Rox introduced auto prospecting, in which agents build and evaluate prospect lists against user defined buyer criteria. The system scores each contact for fit, gives its reasoning for the score, and can route approved prospects straight into outreach sequences without a human reviewing them first.
The published reasoning behind each score is the good part, because a fit score a rep cannot interrogate is a number they will learn to ignore. Routing into sequences without manual review is the part to configure carefully, since it moves the last human checkpoint from before the send to after it, and the sending domain carries whatever the agent gets wrong.
