Consensus vs Navattic (2026)

Last VerifiedOctober 13, 2026
Verdict

Choose Consensus when presales wants every demo format, live sessions included, in one buyer journey, and Navattic when marketing and sales want clickable HTML demos, a sending workflow for reps and a detailed plan sheet. Consensus combines on demand video demos that reorder around the features a viewer ranks, interactive tours and live demos that inject data into the customer's own product, joined by Discovery Builder behind one link. Navattic captures the application's HTML, builds demos with Copilot and sends them through Launchpad before and after calls. Both sell AI agents that run demos with prospects unattended. Neither prints a price: Consensus explains per user licenses with optional usage based tools, and Navattic lists seats and features for Base and Growth without a figure. The sharper split is training. Consensus trains its AI models on customer data pooled across its service, anonymized and aggregated, and its subscription agreement gives customers no way to opt out. Navattic says only that Copilot learns from high performing demos built on its platform. Consensus runs on AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and every Navattic subprocessor sits in the United States.

Select Consensus if
  • Presales wants live demos on the real product with injected data, alongside video demos and tours, so reps stop maintaining a separate demo environment.
  • Buyers should rank the features they care about and get a video sequence that reorders around those choices.
  • The team wants stakeholder heat maps and forwarded viewer discovery feeding Gong, Salesforce or HubSpot reporting.
Select Navattic if
  • Demos should be clickable HTML captures that behave like the application, drafted by Copilot from captured screens.
  • Reps need Launchpad's interest level demos, intro videos and contact cards for follow up before and after a call.
  • Procurement wants a plan sheet listing seats, avatar minutes and security features for Base, Growth and Enterprise before the first sales call.

The short version of each

Consensus

Consensus joins on demand video demos, interactive product tours and live demos into one buyer journey, and Discovery Builder puts the whole path behind a single personalized link. Live demo software injects data into the customer's own product, so reps show a populated environment without a separate demo instance. Demolytics reports feature rankings, heat maps for individuals and teams and stakeholders found when a demo is forwarded, and integrations carry that into Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong and Outreach, with a RESTful API for other systems. The AI Demo Agent runs autonomous demos on the same data as live sessions. The GTM Tech Index puts Consensus at B on AI safety and stewardship, since its subscription agreement answers the training question in writing. Pricing is explained as per user licenses with no figure attached.

Navattic

Navattic captures an application's HTML and turns it into an interactive demo, with Copilot drafting from captured screens, editing copy and data on request and reviewing quality and tone. Launchpad gives reps interest level demos, rep contact cards and alerts when a buyer engages, and Navattic Agents run autonomous demo conversations priced by volume. The MCP server lets AI clients build demos and read analytics within the workspace. Plans list seats, five on Base and ten on Growth, and features in detail with no price, and SSO, custom domains and approval workflows arrive with Growth. The GTM Tech Index grades Navattic B on security certifications because its trust center releases the SOC 2 Type II report and a penetration test on request, while TLS 1.3 and application level encryption protect data in transit and sensitive fields at rest.

Buyer Questions

Common questions

Does Consensus or Navattic publish its prices?

Neither prints a figure. The Consensus pricing page explains that cost depends on per user licenses and optional usage based capabilities, says integrations are free, and sends buyers to a form. Navattic says more about structure: Starter is free with one seat and one demo, Base and Growth are billed annually with five and ten seats, a Startup plan serves bootstrapped and seed stage teams of 30 or fewer, and Agents are priced by conversations. Commercial transparency sits at C for both in the GTM Tech Index, Navattic for its detailed plan sheet and Consensus for its list of pricing factors.

Which AI models run the Consensus and Navattic features?

Neither names a model. Consensus describes an AI Demo Agent plus agents for lead generation, pitch, demo automation, enablement and data preparation, and its agreement counts third party models among those behind its AI features and warns that output may be inaccurate or incomplete, without naming a provider. Navattic lists OpenAI as its subprocessor for AI features and says those features rely on third party models, but gives no model or version for Copilot, voiceovers, avatars, translation or Agents. On AI disclosure and model transparency, the GTM Tech Index grades Consensus C and Navattic C, since both describe what their agents do and neither identifies the models doing it.

Can Consensus or Navattic run a live demo on our real product?

Consensus can. Its live demo software injects data into the customer's own product so a rep presents a populated environment without a separate demo instance, and the AI Demo Agent runs on that same demo data when no rep is present. Navattic works from HTML captures of the product edited with Copilot, with sandbox demos on Growth and offline demos on Enterprise rather than live data injection. Consensus does not say whether injected records are synthetic or drawn from a real account. Graded by GTM Tech Index against seventeen capability axes from each vendor's own published materials, verified October 13, 2026. No vendor pays for placement.

Which integrations do Consensus and Navattic offer for sales teams?

Consensus connects to Salesforce and HubSpot for opportunity reporting, Outreach sequences, Gong and Gong Engage, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Pardot, Marketo and Eloqua, plus a RESTful API that pushes Demolytics into other systems. Navattic puts Salesforce, Marketo and 25 more on Base, writing engagement to opportunity, lead, contact and account records through mapped fields, and adds Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, Seismic and Highspot on Growth. Both hold B on ecosystem and integration depth in the GTM Tech Index, Consensus for named connectors and its API, Navattic for documented Salesforce object mapping.

What security certifications do Consensus and Navattic hold?

Consensus states a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation on its security center, with encryption in transit and at rest, annual third party penetration tests, OWASP based secure coding and hosting on AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, but names no auditor or report route. On request, Navattic's trust center releases the SOC 2 Type II report and a penetration test, and it lists GDPR beside SOC 2. Consensus gives admins SSO and role based access, and Navattic puts SSO on Growth and audit logs on Enterprise. The GTM Tech Index grades both B on security certifications and trust center.

Disclosure

Both vendors sell AI agents that hold demo conversations with prospects, and neither says whether a buyer is told the agent is software or what it may claim about the product. Both also surface colleagues a demo was forwarded to, through Demolytics stakeholder discovery and Navattic's buyer circle discovery, with no published notice to those viewers. Consensus Sales, LLC sells the platform together with its wholly owned subsidiaries Saleo, Peel and ReachSuite under one master subscription agreement.
