Zoho CRM added Zoho Key Service, which lets admins turn on OpenAI or Anthropic models for CRM AI features without supplying their own API keys or handling billing with the model provider, with use metered through built in credits. It is available on the Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate editions in the US, IN, AU, JP and CA data centers, with free credits of 6,000 on Ultimate, 4,000 on Enterprise and 2,000 on Professional, and the Models page now separates Zoho hosted models, Key Service models and models used with the customer's own key. OpenAI is available to all users while Anthropic is rolling out in phases.

Zoho CRM customers can use OpenAI and Anthropic models under Zoho's contract instead of their own, which simplifies procurement but sends CRM data to those providers through Zoho. Teams should check which model and data center a feature uses before enabling it.

Funding rounds, valuations, stock listings, partnerships and awards are out by policy: they tell you about the company rather than the product. Acquisitions qualify only where there is direct product impact. How is each entry verified?

Every entry requires a live retrieved source URL before it is written, and no entry exists without one. An entry marked Verified is confirmed in the vendor's own materials or a regulatory filing. An entry marked Partially Verified is reported by a credible third party but not confirmed at source, and should be independently checked before it is relied on in procurement. Vendor claims inside a summary are attributed to the vendor rather than restated as fact. Each entry also names the capability axis it bears on, which is what connects a change to the graded assessment on that vendor's profile rather than leaving it as news.
