SalesHood
SalesHood puts content management, seller training, AI practice, guided selling and digital sales rooms in one revenue enablement platform. Enablement teams build programs and govern the material sellers use; managers review readiness and coaching. Sellers share rooms containing content, call recaps and mutual action plans, connecting internal preparation with the material used in a live deal.
Teams can turn their own methodology, messaging and buyer personas into practice scenarios, review the generated work and publish it for sellers. Roleplays return scores and recommendations alongside peer feedback and coaching huddles. AI search and content generation work with libraries, courses and collaboration. Managers can use the practice record to direct further coaching while the enablement team maintains the material behind it.
Client Sites extend that work to the buying group. SalesHood connects engagement signals to CRM and offers a Salesforce Correlation Engine for relating learning, content and coaching to leads, opportunities and custom objects. Its Copado account reports a 67 percent higher win rate among sellers using Client Sites during the first 90 days. The comparison comes without cohort sizes, deal mix or selection controls.
Essential, Pro and Unlimited editions define different combinations of content, training and assistance. Pro adds digital rooms, mutual plans and guided selling. Essential allows 10 practice submissions per license, Pro allows 80 and Unlimited removes that cap, with no reset interval given. MEDDPICC training is an add on, and subscription prices require a quote.
The trust portal includes ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 materials available through an access request. SalesHood can change model providers without customer approval, while its general training and provider retention policy is unknown. Standard terms permit deletion after termination without a guaranteed retrieval period. A separate enterprise agreement can replace those defaults.

AI search, answers, content writing, coaching and roleplay run inside SalesHood's content, learning and buyer engagement platform. Enablement teams can generate learning, roleplays, assessments and certifications from existing material, and sellers practice pitches and objection handling against AI feedback. Huddles, learning paths, badges, peer feedback, governed libraries and digital sales rooms work without those models.
On Pro and above, AI also writes call recaps for rooms and offers guided selling and coaching during a deal. The platform at its core remains a content and training system with AI added to most of its workflows.
The training builder creates roleplays, assessments and learning from company material, then gives the enablement team a step to review, refine and publish before sellers see it. Managers follow practice scores and assign targeted coaching, and the AI terms leave output review with the customer. Essential caps AI pitch practice and roleplay at 10 submissions per license, Pro at 80, and Unlimited removes the cap. Which assistant actions run unattended, and how they are reversed, is not set out. Call recaps and generated room content reach buyers only through rooms that sellers build and share themselves.
Search, answers, coaching, content writing and call recaps use AI, and SalesHood picks the model providers under its terms and can change them without customer approval. The security portal keeps a third party AI provider entry, an AI security document and a maintained subprocessor list naming Mandrill, Google Cloud, GoodData, Microsoft Azure and AWS. Provider names for each feature and a reproducible practice scoring specification are not given. Answers are grounded in the customer's own content, playbooks and recorded best practices.
Copado reports a 67 percent higher win rate for sellers using Client Sites than for those who did not, along with a 33 percent rise in rep participation and a 25 percent higher average selling price, all within its first 90 days. SmartRecruiters reports four times the deal size and twice the win rate after rolling out Client Sites, KPA a 25 percent win rate gain and StarCompliance a 35 percent shorter sales cycle. None of these accounts gives cohort sizes, deal mix or selection controls, which leaves Copado's comparison of users and nonusers as the closest to a measured effect.
The service terms prohibit unlawful spam, and SalesHood's own commercial email carries unsubscribe links. Sellers share Client Sites and content with buyers, and the Salesloft connection inserts links into cadences that Salesloft sends. SalesHood holds no consent or suppression records for a customer's prospects, so contact permission stays with the CRM and engagement tools. Rooms track buyer activity and content engagement in real time and sync those signals to the CRM.
Customers act as controllers of their data and SalesHood as processor. The privacy policy covers access and account closure and relies on the EU US Data Privacy Framework with UK and Swiss extensions, and the security portal also lists CCPA among its compliance programs. A DPA, subprocessor list, breach notification terms and employee privacy training are available through the portal.
Client Sites collect buyer activity, with tracking choices described through cookies and browser controls and no default consent flow for room visitors. Learning records concern employees, while room activity concerns buyers.
Learning and generated scenarios use a customer's methodology, messaging, buyer personas and existing material, and files sync from Box, Drive, Dropbox and SharePoint. A content marketplace adds sales training templates, quickstart templates and vendor content, with MEDDPICC as an add on for every edition. Customers own the material they create and must hold rights to their uploads. Where generated assertions get their facts, and the licensing chain behind marketplace courses, are not traced. A content audit feature flags stale material in the library.
The official Salesloft marketplace integration gives library access, content search and insertion of shareable links into email cadences, and it requires the SalesHood and Shufflrr Presentations integration. Google OAuth and Salesforce OAuth come with every edition, Custom SAML SSO is available, and the Salesforce Correlation Engine is offered on request.
Sellers find an approved asset and place its link in the system running their outreach, while SalesHood manages the content and each connected platform keeps its own permissions. Contact permissions still decide whom a seller can message.
Access controls, audit logging and an AI security document are available through SalesHood's trust portal. Customer information can pass to external model providers, and SalesHood can replace those suppliers. No general ban on shared model training and no provider retention limit is stated. Customers retain their material under the service terms, with confidentiality obligations on its handling. Generated exercises pass through an enablement review before sellers practice with them.
AI assistance reaches internal practice and buyers in Client Sites. Sellers share personalized, branded rooms with generated call recaps, personalized videos and mutual action plans, while roleplays present simulated buyers for training. The AI terms assign required notices and consents to customers, and agents and generated responses shown to real buyers carry no default label. Rooms are built without code and branded per customer, and page personalization is unlimited on the top edition.
The Salesforce Correlation Engine maps enablement activity into Salesforce, so learning, content and coaching can be related to leads, opportunities and custom objects, and it is available on request. Rooms sync engagement signals with the CRM for forecasting, the Salesloft integration handles content search and sharing in cadences, and libraries sync with Box, Drive, Dropbox and SharePoint. A complete API reference, sync error behavior and conflict policy are not available. Advanced reporting and integrations come with Pro, alongside custom dashboards and scheduled reports.
SalesHood runs as a hosted service on Amazon Web Services inside a virtual private cloud, with intrusion detection, event monitoring and anti DDoS protection. Information can be transferred to and stored in the United States and other locations used by providers such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and GoodData. There is no choice of tenant region, dedicated deployment or full processing location map. Recovery objectives are four hours to restore service and 24 hours of data.
SalesHood's SafeBase portal lists ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, CCPA and the EU US Data Privacy Framework, with the SOC 2 report, penetration test report and network diagram released on request. Controls include audit logging, role based access, access monitoring, code analysis, disk encryption, security event monitoring and data erasure, and the company carries cyber insurance. The auditor, report period and SOC report type sit behind the request. Vulnerability reports go to a dedicated security address, and the site scores A+ on a security headers check.
Essential, Pro and Unlimited are sold by quote, with no prices shown. Essential covers content, training, practice and standard integrations; Pro adds digital sales rooms, mutual action plans, guided selling, AI coaching, the AI content writer and advanced reporting; Unlimited adds uncapped AI coaching, unlimited page personalization, global languages and premium customer success.
AI pitch practice and roleplay allow 10 submissions per license on Essential and 80 on Pro, without a stated reset or overage charge. MEDDPICC is an add on. SalesHood claims customers cut sales tech costs by 80 percent by consolidating onto it.
Customers own their content, but the standard terms allow deletion after termination or suspension with no retention obligation and no guaranteed retrieval period. Courses, room structure and practice history have no full export, although a separate enterprise agreement can replace those defaults. During the subscription, the Salesforce Correlation Engine copies selected enablement data into the CRM. Libraries that sync from Box, Drive, Dropbox or SharePoint keep their source files in those systems.
The Salesloft integration inserts content links into cadences Salesloft sends, so sending reputation and volume stay with that platform. SalesHood sends account notifications and its own marketing email, with an opt out for the marketing messages, and Mandrill, a transactional email service, appears among its subprocessors. Rooms are shared by link from the seller's own mailbox or engagement tool. Standard support runs by email around the clock.
SalesHood serves B2B revenue teams that want seller readiness, content programs and buyer collaboration in one platform, and it has operated since 2013. Named customers include Copado, SmartRecruiters, Federato, KPA, StarCompliance, DISQO, Demandbase, Meltwater, Omada and Olo. Language support runs to two languages on Essential, six on Pro and unlimited on Unlimited, which also adds premium customer success. Methodology content covers MEDDPICC, Customer Centered Selling and SPICED.
