evidence, data licensing and provenance, exit and segment coverage. OnePgr takes A on AI centrality and B on autonomy and oversight, AI safety and data stewardship, ecosystem depth and segment coverage. The index publishes no composite score and declares no winner.

Disclosure

OnePgr's delivered service model creates an authorship question this index has not met in quite this form. In the delivered tiers the vendor states that it runs the experiments, scores the accounts, drafts the outreach and routes qualified opportunities, so a message reaching a prospect was composed by a model operated by a third party and arrives appearing to come from the customer's own team.

The recipient has two layers of authorship they are not told about rather than one, and the same structure raises a question for the buyer: when a third party operates outreach in the customer's name, who holds the consent obligation and who answers a complaint. Nothing on either of the company's two live sites addresses it. That absence sits inside a larger one.

The current site's footer carries five sections covering roles, platform, machinery, contact and copyright, and not one links to a privacy policy, terms of service, cookie policy or processing addendum, on a platform holding recorded calls and transcripts, mailbox contents and professional network messages.

Leadspicker publishes the inverse and should be credited for it: six documents in its footer covering terms of use, refund policy, cookie policy, privacy policy, a separate data processing page, and a route to decline the sale of personal data that resolves to a self service privacy centre inside the application rather than to a static page. A separate processing document and a working privacy centre are both more than vendors of this size usually manage.

What neither publishes is security. No certification, trust centre, audit report, penetration test, control set, status page or vulnerability disclosure route appears at either company, and Leadspicker does not even assert the transport encryption and access control basics most vendors at least claim. Between them they hold connected sending accounts on two channels sold by the hundred, unified inbox content, recorded calls and transcripts, and provider keys where buyers have connected their own.
