TrulyInbox announced V2, a rebuilt warmup app, with a phased rollout starting 2 October, beginning with free accounts, then each paid plan, then API accounts. V2 replaces the four selectable warmup strategies with one AI strategy capped by a user set daily maximum, adds a reputation score from the last 15 days with pools that keep new mailboxes away from proven ones, and runs scheduled DNS and blacklist checks. It also adds per client workspaces with warmup budgets, four team roles and an audit log.

Agencies running mailboxes for many clients get separation and budgets per client, and the reputation pools address the risk of new mailboxes dragging down established ones. The rollout is staged, so buyers should confirm their account has moved before relying on V2 features.

Acquisitions qualify only where there is direct product impact. How is each entry verified?

Every entry requires a live retrieved source URL before it is written, and no entry exists without one. An entry marked Verified is confirmed in the vendor's own materials or a regulatory filing. An entry marked Partially Verified is reported by a credible third party but not confirmed at source, and should be independently checked before it is relied on in procurement. Vendor claims inside a summary are attributed to the vendor rather than restated as fact.
