Instantly released a redesigned app that runs on desktop, tablet and mobile, so users can manage outreach, check campaigns and reply to leads from a phone or iPad. The same release added a Deliverability Agent that checks sending setup and can help fix problems it finds, added company search to SuperSearch, and put the Instantly AI assistant one click away on every screen.

A deliverability agent that can act on sending setup reaches the part of the account that decides inbox placement, so teams should review what it changes. Reply handling also no longer waits for a laptop, which matters for small teams where a founder or a single rep works the inbox.

Instantly released an AI Voice Agent in its September 22 Instantly Agents release that engages prospects by voice using ElevenLabs audio models. The changelog says it can call new inbound leads within seconds, qualify prospects and capture a preferred demo time; the help center adds that it runs either as a phone agent on a workspace number for inbound or outbound calls or as an embeddable website voice widget.

This takes an email first outreach platform into AI placed phone calls, so buyers who turn on outbound calling bring calling consent rules such as the TCPA into scope for their Instantly use.

Instantly introduced Company Sources in SuperSearch, allowing users to find contacts at named target companies. Users can upload a CSV, use saved company lists or draw on live integrations to build contact lists from tech stack data, ecommerce stores or lookalike audiences.

What counts as a change worth tracking?

A change earns an entry if it would move a buyer's evaluation. That is a deliberately narrow test and it excludes most of what a vendor announces. Funding rounds, valuations, stock listings, partnerships and awards are out by policy: they tell you about the company rather than the product. Acquisitions qualify only where there is direct product impact. What is in: shipped capability, model and architecture changes, performance evidence, regulatory and licensure changes, security and compliance changes, integrations, pricing and packaging changes, safety and governance changes, and product sunsets. 206 entries have cleared that bar so far, across 10 change types, and 76 are graded High impact.

How is each entry verified?

Every entry requires a live retrieved source URL before it is written, and no entry exists without one. An entry marked Verified is confirmed in the vendor's own materials or a regulatory filing. An entry marked Partially Verified is reported by a credible third party but not confirmed at source, and should be independently checked before it is relied on in procurement. Vendor claims inside a summary are attributed to the vendor rather than restated as fact. Each entry also names the capability axis it bears on, which is what connects a change to the graded assessment on that vendor's profile rather than leaving it as news.
