Waalaxy
Waalaxy automates prospecting on LinkedIn, the professional network, for sales reps, founders and recruiters. Users build prospect lists from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, then launch campaigns that send connection requests and messages and follow up until a prospect replies. A Chrome extension connects the user's own LinkedIn account, and campaigns run on timing and daily limits the company describes as human like and within LinkedIn's own thresholds.
The Business plan adds cold email, so one sequence can move between LinkedIn steps and email follow ups sent from the user's connected Google account, and an email finder enriches prospects with professional addresses at a stated match rate of at least 61 percent. A separate LinkedIn Inbox, sold as an add on with 500 free conversations, organizes replies with tags, response templates and scheduled follow ups. AI helps write messages and suggest campaigns, and an assistant trained on Waalaxy's playbooks is announced but not yet released.
On yearly billing Pro costs €19 per user per month with 300 invitations a month, Advanced €49 with 800 invitations, API access and Zapier, Make and n8n connections, and Business €69 with cold email sequences, multichannel campaigns and 500 email finder credits a month. Yearly billing halves the monthly rate, and quarterly billing takes 20 percent off it. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial. Leads and pipeline data sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.
The company is bootstrapped, based in Montpellier and founded by Toinon Georget, Guillaume Portalier and Kevin Giordani. It counts more than 200,000 users across 206 countries, among them about 90,000 sales reps, 80,000 founders and freelancers and 40,000 recruiters, with most activity in Europe, the United States, Brazil and Mexico. Across the platform it reports an average acceptance rate of 33.5 percent and an average reply rate of 16.2 percent, and 75 percent of its users had never run LinkedIn outreach before.

Campaigns, sequences, invitation limits, the email finder and the inbox all work without models. AI helps write messages and suggest campaigns, and an assistant trained on Waalaxy's own playbooks is announced for later. With the AI set aside, a complete LinkedIn and email automation tool remains.
Once a user launches a campaign, invitations, messages and follow ups go out automatically until the prospect replies, inside daily action limits Waalaxy sets. Messages come from templates the user writes or AI helps draft. Review steps before a send, and what stops a campaign that misfires, are not described.
AI drafts messages and suggests campaigns, with the model and provider behind it unnamed. Nothing indicates that a message written with AI is marked as such for the person receiving it.
Platform wide averages come with definitions: a 33.5 percent acceptance rate on connection requests, a 16.2 percent reply rate across LinkedIn and email, and 47.4 percent for the top tenth of users, drawn from more than 50 million campaigns. The period behind those averages, and how replies are counted across channels, are not given. Testimonials carry first names rather than companies.
LinkedIn messages fall under the network's own rules more than outreach law, while the cold email sequences on Business are regulated sends. Consent, unsubscribe handling and GDPR or CAN SPAM obligations for those emails are left to the user. Waalaxy restricts its service to professionals and associations.
SAS Waapi is a French company and describes itself as GDPR compliant. Its privacy policy covers account holders' details and the Google mailbox connection, and says recipient addresses are never sold or shared. The prospects whose LinkedIn profiles fill a campaign, and the lawful basis for processing them, sit outside that policy, and no DPA is offered.
Prospect lists come from live LinkedIn profiles that the user's own account reaches through search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite. The email finder adds professional addresses with a stated match rate of at least 61 percent, from sources not named. Nothing addresses the legal footing for collecting profile data this way.
Connection requests, messages and follow ups are automated on LinkedIn through the user's own account, with human like timing and monthly invitation caps of 300 or 800 that Waalaxy says match LinkedIn's manual limits. LinkedIn's user agreement bars third party automation, and Waalaxy takes no conformance position. It does not sell account rotation or sending past the network's limits, and the account at risk is the user's.
Email replies pass through the service without being stored, and recipient addresses are never sold or shared. Whether campaign messages, prospect data or user writing feed the AI that drafts messages, and how long campaign data is kept, are not stated.
Messages arrive from the user's real LinkedIn account and mailbox, written to sound like the user, on human like timing. Nothing tells the prospect that the sequence is automated or that AI helped write it, and Waalaxy takes no position on Article 50 of the EU AI Act despite being based in France.
Native connections sync leads and pipeline data to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and Zapier, Make and n8n reach other tools from the Advanced plan, which also opens a documented API. Google accounts connect for email sending. Which CRM fields update and in which direction is not spelled out.
Waalaxy is cloud software run from France, with its website hosted at OVH. Where campaign, prospect and mailbox data are stored, and whether any of it leaves the EU, is not stated.
Waalaxy holds access to each user's LinkedIn account and connected Google mailbox, and anyone who reaches that LinkedIn account reaches the Waalaxy account too. No certification, security page or description of controls sits alongside that access.
On yearly billing Pro costs €19, Advanced €49 and Business €69 per user per month; monthly billing runs at twice those rates and quarterly at 20 percent below the monthly price. Monthly invitation caps of 300 and 800, email finder credits of 25 or 500 a month and the features each plan unlocks are laid out side by side, and a 14 day trial comes first. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add on after 500 free conversations, with its price not shown.
Leads and conversations can be pushed into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or other tools through the integrations. Renewal mechanics, what happens to prospect lists and campaign history at cancellation, and deletion timelines are not set out in the terms.
On LinkedIn, daily action limits and spaced timing govern volume. Cold email goes out through the user's connected Google account, and warmup, bounce handling, sending caps and reputation monitoring for those sequences are not described.
More than 200,000 users span 206 countries, split into about 90,000 sales reps, 80,000 founders and freelancers and 40,000 recruiters, with Europe, the United States, Brazil and Mexico as the main markets. Most are newcomers, since three quarters had never prospected on LinkedIn before. Company size and named business customers are not given.
